How to batch add links in contents?

Recenly I purchased an ebook (pdf version) without any bookmarks. It only contains a table of contents showing headings and the corresponding page number. I would like to link the words in contents to that page. I have tried adding the link one by one, but it did require huge labour works. Therefore, I wonder if there are any alternatives to do so.
PS: Acrobat can recogise all the words in that pdf

Still a manual task, but here is a streamlined way to do it.
Go to page you want bookmarked.
Select the text for the bookmark.
Use Ctrl+B.
Repeat.
Do this in order, bookmarks do not arrange themselves in page order.

You could re-run the installer, or, once you have updated to Logic 9.1.8 you could use the "Download Additional Content" function in the Logic Pro menu. It will tell you what is installed and what is incomplete.

Special > Hypertext > Command "open document" will do its best to open the target document inside FrameMaker, which may not be much help; Special > Hypertext > Command "message …" will use the application you specify. The user guide for 7.0 says this about absolute links, and I don't think anything has changed since:
For example, to start PaintBrush and open the Ship.pcx file on drive C you would use the command message system pbrush.exe C:/Ship.pcx
I've not often used a relative link, and not recently: the same source says
folder levels are separated by a slash / even in Windows and Mac
[relative links] FrameMaker searches for a relative pathname beginning in the folder that contains the current document
[absolute links] FrameMaker searches for an absolute pathname beginning at the top of the file system. In Windows, the absolute pathname begins with the drive specifier, a colon and a slash.

If you want to add image to it's background then you can select the SubMenu and use the fill option to fill an image to it.
Make sure you uncheck "Edit together" option in Menu properties so that you can add different images to different submenus.
And if you want to edit the text and add images to it, I would suggest you to use Manual menu. Where you can customize your own Menu and add links to the Menus and Submenus.

Click on names in the Address Book (you can either do this with the Shift or Apple key as Modifiers or create Groups to keep Jabber and AIM buddies separate at this stage.)
Once Highlighted drag them to the relevant iChat Buddy List.

Hi, I am new to the Flash platform, but have some Dreamweaver experience......I have designed a page with a top logo and a horizontal and a verticle menubar. I went to test it and it all works fineas far hover colors, hit etc..... Now I need to make the buttons work as they are all a generic button. To make your buttons link elsewhere you need to assign instance names to your buttons and then create the code to make those instances work as desired. The instance names are assigned by selecting a button and entering a unique name for it in the Properties Panel where it says <Instance Name>
The code you create for making them link depends on which version of Actionscript your file is using and whether you are linking to separate web pages or within the same Flash file (somewhere else down the timeline).

Acrobat Pro Extended - how can I add links to 3D-objects?

I'm using Acrobat Pro Extended 9.0 and I would like to attach links to different filetypes to a 3D-object in a 3D-PDF. I tried to use the link-tool but it seems like that only works for 2D-PDF. Also in the 3D-Reviewer I haven't found a way yet to make it work.

It's possible, but not in the simple tools-based way.
The "easiest" way is to add a Javascript to the 3D annotation which hooks the mouse event, scans the event.hits array and reacts based on the contents. If a mesh object is clicked the hits array will contain the mesh name in position 0 (then everything behind it in order). Your only issues arise when you want the "normal" clicking action to work as well (for selecting nodes, etc.), in which case you have to ensure your script passes the events about.
Many of the example files on the acrobatusers.com 3D gallery use that principle, and there are also some in the adobe.com section on 3D Javascript. The idea of a '3D linking tool' is a loooong way off - the way 3D is handled by Acrobat isn't set up to understand things at that level - the UI sees the 3D model as nothing but a black box that can be shouted at.

I have a lots of categories in a content area. As u all know, a link appears for all categories in the category header.
Clicking that will take you to that particular category.
I do not want to have that link. I have tried what was mentioned in earlier question to disable portlet header link.

You can filter the PCD object setting the Search Layout Set of your Searc Iview.
In System Admin > System Configuration > Content Management > User Interface > Settings > Layout Set and duplicate the "SearchResultLayoutSet" layout set.
Then you have to duplicate its Collection Renderer "StandardSearchResultRenderer".
In its property "Resource Types to be Filtered" set as value "-http://sap.com/xmlns/pcd/app/iview".
Then assign the new Collection Renderer to the new Layout Set and that's it!
Now if yuor Search Iview uses this new Layout Set, when you search a PCD object the iviews will not be shown!
(or)
In the entry "Predefined Properties" of the search options set, you will need to enter "resourcetype(value=http://sap.com/xmlns/pcd/app/page/default)" if you want the search to be limited to resources defined as pages. Leave out /default if you dont want the end user to be able to change the filter.
