How to Administrate iCloud and Itunes

While connecting my iphone in my new Mac Book Pro (i5, 4GB RAM 500 HD), I choosed backup using icloud,
After that, some things were strange (At least by me):
1. Apps previously downloaded in my itunes account are not available in my mac Library, eventhough Apps remain in My iphone, I want to know how to download all previously downloaded Apps (from my other mac, ipod, ipad, iphones, etc to my new mac) I can not find how, please help
2. I selected not to sincronize my music in my iphone, since no memory left was available in my 16 GB iphone 4s, eventhough music previously bought appers like in icloud, but not available in iphone to play.
I realized that problem was related to iCloud and did a local backup in my Mac, problem corrected, music is available in my iphone but twice?!, How can I Administrate icloud?, (I want to remove music from Icloud)
I´m aso afraid that iCloud consumed a lot of my #G quota, now I will disable iCloud settings in all my ios devices
My general opininon is that with every itunes update, things are worst!, with older itunes I could Access my Apple TV G1 (160 GB Hard Disk), from some versions to now, Hard disk is not available!!!!! (NEw apple TV does not has HD, I assumed that Apple Geeks believe that user will buy a new Apple TV and recycle our older Apple TVs?!)
My needs are only to have my music available locally in my MAC, and downloaded in my ios devices according to memory space and user preferences, well organized with cover, genres, etc, but every itunes update makes more complicated to me trying to understand what deos an Apple Geek has in mind and then Apple promotes it as the new and Best itunes ever!, and things like that, I believe that I need to go back to older itunes, I dont see a real benefit in having newest itunes
Thanks for your time if you read it and more important, thank you if you can provide some help, because I went to many techs at Apple reseller points, stores and technicians are not prepared or they even not used new itunes, they are interested only in selling more boxes to make their quota rather than providing a real support to end users.
My MAcbook Pro is Brand New and I believe that I should have at least some kind of support without paying extra support plans from people without the correct skills

I am new to the Ipad, I just got the Ipad with retina display in and only have a 16gb memory. I wanted to use Icloud for my music and other items, but when I started using Icloud and Itunes match, my Ipad has up to 3 of the same song listed on the song list. and will repeat when I am listening to my music. I was wondering how I can get those multiple copies go away to just 1.

Settings > Store > Sign Out.
Sign in with the correct ID.

Did you fail to maintain a backup copy?
If so, then you can buy a third party program to extract the music not purchased from itunes.
Itunes purchases can be transferred to your computer: File>Transfer Purchases.

How do I prevent files from being backed up to iCloud and iTunes?

I have created the ios app using adobe AIR16 and flash cc. After submission of my aap into aapstore, I received a message from Apple with the following message –

By using xcode we can prevent files from being backed up to icloud and itunes, but i want to know that what is the way to achieve this by using AIR. While creating an explicit app id from apple developer account , i am not enabling icloud support.

Within AIR you can set the File.preventBackup property to true on a directory or file to prohibit that content from being backed up to the cloud:

I show and old defunct email address for my Apple ID on my APP store, iCloud, and iTune accounts and cannot log in. I am told my ID or password is incorrect. I did change my primary email address. that is the app ID that is showing.

If you mean you are trying to delete your iCloud account in iOS 7 and you don't know the passwod for the old ID, do one of the following:
If you still have access to your old email address, go to https//appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your iCloud ID. Tap edit next to the primary email account, tap Edit, change it back to your old email account and verify it. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You should then be able to turn off Find My iPhone with your password. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back and change your primary email address and iCloud ID back to the way it was. You will then be able to go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current ID and password to reconnect to your iCloud account.
If you don't have access to your old email address, you will have to contact Apple to get them to reset the password for it so you can disable Find My iPhone and sign into your iCloud account. You will have to prove your identity to them in order to do so. You can either contact iTunes support for assistance with this (https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html), or contact Apple Support (http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/contact/).

Using Touch ID for App store when you have seperate Apple IDs for iCloud and iTunes

My wife and I each have a new iPhone 5S. We share the same Apple ID for iTunes and the App Store.
In addition, we each have our own unique Apple IDs for iCloud. This enables us to use iMessage to text to each other.
Can the iPhone 5S be setup to use the Touch ID for iTunes and App store purchases when there are separate iCloud and iTunes ID on the same phone?
Currently, I can unlock my phone using the Touch ID, but the App store requests me to type the password to my wife's and my shared Apple ID whenever I wish to buy an app. I am not given the option to use the Touch ID.
I do have both the iPhone Unlock and iTunes & App Store set to "on" here: Settings > General > Touch ID & Passcode > Touch ID
How can I use my current setup so I can approve App Store purchases with the Touch ID?

