I am having problems with iTunes, release 9.2.1(4), because of the way the popup menu is laid out. When I Control+click on the Podcast list the resulting popup menu lists 'Mark as played' at the very top. This changed sometime in the last several releases. It used to have 'Update podcast' at the top of the list.
I am also having problems with my iPod 5G Video playlist. When I sync new podcast to the iPod they end up on the bottom of the list, but there are a few that I'd like at the very beginning. I highlight them then drag them with the mouse, but I can't get up to the top of the list for some reason. I can only get up as high as the 2nd item in the list. I think this is because the software doesn't account for the column headings.
I'd like to ask that Apple's iTunes Software Engineers add both an 'undo' function to the Podcasts list and a function that lets me order some of my frequently used commands (like 'Update podcast') to this popup list. (I know I could try scripting, but I don't really have the time to learn another computing language.) I am specifically looking for something that allows for undoing things like marking all my podcasts as played when I really only wanted to do an update.
I'd also like to ask that someone look into this issue of not being able to drag a podcast to the very beginning of the list so as to make it the new number one item.
I'd like to do all these things, but I don't know if there is something I'm missing. If anyone knows how to get around these issues without having Apple reprogram iTunes please let me know.

You don't. Apple's warranty provides for replacing your device with an identical model (same model, carrier, capacity & color).
And you aren't getting a new iPhone. You'll be getting a remanufactured iPhone, which has gone through a more thorough inspection than any new iPhone ever does.
If you want a newer model, then trade-in or privately sell your current device and use the proceeds towards purchasing another device.

It won't take my new password and it won't let me out of the loop to even use my ipad for anything, including disconnecting my email. You can only access icloud.com from you computer, not from your iPhone.

You can turn that feature off in Settings>Mail, contacts, calendars>Contacts>Show in App Switcher>Recents>Off.

I do not know what exactly I have to do, because if informed a new payment method continues with the same problem, checked the card bill and really had given an error, because there was no billed the game. I ask you to verify what happened and explain to me what I need to do, because my single card is Visa's and do not intend to return others to use the services of the App Store.

I think you need the app store support. http://www.apple.com/support/mac/app-store/contact/ Go there and use one of the methods to contact them about your issue and they should be able to help you out.

Click your Apple menu > Software Update
Or update using the this download > Mac OS X 10.6.8 Update Combo

I know that this feature does not serve everybody, but I could use it on a weekly basis.
I don't know if there is a script for this, and if there is, plese let me know it.
Transparent working window.
So I could set my whole artboard window transparent and still work on it.
I could easily and fast trace some shapes from locked PDF's and also directly from the browser without copying the image to my computer.
The problem is, of course, that Zoom would only work in the graphics in the Illustrator (needless to say) and would not affect to the graphics behind the Illustrator window.
But still I think I could use it very much.
For examble I could manually draw simple shapes and logos straight from the customers website, without downloading the poor JPG image.
Please let me know what you think about it.
