How to authenticate OIM from AD using LDAP sync

Hi Team,
We do not want to use password synchronization connector for AD password sync to OIM
After reading few article' I found two probable ways for it:
1. Authenticate OIM via AD using libOVD with OIM and LDAP sync enable
2. Authenticate OIM via AD using libOVD, OID and LDAP sync enable.
Please suggest whether theses approcahes are practicaly possible or not.
If yes then please shae related architecture docs.

    I'm trying to integrate our Camel-application into WebLogic 12c. All the incoming endpoints are CXF-based webservices. These are secured by "UsernameToken Timestamp" with the WSS4JInInterceptor configured like this:

    My problem is: WSS4JInInterceptor expects the UserTokenCallbackHandler to return the password of the user delivered in the header <wsse:Username>. Is there any way to retrieve this from an external LDAP configured in WebLogic? I've already managed to retrieve the users, groups etc with JMX (javax.management.MBeanServerConnection and weblogic.security.providers.authentication.LDAPAuthenticatorMBean), but I can't figure out how to authenticate the user against the LDAP, i. e. retrieve the password.
    Or am I heading in a completely wrong direction and this is not the way to achieve authentication for CXF-Webservices in WebLogic?
    Please give me a hint (code-snippets preferred ;-) ) how to solve this.

    Is it possible to authenticate a group of the Portal users using an LDAP server, i.e. not to authenticate all the users using the LDAP server. I want to do this because we have a large number of customers (over 100,000) which are already defined in the LDAP server and I donot want to re-create them into the Portal login server, also I have many Portal users defined normally using the Portal "Add User". And if there is no such option, then is it smooth to move from database authentication to the LDAP server authentication (reference for the steps is appreciated)? We are using iPlanet LDAP server which is LDAP v3 compliant.

    Of course, Single Sign-On implies that you are using a portal, or a cunningly-configured BSP. NTLM is only an option if using a Windows-based IIS as a proxy to your Unix box. Otherwise, you need to use the SPNEGO login module, which is not on general release (it is available on a consulting basis only - see Michael Sambeth at SAP).
    Until SAP use UME within the ABAP core, I don't see an elegant solution to this.

    to Update a UDF you must assign a copy value adpter in Lookup.USR_PROCESS_TRIGGERS（design console / lookup definition）
    eg.
    CODE --------------------------DECODE
    USR_UDF_MYATTR1----- Change MYATTR1
    USR_UDF_MYATTR2----- Change MYATTR2

    I need to load on line a lot of invoices from Bpel to JD Edwards using the Adapter for JD Edwards OneWorld (iWay).
    Using Business Functions as Web Services it wasn't a not good idea because of this Adapter is poorly constructed and doesn't allow simultaneous loads, a memory leak occurs on JDE server. And to load them invoice by invoice is very slow.
    A choice is to use Z tables and load them through schedules, but Bpel loses total control.
    I heard that I can run processes reports that enable to extract the data from the Z tables and load them into JDE.
    How can I execute reports JD Edwards invoked from BPEL using the Adapter for JD Edwards OneWorld?

    Hi Dario,
    BizTalk 2013 R2 (JDE LOB Adapter) is not tested against latest release of JDE EnterpriseOne 9.1.
    It only supports with 8.12 and 9.0 version of JDE.

      Yes you can if you replace your email client with Adobe Email Service
    Open the Organizer and Click Edit à Preferences à Sharing
    Under Email settings click the dropdown menu and choose Adobe Email Service
    Then enter your name and gmail address.
    Obtain the verification code from adobe and paste it into the dialog to confirm.
