How to avoid user to save data on Desktop or My Documents

Hi Everyone.....
I want to apply a policy in which user cannot able to save his data on their desktop or in my documents. I tried Folder Redirection policy through GPO. In this policy save data of desktop Or of My Documents redirect to on specified path but the original
data didn't get deleted from its location. I just want that user should not able to save his data on their desktop or in My documents or if they save data then it should be moved to another specified location & gets deleted from their original location.
Kindly provide suggestion to my problem.

    I dont know which tablel you are referring to, is it PAYR table and the field VOIDR?
    If a cheque is voided, it would have a reason and it is stored in VOIDR field of this PAYR table.
    Check if the field VOIDR is filled, if it is filled, do not print the amount and date.

    That is how to avoid a line of data cut by page jump, upper part of the data in one page and lower part in next!

    HTML is not really meant for device-specific presentation (despite a lot of abuses in this area).
    I don't think you're going to solve this satisfactorily with HTML, no matter what you jury-rig around it.
    If this kind of presentation control is a requirement, you're probably better off with a format that directly supports this--PDF is the most obvious choice.
    There's a sourceforge project that supports PDF generation from Java (http://sourceforge.net/projects/itext/ - I don't have any experience with it) and I think there may be others.
    And I believe there are also commercial products for this.

    I am in the process of upgrading the original 160GB hard drive to something a bit bigger. I'm comfortable with the physical process of installing the new drive, but my question is:
    How do I save the existing users / data and transfer to the new installed HD? I really don't want to have to re-install all of the applications, manually save data from each profile and copy, etc etc.
    Is there a decent back up utility I can use, and then simply "restore"?

    You can get a firewire external drive and use SuperDuper! to clone your current drive to the external. After initializing the new internal drive, all you have to do is perform a reverse clone (which I did yesterday by the way, don't ask) and your new drive will have everything the old one did.

    I have a form with two tabs. The datablock Block_1 on tab_2 is based on a database view. But all the displayed items of Block_1 are non-database items. Whenever a user changes some items in Block_1 and presses save button, the values from non_db items get copied to the db_items (based on view) and commit_form is called. This works fine.
    But the problem here is: after changing some items in block_1, if the user navigates to some other option/form from the menu , the form doesnt promt the user to 'save the changes' and all the changes made are lost. How can I fix that?

    Did you find the place choosing the options? I didn't remenber them all, you can try to search these options.If you want to change the default value of this option, you can go to System Administration --> System Configuration --> Service Configuration --> Applications --> com.sap.portal.epcf.loader --> services --> epcfloader. Set the value of Workprotect.mode.default, which default is 1, and other three options are related to 2, 3, 4.

    They can use Acrobat to save the form.
    If they only have Adobe Reader, they need to Reader extend the form, to enable Adobe Reader to save the form with data.

    we have ssis package which we will run for every 5 minutes to get latest data , the cube also refreshed every 5 minutes .
    i will take the latest value specific to the measure . Here cube processing and SSIS schedular are asynchromous . some times the cube processing may take more time by that time the ssis package starts pulling the value . in this case the values are coming
    in correct , here my question is  when i am using Tail function specific to the measure how come i am getting incorrect value instead of NULL ot Previous LatestTimesample  value.   How to Avoid this issue .
    For latest timesample we are using this set

    We need to consider how many data of the cube is going to grow over time. I don't think it's the best practices to process the cube every 5 minutes, as the number of cube data increases, the cube processing time increases.

         Back after long time to the forums, where I get answers which are helpful in making me good at utilizing designer.
         I am trying to validate the "Date/Time Field" using JavaScript but couldn't get a proper RegEx expression for various invalid user input formats. If anyone can help me out in finding a proper script that would Great.
         My script grown bigger and bigger to accepting invalid dates, but felt like hardcoding. So, instead I decided why can't we prevent a user to enter data into "Date/Time Field" and use only calendar dropdown. Is there is a way to do this?

    Hi Rajesh,
    I don't think there is a way of stopping the user from using the keyboard to enter a date.  You can use the following script in the change event to stop them typing a date but they will still be able to paste a date in.
    if (xfa.event.change.length === 1)
    xfa.event.change = "";
    This code works because if the date is selected from the calendar dropdown then the date xfa.event.change value will be the whole date and therefore longer than one character.
    I couldn't access your sample but if you were to set an display picture for the date field to something other than date{YYYY-MM-DD} then a valid date will have a formattedValue that is different than the rawValue.

    I'm evaluating the trial version to make sure it does what we want.  I want the user to be able to save a form to their PC with the data they've typed in.  In my search of the forums I found an answer that said to look at File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF but for me all of the further sub-choices are greyed out.  Is this a limitation of the trial or am I on the wrong trail?  Does the software have the feature we want, and if so, how do I add it to my form?

    OK I think I answered my own question.  When I re-opened the file and looked at the options they were no longer greyed out.  That's a strange way for software to work, but I guess that's par for Adobe.
