How to assign different tones for different email ...

Hi.
I have a question, please.
Because I receive too many emails for work, I'm trying to "differentiate" them, assigning different tones or alerts for different email senders.
So I can understand when I have to read immediately an email, or it can be delayed.
I have never found any solutions in the native application (I think there is not); has anyone any idea or third-part software solutions?

I supposed too. THat's why I'm thinking to change for Blackberry, after many Nokia equipments. I'm not so happy to change, but I do not understand why Nokia remained so late from competitors.
Ok for OS, but they have not focused on business terminals after E71 (my phone), and so on.

I understand the purpose of the different notification sounds. The iPhone only allows 1 tone for e-mail accounts. At this time, this cannot be changed.

    I want to assign PC in a field to execute the program, like wa-ENTRY_UOM = 'pc'.
    But the system returen a message that "Unit of measure is not convertible to stockkeeping unit PC"
    Could anyone tell me how to assign the value??

hi,
first convert the quantity in the same unit ( like in you case ST to PC ) by using FM :    MD_CONVERT_MATERIAL_UNIT
CALL FUNCTION 'MD_CONVERT_MATERIAL_UNIT'
    EXPORTING
      i_matnr                    = matnr
      i_in_me                    = entry_uom
      i_out_me                   = out_uom
      i_menge                    = quantity
   IMPORTING
     E_MENGE                     = fp_l_v_quant
   EXCEPTIONS
     ERROR_IN_APPLICATION       = 1
     ERROR                      = 2
     OTHERS                     = 3.
IF sy-subrc <> 0.
          give error message here
   ENDIF.
bcoz in ur program somewhere the quantities etc are compared and there units may be different... so that is why it is showing such error. so just convert convert the quantity in the same unit .

How to assign the role for currently created user from Webdynpro App.
when i enter into the portal after creating the user
i am getting the following messgae in the portal
"No portal roles are assigned for this user.If this problem persists, contact your system administrator."

In the User Administration section of your portal find your newly created user and below select "Assigned Roles" tab then press <Modify> button and look through available roles on portal then just simply add and save. But if you want to do it programmatically see below:

IUserAccountSearchFilter userFilter = userFactory.getUserAccountSearchFilter();
userFilter.setLogonUid("superuser", ISearchAttribute.LIKE_OPERATOR, false);
ISearchResult sr = userFactory.search(userFilter);
for (final Iterator i = new PrincipalIterator(sr); i.hasNext();) {
IUserAccount user = (IUserAccount) i.next();
Execute the same search for IRole (or IGroup if needed) get the unique id of them and use newRole(...) and addUserToRole(...) methods from IRoleFactory.
Of course you don't need search for this principals if you know uniqueness of them. Use appropriate factories to get'em all by this unique id.

I have a requirement to be able to email PO to Partner function OA maintained in Schema already and gets defaulted into PO. Presently output type NEU uses External send 5 and uses email address maintained in Vendor master and send it to VN.
Is it possible to maintain different email id for partner function OA, so I can set up different condition reocord, tabkle & sequence to do the job but I am stuck on how to maintain different data for OA partner.
Any help in this regard is much appreciated!

it is better to develop a customised program for this,
and you can create new out put type also,
assign the program to the new output type,
maintain one customised table with mail ids of VN & OA ,
and the logic should be as , if the OA mail id is differs from the VN mail id,
system need to pick the OA mail id and send the mail,

but in SIM Manager it is not in such possibility, I conclude that in this type of phone it is impossible to assign a different ringtones to sim cards. The reference in the technical specification is probably confusing.

If available for the app, that would be included with the app settings.
The same sounds available for Apple included apps are available for FaceBook and Twitter since FaceBook and Twitter are incorporated with iOS. WhatsApp is not.
