Im seeing the same thing.
You can take a screenshot or copy/paste the email into Notes and then print from there.

In my limited knowledge there is no way for a user to add an application to this list. You might try one of these two options.
1. Use a utility like Cocktail or Onyx to reset the launch services database. This is the database that decides which applications get launched when a file is double clicked. It may be that the Endnote application didn't get recognized. However OS X decides what applications to add to the list based on files types.
2. The easier solution is to select one of the files you wish to open with Endnote. Right click on the file and select Get Info. Under the "Open with" menu select Other... and navigate to the Endnote application and select it. Now click the Change all button. From now on when you double click your citation file it will automatically open with the Endnote application.

Click the lock icon to unlock it, then enter an administrator’s name and password.

If this is on an External disk then it is more than likely formatted in the Windows NTFS format and OS X, the Mac operating system, can't Write to that format. It can READ from it but can not write to it.
You will have to reformat it for Mac OS X. You do that ibn Disk Utility. Google Format drive for Mac OS X and you will get a ton of links to tutorials explaining exactly how to do it.

new page will create in sap scripts using new page command.
you have to set condition like after some number of records displayed in page new page has to be trigger.
ex:YOU HAVE SO MANY RECORDS FOR PRINTING BUT YOU WANT TO DISPLAY 100 RECORDS IN FIRST PAGE REMAINING IN SECOND PAGE LIKE THAT.
Here you can use NEW PAGE COMMAND .

How can I remove icons from the Finder sidebar? Transferred info from my Mac Pro desktop computer (using target mode) and there were folder icons on the Mac Pro Finder sidebar that are now on the MacBook Finder sidebar, even though these folders do not exist on the MacBook. Tried to drag them off, which is the usual way to get rid of folders that the user adds to the sidebar (as opposed to those that can be added via the Customize Toolbar dropdown menu) but was unsuccessful. I then unchecked all of the Customize Toolbar menu items and the folder icons still remained. What else can I do?

Did you hold the Command (Apple) key while dragging them off the sidebar? That usually makes them go *poof*.

The SDK doesn't provide any features for adding icons to the command center in SBO6.5.
Version 2004 has a new image property for menu items that can be used.

Calling ABAP Subroutines: PERFORM
You can use the PERFORM command to call an ABAP subroutine (form) from any program, subject to the normal ABAP runtime authorization checking. You can use such calls to subroutines for carrying out calculations, for obtaining data from the database that is needed at display or print time, for formatting data, and so on.
PERFORM commands, like all control commands, are executed when a document is formatted for display or printing. Communication between a subroutine that you call and the document is by way of symbols whose values are set in the subroutine.
Syntax in a form window:

To analyze anything in LabVIEW you have to be able to access the signal through some sort of DAQ board. Once you have the signal going to a board then you have to have the right driver (packaged code) to be able for LabVIEW to communicate with that device. There are a lot of supported drivers at ni.com/idnet or you can create your own. Check out this site for how LabVIEW interacts with Audio. This other site has information on using your local sound card with your microphone or speaker input/output to interact with LabVIEW. Hopefully this will get you started in the right direction.
