How to add commandLink attribute programmatically

Question

Hi,
I have command Link:
af:commandLink text="save" actionListener="#{myBean.method}" partialSubmit="true">
<f:attribute name="name" value="#{emp.name}"/>
</af:commandLink>
If i use above code in jsf and get the attribute name it gives me the value like "testUser" (name entered by user in textbox)
If, I am adding this command Link programmatically like
RichCommandLink saveLink = new RichCommandLink();
saveLink.getAttributes().put("field1", "#{emp.name}");
then, it gives me hardcoded values as
*System.out.println( saveLink.getAttribute("name")); --->   #{emp.name}*
Any inputs how to get actual value as "testUser" instead of expression when adding attribute programmatically?
