How can I add on top feature in my desktop application?
Also, how can I add a feature like this, It runs and cover entire background, all other application will run above it but it will remain as a background on desktop.

How to add custom graphical features to cursors in Waveform Graphs

Hi all:
I´ve starting a project in LabView, in which I need to synchronise some events with a sound track.
To do this, I tought that LabView would be the tool of choice, but now that I´m working on it, I
found my self faced with some serious problems.
What I want to do, is to represent a .wav sound file in a Waveform graph, and then use the cursors
to mark some points in the desired places where I want things to happen, but, these events are
going to be on during some period of time.
So, it will be natural that some consecutive events might overlap in time, and I need to have
some control on this.
The best solution would be to have a rectangular strip attached to the cursors, with a lenght
representing the exact time duration of the event.
But this is only possible on my dreams, because I dont see any tools on LabView that aloud us to implement
any extra graphical features on the cursors.
But as I learned more about LabView, I found that a user can program blocks of software in C, to implement
things that LabView does´nt do by default.
And now I´m wondering if this could be the solution for my problem.
Is it possible to add new custom features such as the one that I need?
If yes, how?
I have atached an image to give a clear ideia of what I need.
I´ll apretiate any help.

No, you can't modify the cursors with either the native or C code. But I'm wondering if you can't get what you want with an XY graph instead of a regular graph. You can have multiple separate plots and some of them can be thick horizontal lines. I've attached a file with just some constants wired to an XY graph to show what I mean. Obviously, you'd have to calculate the values for the x and y arrays in your real situation. If you have to use a regular graph to display the .wav file, you could also overlay a transparent XY Graph on top. The other possiblity is to use a picture control to display your data. There's a couple of shipping examples (i.e. Waveform and XY Plots, XY Multi Plot) that show how data can be represented and Pen Attributes and Sub setting shows how you can draw lines of different widths.

How to add repeating comments features in Sharepoint Announcement List.

I have a challange to add commenting features in Announcement lists identical to sharepoint blogs.
When super user adds Announcement in the team page, i wanna display add comments right underneath the new announcement to people with contributer access to provide feedback to the item. It is very identical as default sharepoint issues
list where people can provide multiple comments that provides time stamp and user info about the contributor of the comment.
Any help will be appreciated.

How to add a top level menu to TestStand Sequence Editor

Hi,
Am unable to add a new top level menu item like File, Edit, Tools, Windows in Sequence Editor. Is it possible to add the same? Can anyone share code snippet to use TestStand API so that a new menu is created?
Please find the attached snapshot and am trying to add "NewMenu" to SeqEdit.
TestStand Version is 4.0

Hello Mrm,
Adding a new menu is not going to be possible since the source code of the Sequence Editor is not accessible. However, you do have a few options:
1) Add a new toolbar
2) Create and entry point (configuration or execution) that will show in one of the existing menus. Here is a KnowledgeBase article that describes this more.
3) Customize the right click context menus.
4) Build your own UI or customize one of the shipping UI's (since you have access to that source code).
What is the overall goal in doing this? Let me know so I can assist you further if needed.

How to add a pause feature to a state machine.

I am using the attached VI (Auto Reactor.vi) to control a sequence of relays on an NI 9481. What I have it set up to do right now is run several pre-defined cycles in a given sequence based on user-inputted time parameters for each. What I need to do is build in a pause function such that whatever cycle is currently being run pauses at the press of a button then resumes exactly where it was in the cycle when the button is pressed again.
There are several forums relating to this; however, I have not had any success using the techniques presented within them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you can add an additional "break" button and set the Event Timeout time to -1. After change back, the loop goes on.

Hi Jay,
Be aware that "Freeze Header Rows" and "Freeze Header Columns" apply only to rows and columns that are Header rows or Header columns. You can have up to five Header rows, Five Header Columns (and five Footer rows) on a Numbers Table.
"Header rows" is a special designation. Besides being able to be frozen, Header and Footer rows are not included in formulas referencing whole columns, making it possible to place formulas such as =SUM(B) at the top (or bottom) of column B without causing a self-reference error, These designated rows are also not included in sorts of the rows in a table.

But here is my problem how can i align Title(DCS Clinical Report-Technician wise) center of pdf report with image named:logo5.png immediately coming to it's right?.
As the problem i am facing is my title or Header(DCS Clinical Report-Technician wise) is at top of my image named:logo5.png and not coming to it's center position of my image.
Second the problem i am facing is how to add new entire row to top of existing table in pdf report from c# windows form using iTextSharp?.

I’m sorry for the issue that you are hitting now.
This itextsharp is third party control, for this issue, I recommended to consult the control provider directly, I think they can give more precise troubleshooting.

How to add vertical stroke to between top menu items?

I have a horizontal Spry menu bar. How to add a vertical stroke between menu top items?
BUT NOT outermost left and outermost right. Only to BETWEEN top menu items.
In html file I tried this:
