How to add a pop-up window when date field is populated?

I want a pop-up window to open when termination date is entered on MA-Header tab, how can we achieve this. Is there any settings or script ?

Popup windows are not possible in Sourcing by scripting..I too tried for that requirement.

Hi, I have owned my t430s for now about 2 years without any major complaints recently I've had to use the fn + f5 function quite frequently, because of my poor internet connection. so that way i can reset which signal I want to choose because the default signal I am connected to is not mine. yeas agree with sanakar,
this field which shankar is talking about must be entry date (if u delta timestamp is date, u will also have to mention this table field name in definition of delta), this means that this field will catch last change to the record, so that it will be delta enabled based on the latest change date. This is very important becuase if u use date like posting date to the delta then back dated posting will not captured in to the delta, as delta for this back date is already been done.

How can i avoid a pop-up window when calling the avi.dll?

Ok, here another try!
My problem is as followed:
My program calls the avi.dll to initialize, write into and close an
avi-file.
Now, when initializing it, a pop-up window is shown so you can choose the
codec to use.
My question is, can I pre-define the codec, so the pop-up window won't show
up?
The program is meant to write several files, some starting without the user
having to control them, so the pop-up window really isn't helping.
Any ideas?
I attached the avi.dll in case you need it to look at the problem.
Also helpful would be, if someone could tell me, how I can take a closer
look at the structure of the dll. Is there a program I can do that with?

Hello Martin,
I have used this DLL before and wasn't asked to choose a codec. Maybe if you use all three functions (init, write, close), it works without problems. Here's a example that uses IMAQ hardware to acquire an 8-bit image at 30fps and writes each image to an avi file.
There are utilities to examine dlls (see what functions are exported and what the dependencies are, but you can't see source code since it is compiles.) Check out QuickView or DependencyWalker.

I have 2 fields in my form.
attribute1 and attribute1_meaning
only attribute1 is displayed on the form .
I want that whenever a user updates or inserts any record into the attribute1 field ,
a window should pop up prompting for the user to enter field attribute1_meaning.
in short --
if attribute1 is updated or inserted then attribute1_meaning should also be updated or inserted.
How to go about this?

well bro u have to create another canvas with dialog window, set its size and pop it up.
You can also hide the meaning field and everytime the user changes or inserts set the visibility of the attribute_meaning to yes.
and use validation and post change triggers to pop the window occasionally when the meaning is null or the record is new or changed.