I tried to update new iOS version but sign in failed 3 times with correct password. I had just installed an app about 4 hours prior. Tested loggin on from comouter to iCloud and iTunes and was successful, so same ID and password should work. Also reset password to fis this same issue about 4 days ago. How do I solve this problem?

I would suggest a) resetting the password on desktop https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ive-lost-my-firefox-sync-account-information#w_iaove-forgotten-my-sync-password-ae-how-do-i-reset-it_2 and then b) trying again on your Android phone or tablet
If the above doesn't help and since we can't read minds :-) we need more troubleshooting details to help you:
# What version of Android are you using (e.g. Jellybean 4.1-4.3, Kitkat 4.4, Lollipop 5.0, 5.1, etc)?
# What version of Firefox for Android are you using? (please try the latest version which is currently FF37.0.1)
# What did you do exactly, what happened and what did you expect? (details please! including the steps in the video you followed)

Icloud and Itunes duplications

I downloaded my purchased music on my iPhone and then later synced the iphone up to itunes. Now the music that I purchased is on my iphone 2 times though is only on itunes 1 time. This is only the music that I downloaded from the "cloud" that is duplicating. How do I remove the duplicates from my phone? This is driving me crazy, to be polite about it.

iCloud and itunes match are different services. iCloud really has no impact on iTunes match. When you set up itunes match, I assume your itunes music library was synced up to the match cloud. You other devices list all the music but don't have it physically on the device until you download it.

Sign in with the correct user name and password for the iCloud account.
This has nothing to do with them being "in sync".
iCloud and iTunes accounts, which are simply Apple ID's, cannot be merged. There is no way to merge Apple ID's. If you chose to set up the device using one Apple ID for iTunes and another for iCloud, then that's the way it is.
Alternatively, you could sign into iCloud with the same ID that is used for iTunes. Whether this creates problems or not depends on how you currently have iCloud set up.

ICloud and iTunes match

Have an iPhone4 and iPad2 both with all latest updates. Also using iCloud and iTunes Match.
What is the best way to set these up? I don't need music on either device but noticed my entire iTunes library on both devices. I really don't need music on either device except what I choose for each. Noticed my phone close to needing more storage, so I tried to swipe and delete albums but nothing happened. I went to the music icon and deleted everything which showed no data. Then selected the music icon at bottom of phone and all the music is still there.
I also backed up the phone and iPad on iCloud but nothing shows on iCloud.
What is suggested? Should I back these up to iCloud or to themselves or even iTunes? ITunes Match allows access to iTunes library in ICloud but checking iCloud I don't see an iTunes library or iPhone in iCloud. Perhaps I don' need iTunes Match?
Need some guidance on the best way to set things up and what some of you have done. Also how do I delete the music on the phone with what I described earlier.

I run Windows 7 and the newest version (10.6) of iTunes will not install. The installer won't even begin, and when I run the Apple Software update, it tells me that iCloud and iTunes have invalid signature.

When I run the Apple Software update, it tells me that iCloud and iTunes have invalid signature and will not be downloaded. When I DL iTunes64setup.exe, the program will not start (there's a bar that flashes but nothing actually begins). I've done everything short of reinstalling Windows to fix this (system resore, unistalling all Apple products, taking down firewall, running Windows FixIt - which either won't find the problem or gives me an error saying that the troubleshooter cannot be downloaded at this time, going into the security features to allow programs without valid signatures, trying to install earlier versions of iTunes). It all started when I downloaded the Decemberists new album on my iPhone, and it wasn't downloading it properly so I connected it to my Dell, but some songs still wouldn't DL - also, the newest OS for my iPhone still won't install via WiFi - and so I uninstalled iTunes first, but nothing is helping. And I don't have any security issues (Norton has checked). Any ideas? I'm at my wit's end after 3 days of this. Thank you.

Ok, so after like 4 days of going through all these different issues, I figured out that several programs weren't downloading, and it was an issue with my wireless connectivity messing up the digital signatures, so if you plug in your comp to the modem and delete your temp files, it should start to work!
