How to automate DVD generation?

Hello guys,
I have quite a bunch of DVDs to create with Encore 2.0, so I'm wondering if it would be possible to automate the task.
All those DVDs have the same template for the menu. What I need to do, is to update a text field in the menu with a different text for each DVD and change the video file used.
The ideal would be to have Encore use a external file (ie text or XML) to update the text and video and then to generate an image of each DVD.
Have somebody a idea on how to do it?
I've googled for a while and searched in this forum, but without success.

The only way that I can think of to automate the process would be to use dvdauthor or muxman, but setting things up initially might be quite complicated. I think you are going to be stuck doing these one at a time, unfortunately. In any case, you will have to burn the DVDs manually.

    Can you assist me with the following scenario?
    Scenario:
    From time to time, I am requested by client to produce the list of active users in SAP.
    I retrieved this list from T-Code: SUIM.
    User Information System > User > Users by Complex Selection Criteria > By Role.
    Then I select all users by specifying the following value in Role field:
    Z*
    In the next screen, I clicked on Roles icon to produce the final layout. This list is exported as local file in Spreadsheet format.
    Question:
    Is there any way to automate this process? Can I schedule a job and whenever my client request the same info, I can just run that job and automate the whole process?

    Off course there is! You're using BW (or BI whatever!)
    One option:
    Go to table AGR_USERS and select there by roles starting with Z* your desired users. But you still have to download to excel.
    Second option:
    Create an abap program that reads the table AGR_USERS and prints the information to the screen and/or to a excel/txt file. You can also schedule this program every day or every night for example.
    Third option:
    Create an extractor of the table AGR_USERS and build a query. You can feed the extractor every day or twice a day. Since you have the query, your boss can run it himself and stop bugging you! (You could try build a remote InfoProvider so the data can always be updated at the time of the query execution)

    For payment run parameter generation you can use the program SAPF110S and for the proposal run execution you can use the program SAPFPAYM_SCHEDULE.
    Schedule these programs via a batch job on periodic basis in steps and give the intended recipients in the spool recipients.

    2. DVD ISO image, you can amount your ISO files in the daemon tools and then load the virtual DVD drive.

    Step3. Select Profile, Subtitle, Audio, output directory setting
    After you load DVD into the software, click the Profile drop-down list to select the proper format according to your BlackBerry Type, this guide is mainly about how to convert DVD and video to BlackBerry Storm, so we select the “BlackBerry Storm series(*.mp4)” profile.
    Regular DVD movies usually have several subtitles such as English, French, German, etc. You can select one you prefer. You can also delete the subtitle by selecting “No Subtitle”.     Message Control

    You can use the Message Control interfaces to describe various data combinations along with the required processing. If one of these data combinations is found to be applicable during the processing of an application object, the appropriate processing is started (synchronously or asynchronously).
    Message Control is a "service program" for other applications. It is initiated via ABAP function modules. Information about which programs carry out the subsequent processing is managed in tables . The conditions determining when programs are called are often very complex and also depend on the individual customer situation. Message Control offers the flexibility needed to represent these various situations .
    Purpose
    The output or follow up processing of partner-dependent messages is automated via Message Control. The application then calls the Message Control via the specified interfaces.
    You can use these interfaces to describe various data combinations along with the required processing. You can define processing with several different methods, for example as a workflow, print output or as an IDoc dispatch for EDI.

  • OB52 Posting Period Close:  Does anyone know how to automate the close?

    Does anyone know how to automate the FI Period Close (trans code OB52)?  Currently, the business users go into the screen and open and close any periods manually.  For the MM period close, we are able to do so because we found the program to use in the batch job.  For some reason, the FI side shows the program SAPL0F00 but this is only a view and will not allow a batch job to be created.  Does anyone know of the actual program used for the FI period close?

    In VA01, I create a sales order using item.cat. TAS; then, system generates a PR for the sales order.
    Is it possible to make the system create PO instead of PR?
    In item.cat. configuration, I tried to check the check box "Create PO Automatic."; however, the system still geerates a PR for me w/o generating any PO.
    Any idea would be appreciated.

    XSL stands for EXtensible Stylesheet Language, and is a style sheet language for XML documents. .xsl is the extension of the XSL file.Thank you, I am aware of all that.
    When we design any format by using drag & drop utility, System has to generate the .xsl file (extensible stylesheet for the xml document).Why? To accomplish what?
    And then .xsl file is used to display the data which is stored in xml document on the webpage with designed format.So you need to define the mapping between XML and HTML? and you're hoping to do that automatically?
    That's a job for a user interface designer. Not a tool.
    In brief we need to write a parson

    which will take any designed format and generate the .xsl file for that design, to display the data which is stored in XML document.Doesn't make sense. It would make more sense if you started from a schema. Starting from an actual XML document, i.e. an instance of the schema, no, not even slightly.
