  • Add new App in iTunes Connect?

I'm using MagPlus to create a Digital Magazine App and I need to add an App in iTunes Connect. Where in iTunes Connect do I add a new App? We also have an iBooks app in the "Manage Your Books" which needs deleted but I don't know how to delete this..maybe because of the user account permission?

You cannot publish books and apps with the same Apple ID. You need to create a new Apple ID to publish your app.

How do I add an app or iTunes card to my apple account

If iTunes gift cards are available in your country then you can redeem them onto your account on your iPad via, for example, the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store app

I'm not sure what you mean by 'add an app' (?). You can buy/download apps on your iPad via the App Store app - tap on a app's price to buy it, and it should download onto your iPad's homescreen. You should also be able to redownload apps that you've purchased in the past (as long as they are still in your country's store) via the Purhcased tab in the App Store app

  • How can I delete apps in iTunes and have that sync to my iPhone and iPad?

How can I delete apps in iTunes and have that sync to my iPhone and iPad? I don't want to delete 3 separate times for each item. I just carefully chose 30-35 apps to get rid of via iTunes, hoping it would sync to my devices, only to find I have to repeat the process on my iPad, take notes, then repeat it on my iPhone. It wasn't always so tedious was it?
Here's the "Help" I got from Apple. They even quoted my question back to me then proceeded to answer with something very different and completely missing the point.
I understand that you would like to delete the Apps. I know how eager you are to get the required information and I will be happy to assist you.
You can remove individual songs, audiobooks, and videos from your iPod, iPhone, or iPad. Removing an item from your device doesn't delete it from your iTunes library.
To remove items from a device other than an iPod shuffle, first make sure that iTunes is set up to manually manage items.
    1. Connect your iPod, iPhone, or iPad to your computer.
    2. When the iPod, iPhone, or iPad icon appears in iTunes, select it.
    3. Unless your device is an iPod shuffle, click the Summary tab and make sure "Manually manage music and videos" or "Manually manage music" is selected.
    4. If the disclosure triangle to the left of your iPod, iPhone, or iPad (below Devices) is closed, click the triangle so that you can see the device's contents.
    5. Select the item you want to delete and press the Delete key.
This was not helpful in any way and I am still unable to delete apps on my devices in a global, iTunes based way. Each device still requires its own independent process.

Match was off.  I made all of the changes and then went through the "Turn on iTunes Match" option.  I now have deleted some tracks, edited the Metadata in CDDA, and then added it back.  This worked fine, but it is not a good solution.
I just tried making some edits and use the "Update iTunes Match" and that seemed to work.  It looks like the real answer is that Match must be up and operational, then you can make changes and run the Update to incorporate the changes.  However, if Match has a problem then Signing Out and back in to your store account and going through the process of Turning On Match (were you get the questions, "Add this Computer to Match" will overwrite any changes.
Since this relies on the stability of iTunes, I won't be making a lot of changes between updates.

  • Instructions How To Add Web Apps

Can someone tell me how to add web apps like the games and flashlight. I'm having a mental block lol Theres no download button on the apple site or in itunes that ive found.
    Thanks!

    Hi Jraps39
Currently there are 2 answers to this question.
The first applies if your iPod touch hasn't been updated with the January Software Upgrade which you can purchase through the iTunes music store. If this is the case then there is no official supported way of adding buttons to your home screen to those web apps. You can however bookmark them in Safari.
If you have downloaded the January Software Upgrade through the iTunes Music Store then you will be able to tap the plus sign in the middle of the button bar at the bottom of the webpage in Safari and it will give you the option to "Add to Home" which will add an icon to your home screen.
Some users have found alternative methods that are unofficially supported and cannot be mentioned on this forum however I hope the above answers your question.

How do i update apps in iTunes? Since the new release I can't find anything other than adds and other stuf to upsell me?

In iTunes, select Apps under LIBRARY (left panel). You'll see the Check for Updates button bottom right.
If any of your apps has update it will prompt you to update.

  • I can't add/remove apps through iTunes.

I wanted to sync my apps with iTunes, as I haven't got the iTunes app on my iPhone (don't know how I did that either lol) and I also wanted it for some other stuff. Now the box 'Sync Apps' is unchecked, and when I check it iTunes warns me that every app and content of that app will be removed and replaced by the apps in the iTunes library.. I'm really not that keen on losing data in Whatsapp for instance, as my memory depends on that app, lol.
Anyway, is there any possibility that I can add/remove apps through iTunes without losing data on my iphone? Maybe by making some sort of backup?
I really hope there's someone with an answer to this one, as I'm really out of ideas to solve this.
    Thanks,
    Axel

Guess what I didn't lose any data, not even in for instance games like Coin Dozer or Whatsapp or anything! I don't know how, but it's true! I didn't even have to re-login Wordfeud! Hurray!

How to add an app library to LD_LIBRARY_PATH?

You can do it with Automator, although it's harder than in Windows.
    Example:

I like to press the Spotlight keyboard shortcut and then use type-ahead and Enter to launch. When Spotlight is open, if I start typing "wo" Microsoft Word will be highlighted and then I just press Enter to launch it.

How to open an app in ITunes?

Hello! Apps in iTunes are made for iOS devices: iPhones, iPads and iPod Touches. They won't open on your Mac with OS X. You can only download them for safekeeping or for USB-syncing to your iOS-devices.
If you are looking for apps for OS X, they exist- you can find them at "Apple Menu > Mac App Store"

  • How do I update apps in iTunes 11.1.4?

I recently upgraded to iTunes 11.1.4, and I no longer see any way to update my apps for iPhone. There used to be a button at the bottom of the Apps screen within iTunes. I've looked at all the top bar menus and anywhere else I can think of. I can update them first on my phone, but it's faster and easier to manage on the computer. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks.

I think you're asking how to update your apps on iTunes on your computer.
The screen from which you update looks like this:
To get there, go to "Apps" as shown in the upper left, then click "Updates" in the top center.  All available updates will be displayed.  If there are none displayed, click "Check for Updates" in the lower right.  If some are in fact available, that button will change and say "Update all".

how to add iCloud app to my iPhone 5s

There isn't an iCloud app.  You'll find iCloud in Settings>iCloud, where you can sign in with your Apple ID to create your iCloud account (see http://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/ios.html).  There is only a Find My iPhone app (available through the App store), which you can use to track your other devices from your phone.
