How to add members in REDO group in RAC

Hi All
I need to know the syntax to add members in redolog group in RAC database. Currently i have 4 groups (2 belonging to each thread) and one member in each group. I want to multiplex.

Can not add members to a Group as Group Administrator

Hi,
My collegue has created a Group 'WE_PM_group' and added me to that Group with role 'Group Administrator'.
But when I connect to the 'Create Group Or Add New Members' tool, then after SSO and acknowledging the 'read and understood Beehive Online Guidelines', it does not show the 'WE_PM_group' (it shows no Groups) and I can only Create a group.
My question : how can I add members to the Group that my collegue created and for which I am Group Administrator ?
Note : When I connect to the BeehiveOnline Administration Tool, I indeed see my e-mail address within the Group 'WE_PM_group' and with the correct role (Group Administrator)

If you go to the APEX app and have any group - like your Administrator - you will have a list of group - each of them is a hyperlink. Click on the group and the Group settings will be displayed - one of the fields is the Manager email. Get him/her to puit your email in that field, separated by a comma, and you are good to go.

if you want to do that, either create a Char Hierarchy in KES3 for the Char Profit Center
OR
Create a WW char in KEa5 and write a derivation rule using the method "Enhancement" .. Write ABAP Code in COPA0001 exit

According to your post, my understanding is that you wanted to group by on more than 2 columns in a List View in SharePoint 2013.
There is no out of the box way to achieve your scenario directly.
As a workaround, we can use the following method to achieve it.
First, we can insert Data View Web Parts in SharePoint Designer 2013.
It’s because the SharePoint Designer 2013 can’t support Design view, then the Data View Web Parts XSL cannot be visually manipulated.

How to edit members of a group in Address Book?

I need to add and delete members of a group in my Address Book. There seems to be no Edit function, though, and although I managed to type in a new name, when I opened the group, the new name had disappeared (and the old, deleted names reappeared).
Underlying that problem - and the real problem that drives me to write you - is that there is apparently no HELP function that would contain lot of How-To-Do-Directions. Having that would improve the program significantly.

Shared mail folders can be shared to a group e.g [email protected], how does one allow a delegated administrator to define the members of the group. I assumed that it referred to a group created in DA, but the value aclGroupAddr does not get updated for the users added to the group. The only way I can see how to control the mailing list group mambers is to add the group email address to the aclGroupAddr field for the useer in ldap (using DSCC). Is there a better way?

You cannot use DA for this purpose at this time. There is an RFE which if implemented could allow you to use a static-groups defined in DA to restrict access to a shared mail folder.
RFE#6264218 - "Make the group representation used in user entries to indicate ismemberof more configurable".
This is an old RFE which needs customers to push for it to be implemented.

Go to system administration >setup>Inventory-->Item group .
If you need to Add --Press Ctrl A
If you want to edit -- find the item group -- and edit it .

Hi Saloni,
Based on what your specific requirement, it might be easier to do it with scripting.
If you are doing it using Document Security Templates, you would have to create a Document Security Template for each of the 6 MA types and assign the default group. Create another one and leave the Document Type field blank, so it will apply to the other 4 MA types that don't have a default group.

You have 3 options.
1. Create a group that includes all computers as the parent
2. Create a group based on a specific domain the computers belong to
3. Create a group based on a specific OU the computers belong to.
Currently that's the only dynamic way to have computers automatically join a device group upon enrollment.

Net add command should do it.
What format do you have it in the variable?
net localgroup administrators contoso\AdminAccount /add would do the trick just replace the either accountname or the domain\accountname and you should be fine.

How to add an attribute to "group" element in the DataTemplate dataStructur

I want to add an attribute to the group element in the dataStructure section of DataTemplate. I want my output XML file to look like:
<G_EMP xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org">

This can be done in Oracle Reports 6i by setting a value to the XMLTag attribute in the property pallette of G_EMP group in the report. Please let me know if there is a way to do the same in the Data Template.
So far I've observed only three attibutes that can be used with group element (name,dataType,source). Is there any other attribute that I can use to get the afore mentioned XML structure.

How to add trusted sites to group policy?

I found this:
Trusted sites policies can be set at the computer or user level and are located at the relative path of administrative templates: \Windows Components\Internet Explorer\Internet Control Panel\Security Page\Trusted Sites Zone.
But in the right side of the Trusted Sites Zone, I did not see any option to enter the sites. I'm using IE7.

I have added sites to this exact location, I set them to apply to USERS Settings. They never apply. Now I know the policy is being applied since other settings in the GPO are applied and when I run a gpresult /z it shows that my policy was applied.
How come adding sites to the Site Zone Assign does not work? I've tried on both XP and Windows 7 workstations too.
Here are some notes I had made on this topic (the steps are based around using Local GP Editor, gpedit.msc, but, apply almost exactly to Domain GP)
You can examine the registry keys & values on a machine, to see if the GP settings are applying or not.
Also, note that if the browser is already running in memory when the GP is applied, the browser UI may not reflect the GP settings until all browser sessions are closed.

Because this method uses the "classic" admin templates GP, any existing sites in the specified zone will be removed, and, the GP values will be applied, and,
*the user will be unable to modify the values via the Internet Explorer user interface*
If you need to add sites into zones, but wish to leave the user the ability to further modify the site-to-zone values, you cannot use "classic" GP, but may use another method such as GPP or IEAK.
