when the phone is locked and someone calls you two screen icons apear unlock and answer. when you selectd them they turn green but neither seems to work anyone else have this problem or any ideas..

i installed my own version of joiku spot and now there are two and i cannot remove the one..

I had the exact same questions as you. As for answering a call while locked, you'll notice that there are two animated buttons: one that goes left to right for the answer "button" and then right to left for the unlock "button". These aren't actually buttons but instructions. To answer a call you swipe your finger across the screen from left to right and to unlock the phone you swipe from right to left.
As for the stupid boingo icon and extra joikuspot (i have these as well), I just created a folder called "Misc" in the root folder, and shoved all the icons i don't want to see in there. Now my apps folder only has apps I intend to use. I'm not sure how to permanently uninstall them (I tried uninstalling boingo but the icon is still there).

Managed to solve this myself. Just went to properties > hidden.

I cannot find the answer anywhere. You need to give answers to how to fix these errors because when I "search" "error code" or the number there is NOTHING. NOTHING! Yet you give us these stupid error codes
then you do not give us ANYTHING on how to fix these. These error codes make me so mad it makes me hate outlook, and hate the developers and hate microsoft. How in the world can you give us ERROR codes without the explanation of what
to do or how to fix it. You need to add each error code number in your "search" then explain what it is and how to fix it. I am not a tech. I am a lawyer. I have googled the entire string of error code and nothing is clear.

I understand how frustrated you are when facing such an issue, maybe I can provide some suggestions on the problem.
Based on the description, you should be using an IMAP account setup in Outlook. As for the error message, usually it's caused by a corrupted message on the Server. I suggest you logon the Webmail site, check if sending/receiving emails works well.
If you find any unusual emails that cannot be read or sent, try deleting them to try again.
I also suggest you create a new profile to setup the IMAP account:

Contact your Email Service Provider to get the correct and latest account settings, since you have been using Outlook for years, some settings may have been changed while you haven't been informed.

I'm sorry but I don't have an answer for you... But I do have a couple of questions that may help others to help you! Was it necessary for you to get a new sim? I'm guessing yes or you would not have done that. You might want to try calling Orange and asking them to unlock it, they might ask you to connect it to your PC and use ITunes with it. Tunes will then say Congrats! Your IPhone Is UNLOCKED! I did this in the US with an OLD iPhone 3 first they asked me a serial number and other info and it worked like a charm. But the thing is Orange [or Apple] must be satisfied that the phone's contract obligations have been fulfilled. I know this is complicated and a pain in the butt, but if it's a dead phone now I would give it a shot. Oh BTW I believe here in the US it's no longer against the law to unlock a phone, apparently the law was changed, not sure about this though... Good luck!

You can have apps purchased from more than one account. It does complicate update apps though.
- Go to settings>Store and sign out and sign into your account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
