How to add ripped audiobook tracks in proper order?

I'm trying to put an audio-book that I got from Amazon into my iPhone. The problem is that the book came on 8 CDs, each containing about 20 tracks. So after I ripped it, it created a mess of files names. So I sat down and diligently renamed all of them in the following order: DD.TT.mp3 where DD=disc number and TT=track number. I also went into each MP3 tag and gave it the same title. After that I dragged all MP3s into iTunes. Unfortunately what I got in iTunes is this:
As you can see, track 02.01 should not follow 01.01 and instead it would be as such:
01.01
01.02
01.03
and so on...
01.16
02.01
02.02
etc.
Any idea how to fix this with the least amount of work?
PS. I already spent about an hour trying to organize it.... so any help would be appreciated.

I think I got it solved. I had to reset track numbers to "space" and only then iTunes sorted them correctly. (I couldn't find how to do it quickly on a Mac w/o purchasing something, so I had to do it on my Windows 8 PC that allowed to do this after I selected all MP3 tracks, right-clicked it, went into Properties -> Details and set track # to a space. Then copy them back to the Mac and import into iTunes.)

you should have received a letter from the Oracle Certification Program where the logo usage is stated, otherwise you can go to the Oracle Education site for further information.
On the other hand, logo and title usage may mean different things, there are countries where showing a document or a degree is more important thant the knowledge and experience; there are other countries where it is the other way around. Either way, showing an OCA (logo or reference) in a resume isn´t considered enough to make a difference in a very keen and competitive job market.

How to add more audio tracks to my environment ? i forgot !!

Hi. I dont see this in the Logic Ref guide.
In my previous autoload (made through the initial setup assistant) , i had selected 24 audio tracks. My current project requires more tracks , how can i add more tracks to the environment in this project.
I havent done this in so long , i forgot.
In the Environment , i choose AUDIO layer , then New Audio Object , i'm lost from here on.....
Please help. I'll try and find this in the manual aswell.

If you want to do it the easy way:
Go to the arrange page, go to the smaller menu labelled 'Track' and select 'create multiple' then choose what you want (mono, stereo or audio instrument). Voila.
This will add the extra tracks to your environment too. If it doesn't happen then check your audio preferences for max number of audio tracks and adjust accordingly.

Hi,
the fact that your question is posted in Order Management section, does the move order automatically generated by OM?
nevertheless, i don't think you should (or allowed, in this case) to add a new line in transact move order. Transact move order only queries (not create records) the move order lines eligible to allocate and transact.
So, I don't see why you need to add a new line in transact move order.
You can, however, add a new line in the allocation of the lines, where for instance, you need to have half of the line allocated to one locator, and the other half to another locator

Here invoice is added for a particular sales order.....the same can be done for delivery.....

then create sales order using with Propose items button - VA01 - then system will accept more than 50 line of materials at a time

How to add 5.1 track without duplicate timelines?

To add a 5.1 track to my project I duplicate the movie timeline and change the stereo track for the 5.1. The problem is the program duplicate the capacity (3,50gb are now 7gb). I don't know if I can add the 5.1 as a second track in the same timeline to avoid the increasing in gb.
is possible to add the 5.1 in a second track of the movie timeline? and how can I link a button in the menu to link to the movie with this second 5.1 track?
If this isn't possible, how can I do a 5.1 option without duplicate the weight?

Jeff, if I have one timeline with two audio tracks (stereo and 5.1) and the video track. If I have two buttons, stereo and 5.1, how I link the button to the video track with it correct audio track avoiding the other? I need to link the button direct to the audio track and this link also include the video track?

Default Pause Length in the preferences and Disk Menu -> Set Pause Length

The purple Track Start Marker is split in two. Grabbing either side to affects the track start or pause start and/or length. You can also type it in the CD tracks list. And you can grab and move whole regions to where you want. There are several other features in this type of marker and which affect the index points, pauses and regions - check through the manual to get exactly the result you want.

I copied 7 cd audiobooks to I tunes, but they appear as track 1 of disc 1, track 1 of disk 2 etc. How can I arrange these tracks in correct order of each disc?

You can change the Track # information for each track on those albums. If iTunes cannot find an album in its online database of CDs, it will not have detailed information about the tracks. This often happens with things like audiobooks on CD.
Select one of the tracks in a listing in iTunes. Right-click on the track, and select Get Info. On the Info window, go to the Info tab, and update the Track # information, so that it is correct. You can update the Name of the track and other information you see there, if desired. You can also go to the Options tab, and change the Media Type to Audiobook, if the item currently appears under Music in your iTunes library (and you want it to appear as a Book).
NOTE: You can select multiple items at once in iTunes, and do a Get Info, if the change you are making for all the items is the same.

How to add an audio track without scaling?

I have a 3 minute audio track that I want to add to at a beginning of my 4 minute video clip. I "select all" from my audio mov file, I switch to my main video mov file and the insertion head is at the beginning. When I select "Add to movie" my movie file is now 7 minutes long. The picture is frozen at the beginning of the movie for 3 minutes while the audio is playing...
I tried moving the insertion input and output and used the "add to selection and scale" command, but it distorts the audio file since the audio file is actually a few hundredth of a second longer.
Is there any way to copy-paste an audio track without scaling?
What I want in the end is a 4 minute video clip with just the first 3 minutes with my audio track.

HOW TO ADD MULTIPLE AUDIO TRACKS - iMovie '11

I'm having trouble adding multiple audio tracks in iMovie 11. I already have an audio track embedded with the video and a separate music track under. I wish to extend the music track further but need to cut it off at a certain point. I tried just adding the 2nd music track under the first but when I 'drop' the track it doesn't show up anywhere. Any ideas or work arounds will be helpful. Thanks.

you have to drag the music-clip onto a video-clip - then, iM will add it automatically upon/under the other ones ...
