How to avoid, tab's opening in other language.

Firefox uses Dutch as the standard language in my case. But when I open a 2e, a 3e, etc. tab, it switches over to French. Is that to avoid?

How to delete tabs not 'open'

on FF 27 a small gray x appears on each tab and this can be used to delete the tab even when it is not 'open' (when another tab is open in the window)
it seems that on FF 29 the delete tab 'x' now appears only on the open tab - this means when you have a lot of tabs you want to delete (not all in that window) you have to open each tab and then delete it :-(

so, while there are other apps/tricks to have 'middle click', I used this as a reason to download and use MagicPrefs, to get this preference-able function (and so many more)
[it does seem this is a slight variation in behavior across versions - FF29 will show the delete x on all tabs, it there are a limited number of tabs, but while my FF27 maintains the visible 'x's with my normal 'many' tabs, it seems FF29 has different behavior
and yes i have a tab addiction (right now 5 windows with 4,16,19,18,29 tabs)

How to stop tabs re-opening after firefox crashes.........when it crashes and I have multiple tabs open, when re-starting firefox all of the tabs re-open too. How can I stop this?

Firefox crashes quite often, especially when I have multi tabs open. I usually have to use CTRL ALT DEL and end the process as Firefox stops responding.
My problem is not the crashing........it is the re-opening of the multiple tabs I had open, when normally it is one of them (not the home page) that caused the crash in the first place, so I cannot re-open firefox until I restart the pc, because every time I do it is the same story. Firefox tries to re-open all of the tabs and stops responding. I have looked in options but nowhere does it allow me to stop multiple tabs opening after a crash. If this continues, I will have to uninstall Firefox and stick to Chrome.

Set the pref browser.sessionstore.max_resumed_crashes to 0 on the about:config page to get the about:sessionrestore page immediately with the first restart after a crash has occurred or the Task Manager was used to close Firefox.

That will allow you to deselect the tab(s) that you do not want to reopen, but will allow to reopen other tabs.

I'm guessing that you put the filename into the 'default filename' input.
Instead you need to put the path (including filename) into the 'file path'
input. The 'default filename' input is for when you want to allow the user
to input the filename but give him a suggestion of what would be
appropriate.

How to block the link opening from other browsers

I am evaluating Microsoft Intune to manage mobile devices. I have created Managed browser policy and deployed to MDM users and it's working well. I have restricted copy/paste for our o365 sharepoint link and it's working well in managed browser. But when
i go for Chrome or firefox i can able to copy the content. How can i block those link accessing from other browser or do we have any other option.?

I noticed that tabs does not have the option URL for the Target. It only has current page.
Is it possible to link a tab to a page in another application in the same workspace?

Hi Allen,
Lists are more useful and flexible in that case, you can apply a tab template on them.
Out of the box, tabs don't allow you to navigate to url's like you want to do. What you can do, navigate to a page in your current app and have in the header a redirect to the other app.
Make sure you transfer your session (and authentication) to the other app, otherwise you need to login again.

If it is related to visibility you can choose Draft Mode or change the Page size.

it has not asked any change request.but table is updated . so i can not move the changes to production.

If you are using version 4.6C there are settings to be made within SE63 in the menu Goto -> Administration -> transport settings.
Check to see the Recd method field to see if the option says 'No recording'.
If it is ok, then you can see the transport request in the Requests menu from this screen.

It is not apparent from your posting, but if you are parsing
large amounts
of XML data you could be faced with this issue if not just a
general
performance issue.
Solution is look at how to consume the data in smaller
pieces. In other
words only download the needed data to deal with the
immediate needs of the
Flash movie and based on user interaction load additional
data. A possible
drawback is where user interaction required the data
instantly such as
rollovers for large numbers of objects.
Another solution is look at streamlining the data such as
reducing nested
levels in XML.
Finally you may have an infinite loop that depends on the
data. With test
data the code runs fine, however certain values trigger an
indefinite loop.
I am working with a few large corporate clients and the
mentality of dumping
data in large vats to the client does not take into
consideration the
technology and performance. It should be the other way round
-- know the
capacity of the technology which is the Flash player.
