how to block change/deletion of purchase requisition after convert into purchase order without changing/deleting PO.

Goto customizatin of rellease procedure of p.req, in that select setup procedure with classification  and select release indicator,and select details in that changeability indicator is there in that you will select based on your requirement
   changeble,new release in case of release strategy
1-cannot be changed
2-changeble,no new determination of strategy
3-changeble,new release in case of release strategy
4-changeble,new release in case of release strategy or value change
select in the list and save and check your scenario.

    to error it is no more possible to create a second purchase order with              
    reference to the purchase requisition.

    Thanks for response.  I purchase Photoshop Elements 10 from App store, the first install is ok-in English, but my computer reset for some problem, so I installed it again. But this time, it's not English version but the other that I cannot recognize. How can I do? I forgot to save the serial number, where can I check it?

    The language is tied to the serial number.  Did you purchase the software directly from Adobe?

    Yes it is possible to confiquire your system insuch a way where once if the PO  gets final relase then it cannot be changed.Only possiblity that will be available for the user to make chanegs in PO is possible when the final release is to be reset and then make the changes.
    Release Indicator: specicfies whether the PO documents is blocked or can be processed for the follow functions.
    You can define the release indicators you need for your release procedure:
    •The Released indicator is used to specify whether messages (PO documents in output format) may be transmitted for a purchase order with this indicator.
    •The Changeability indicator shows the effect of changes to the PO (a change to a PO may require a new release strategy to be determined, for instance).
    •By means of the Value change indicator, you can specify that the release strategy is to be re-started if a PO is changed and the value of a PO item thereby increases by a certain percentage (e.g. 10%). Set the Changeability indicator to "4 - Changeable, new release in case of new strategy or value change" or "6 - Changeable, new release in case of new strategy or value change/outputted" and enter a percentage in the Value change field.
    And after that you can specify release statuese where you can specify which release indicator/status a PO is to have after having been released via a certain release code.
    and after release simulation .
    Test for the PO change after final release System will not allow you tomake changes by giving the message that the release  indicator doesnot allow you make the changes in PO.

    We have a workflow which allows to change only specific items during the ME29N validation. However, once the PO is fully validated, it should no more be possible to change anything.
    The problem is how to block the changes in the ME29N between the moment the user validates and gets out of the transaction.
    Right now, he is able to change items he should not be able to.

    That's right, I've gone ahead and connected my new power book to my old dual G5 in order to get the information onto the new machine.
    Now, my new machine has my Dual G5 name as it's device name.
    How can I change this so my power book has the correct name?

    I wish that was it, but that only changes the name of the "Hard Drive", not the actual device name.
    In other words, when browsing the network there's 2 computers with same name.
    Any other suggestions?

    When I change the hostname of my machine, oracle database no longer connects and says "ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor".

    Stopping, reconfig, starting the instance is one way, although that is somewhat like using petrol to kill ants.
    The database instance pretty much does not care about the hostname setting. But the listener does- the installer finds the hostname and uses that in the setup bits.
    As posted somewhere here, when using the 1521 default listener port, the listener.ora config file can just be moved out of the way. Another potential fix is setting the HOST=0.0.0.0 for the IPv4 "any IP" address setting, or setting it to the correct hostname. Or HOST= can be set to IPv4 address. For IPv6, have to use HOST=<hostname> and it must resolve, can't HOST=... an IPv6 address.
    To move the listener file, stop the listener first. To change a HOST=... setting, also stop the listener first.
      lsnrctl stop
      mv $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/listener.ora $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/listener.bk0
      # or
      vi $ORACLE_HOME/network/admin/listener.ora
      # change HOST=<whatever> to the correct value, or 0.0.0.0
      lsnrctl start
      sqlplus /nolog
      conn system
      ... password ... Connected.
      alter system register;
      exit
      # start the lsnr
      lsnrctl start
      # check the status, services
      lsnrctl stat
      lsnrctl serv
    If the host has a wireless (or another NIC) that one does not want to offer up remote connections on, the 0.0.0.0 is not a good way to go either

  • Fetching logic after converting into Date?

    I have a column Date1 which is a DATETIME datatype.
    First i give the following line in where clause
    "Date1   between '2014-05-05 00:00:00' and '2014-05-05 00:00:00'"
    After this it fetches only those rows where Date1 exactly is 2014-05-05 00:00:00
    Then I issue the following line in the where clause
    "CONVERT(DATE,Date1,103)   between '2014-05-05 00:00:00' and '2014-05-05 00:00:00' "
    How come after converting it into date it fetches all the values that fall on 2014-05-05
    even though the time is hard coded in the between as 00:00:00

    Actually i am getting the correct output after entering the following line in the where clause
    "CONVERT(DATE,Date1,103)   between '2014-05-05 00:00:00' and '2014-05-05 00:00:00' 
    But i just want to know how sql server fetches all data (correct data)  that fall on 2014-05-05 inspite of hard coding with time as 2014-05-05
    00:00:00 and 2014-05-05 00:00:00 in the above where clause.

    The way you're using it will cause optimizer to ignore an index if present in Date1 field.
    When you just pass datepart alone to date field time will default to start of the day (00:00:00 hours of the day). So it starts filtering the data from start of day onwards. Similarly for end day it will filter till the start of date ie including end seconds
    of previous date

    I am wondering if there is anyone out there who knows how to run a vi after deploying into a PXI machine from my host machine. In my application, I have some vi's that are deployed into my PXI machine. My problem is that when I would like to start these vi's simultaneously after deploying them. My current approach is to call vi reference and then invoke-> run. However, since there vi's are being deployed from a host machine and they are running in the PXI machine, I don't know how to create vi reference with the path constant. In other words, how can I find out the path of my vi after being deployed into my PXI machine from the host.

    When VIs are deployed onto a PXI Real-Time controller they are generally copied to a C:\ni-rt\startup directory on the controller.
    Helpfully, this KnowledgeBase article talks about how specify and programmatically launch VIs on an Real-Time controller.
