How to affect Purchase account

Dear Experts
In purchasing proces we are making a Purchase Order-> GRN->A/P Invoice.
We have defined the items as inventory and purchase items...we have chosen set G/L accounts by item level in the item MD
Now when we are adding the GRN the JE posted is as follows
Raw material a/c Dr
To GRN Clearing a/c
When we are making the A/P Invoice JE posted is as follows
GRN Clearing a/c Dr
To Creditor A/cr
Here the posting to the Raw Material a/c is done in the books.....but how to post the entries in the purchase a/c....here the
expense a/c is not working...please suggest any workaround

If once any Financial transaction has been posted then u can't activate the "Purchase accounting system ", either u have to continue ur process without this r u if ur started to enter the entries before few days means then go back to the last backup which has been taken before transaction , restore it and activate the purchase accounting system and enter the entries once again.
If it is having lot of entries or u r in mid of the year then there is no solution for ur problem...

When I enter asset no. in my ANEK table, po no(ebeln) and po item(ebelp) field is blank.
whether every line item in a Purchase order have differrent asset.

Hi Rachel,
Your message is a little bit confusing. There is no link between the asset and material number. If you want to post your purchase order, using account assignment F - that is internal order - you may do it. Futher, you can settle the postings from this order to asset.

Hi Abdul,
If you meant defaulting Purchase Order distribution accounts from the (backing) requisition, then the accounts from requisitions will default into the autocreated PO.
If you seek to default distribution accounts for Purchase Requisition using Projects, then the account generator need to have customized rules defined to default account for project enabled distributions based on the Project/Task/Organization/Expenditure Type/Date combination entered.

WHen ur entering Purchase invoice ur Purchase offset account is used to nullify the Purchase account.
FOr ex"
Vendor: 1000cr
Rawmaterials : 850 Dr.
Tax : 150Dr
Purchase acc.: 850 Dr.
Purchase Off acc: 850Cr.
When ur returning the Purchase invocie, the purchase offset acc. will be used with purchase return acc.

Want credit to remain on accounts as it was a gift for my daughter and we haven't finished using it yet but need to purchase additional storage for all of our accounts. Can't I just override the automatic payment from the account and just pay with a separate cc?

Purchasing additional storage will not use account credit anyway. It gets directly charged to your credit card, and you must use a credit card since it is an annual subscription service you are purchasing, not a one time payment option. They insist on a credit card so they have a billable account for the automatic annual subscription fee. At least it was that way when I did it.

You cannot use the Japanese iTunes Store unless are physically present there and have a Japanese payment method. This applies even for free apps; you cannot get them from the Japanese iTunes Store if you are in the US.
If you are in Japan, you can set up a new iTunes Store account just to get free apps. See:

Read the steps carefully as the order in which you follow them is critical. Note that you can do this only when creating a new Apple ID. You cannot use an existing ID.
If you have moved to Japan and wish to change the country of your account permanently, you can contact the iTunes Store and ask them to clear your remaining balance. You will need to be able to provide a Japanese payment method, though.
