How do I align printer for CD lables?

Hi,
Just try-on-error. From the good old days, my successful rate was around 30% that why I bought a new printer which can print on printable CD/DVD's directly. By the way, you have to be very careful with the paper labels, they may stuck inside your player after a while, specially if hot.

Hello- I need to find a file or program to author and print name/address
labels. I will be mailing my former high school classmates a "memory booklet"
from our recent class reunion.

Yes, I'd start by contacting Verizon Customer Service, first.
If you fail to contact them before your phone is shipped out, call FedEx Customer Service, explain the situation, provide the tracking number, and have the address changed. I know FedEx does it, as I've had to do it with signed orders in the past.

I am new to this and do not know how to print multiple return address labels on my new Mac. My computer is state of the art....and I am not....but very willing to learn.... I just bought Office Depots 2/3 in x 1 3/4 in return address labels that has room for 60 labels per sheet and is the same size as the Avery 8195 and 5195. or 3M 3200-Q and 3100-P...thanks in advance!!

All drives busy, how to free one for tape labeling?

Our backups are currently wedged because of a media shortfall.
We have a dedicated mediafamily for full backups and all of the tapes for that pool have
been exhausted. All of the drives are have backups running (paused, really) and waiting
for tapes.
It should simply be a matter of labeling more tapes, but here is the problem:
catxcr allows you to examine the transcript and choose what to do. Selecting "help"
offers the choice to label a tape

If the other tapes are expired then they will be automatically relabelled for use with this media family, so you should never need to manually label tapes unless you're trying to expire tapes that still have valid backups on them.
The borrowdev commands are applicable to a single obtool session, so you have to just type "obtool" to get into that prompt and then do the borrowdev commands in that one session.

How do I Print eBay shipping labels from iPad

My wife sells on eBay. She is not a big time seller but sells 20 to 30 items per month. She does everything from creating the listing to taking the photos for the listing on her iPad Air. The final step is printing out the shipping label, but can't be done on my Epson XP800 because it is set up by eBay to use flash.
is there any way around this? It's a real shame that we run into this limitation imposed by eBay.....
the epson XP800 is an air print printer and works like a champ with all of our I devices.

I came across a software called ZEBRA which will be used for Printing.
Whether we need to use these sofwares in Barcode design also in smartforms or only while printing.

How do I print Avery address labels?

Is there any easy way to print a page of return address labels using standard Avery sizes? Does not appear to be an option in Pages. I can do it in Word, but would rather not use it.

I figured out a way to do this using Address Book without resorting to Word or Print Shop. What I did was select the contact I wanted to use to print return address labels -- the same address printed on a page of 30 Avery labels (8160) -- and drag it to the desktop. I selected the resulting vCard on my desktop, clicked the right mouse button (CTRL+mouse-click if you have a one-button mouse) to get the context menu, and selected "Duplicate." I duplicated this one vCard 28 times. I then imported the 29 vCards back into Address Book, but I chose "Keep Both" when the Duplicates warning asked me what I wanted to do. I made sure to check the box "apply to all." I then selected these 30 contact cards (all of the same contact), and selected "File / Print" from the menu bar. In the Address Book area of the print dialog, I selected "Mailing Labels" from the Style pull-down menu. Then I clicked on the Layout tab and selected Avery standard and 8160.
In order to save myself the trouble of having to do all this over again, I selected Save to PDF from the PDF drop-down menu at the bottom left corner. That way, I can print out these return address labels any time. After all that, I deleted the extra 29 copies of the contact.
I know this wasn't as easy as doing it in Word, but if you don't have Word and don't want to buy extra software, this is how to do it with a standard installation of Mac OS 10.5.

How to align prompts for a stand alone report

I have an OBIEE analysis with prompts. This is a stand alone report and not a report on the dashboard.
This report has various different prompts each with a different text. Due to which they dont align .
For example
(dash is a prompt box)
Product Name= ___________________
Product Description contains any ________________
Batch Number= __________________
Destination City contains any _________________
But what I want is to have spaces between the prompt and prompt box so that it align correctly.
Can this be done just from the prompts tab in the report?

Hi,
There is no option line under line but if you want a uline under a label
then there is other way of doing this.
After label create a element with property horizontal gutter.
This provides you a line under label.You can adjust the length of line using width .
and you can adjust the heigth of line using heigth(small)etc according to your
requirement.Also adjust ruletype by selecting from dropdown.

I can create the user inteface template successfully as you described.
You can use a user interface template for this.
Go to Providers -> Locally Built Providers -> Shared Components -> User Interface Templates.
Then create a template for your pages and add the following lines:

But, I can't follow the following.
I go back to my page group and click [Properties]. And I can't find the [Optional].
I am using Portal 1.10.2. Can you help me ?
After that, go back to your page template, and on its properties, go to optional and then select the User Interface Template you have just created.
With this you won't have to change your original Template.

How to enable printer for wireless?

From my (1st gen.) iPad I can instruct wireless printing to my HPLaserjet CPI1525nw.
How can I add my HP Laserjet 6MP so that it too will perform wireless printing?

I went to System Pref for Print & Scan, selected the 6MP printer and checked "Share this computer on the network." (Printer sharing is on.)
Then to HP printer Network Diagnostics, followed several steps, including re-starting my cable modem (& AirportExtreme)
When finished, I get "Cannot find server. This computer appears to have a working internet connection but cannot find "Hewlett-Packard Laserjet 6MP._pdl-datastream._tcp.local. You may have typed the address incorrectly."
The part ",_pdl.....etc." is totally unfamiliar to me (I didn't type anything)
Location on 6MP is "My Base Station - Computer Room"
At total loss to how get around this and "find Server"
