How to block sales employee without enter in sales order.

Dear Guru's,
I have created sales employee code 1234 and using same in sales order with using partner function due to the some reason now I donu2019t want to book sales for same employee code 1234. Can anyone help me how to block employee code.

if i enter sales employee manually in sales order it should not allow me to enter and it should give message this employee in inactive status so that user will under stand accordingly.
this employee number we are entering in sales order manually it's not copying from customer.

How to create sales employee without HR module

Dear Experts

2. Define PErsonnel area (usually locations)
3. Define PErsonnel Subarea (bifurcations within loctions, may not exist but recommended to be maintained)
4. Define Employee Group ( usually Types of employment)
5. Define Employee sub group (usually used as grades)
6. Assign Employee sub groups to Employee groups
7. partner function part also i finish in sales order it shows fine
i already finish above steps and i already gone the more than 40 threads
but in t.code VPE1 system show the message

can you please guide what steps i have to do further so i can create sales employee

we have a scenario to map the sales employee and pay the commision.this needs to mapped without HR module.
I could see a config in S&D->Master Data>Business Partner--->Use Sales Employee without HR.
has any used this function? Pls let me know how to use 'Use Sales Employee without HR' since there is no much information in IMG on this.

Use of Sales Employee in HR and SD
When you access this in the IMG it creates two transport requests to
transport the relevant HR tables from client 000. So I added these requests
to the buffer and imported the requests into the development client.
However, still when trying to access the funtion in the IMG it asks to
create two more requests. Does anyone know what steps I need to take to get
this to work. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong on the Basis side or
whether this is an HR/SD configuration question. Running the below mentioned
report just generates the same transport requests.
This is the help text on the subject.
Use Sales Employee Without HR
In order to use the sales employee, you need an HR master record. If you do
not use the Human Resources application component (HR), you can transport
the HR tables that you need for creating, changing or displaying a sales
employee from client 000 into the target client.
Note
In order to transport the required HR tables from client 000 into the target
client, you must have two transport requests. Report RPUTRL00 is called and
updates the Customizing and system tables in separate transport requests
Report RPUTRL00 only copies the standard SAP config.
You will need some basic HR config doing (switching off unnecessary fields,
payroll area's , etc.) which shouldn't take more than a couple of hours
Personnel area's (usually same as Company code)
Personnel sub area's
Employee Group and subgroup
Action L1 may need changing (if the standard doesn't suit your requirements)
0001 Organizational Assignment
0002 Personal Data
0006 Addresses
0900 Sales and Distribution Data
0105 Communication

mini-master was setup for 6 countries, config & testing took 2 days / 18
hours. The doc doesn't say which fields we switched off but it should give
you some idea of what was done.

In some forum suggested to use V+23 to create sales employee with PE partner function with account group: 0007 and some forums people are saying use PA30 OR VEP1?
Can you guide me which transaaction code i should use for sales employee creation.

You can create Sales Exployee with T-Codes VPE1 or PA30 only if you have implemented HR Module.

Ok, so here's what I did:
1.Created a new email account (gmail, to be precise)
2.Opened iTunes (on PC with Windows 7)
3.Browsed for free apps
4.Tried to download one (Bubble Explode)
5.After a message popped up I chose to create a new Apple ID, as the location I typed NY, United States
6.The 'None' payment option did appear
7.I finished signup and downloaded the app on PC
8.Signed in on my iPad 3
9.Deleted the app and signed out on PC
10.Connected to AppStore on the same iPad
11.Downloaded Bubble Explode via iPad and deleted it after it's done
Be patient, for me it took 3 days and I was furious as never before in my life since Windows Vista.
Feel free to ask if sth. is unclear and remember that just because I made it, it doesn't mean I can do it once more.

We are using Sales Employee without HR.
When the Sales Employee is linked as a partner on a Sales Document, the address details are filled with "XXXX".
Example:

Post Code: XXXX
City: XXXXXX
I want to be able to maintain the address, specifically the email address of the Sales Employee to setup an email output condition for the order confirmation.

Once you create sales employee without HR,then go to t-code,
PAL3 or PA30
Select infotype text ADDRESS & click on create icon at TOP of leaft hand side
Maintain the address detail and save it.
My suggestion is take help of HR consultant, he will configure infotype for address.

I want to make a delivery without ref to sales order. But I want to block it after saving it. How to do that ?
Can I assign a block at schedule line category level. Will that block the delivery ? Will this be an item block if this is possible !

Delivery block at schedule line category level will not block deliver doc, whereas, it will not allow you to create delivery doc with reference to that sales order with delivery block.
Now for your requirement, to block a delivery doc for further processing. Maintain or select appropriate Reason for Rejection in Delivery Doc Item.

i earlier i unable to save due to VE and PE confusing partner function but now i have to save the setting means check BOX marked but still there where not effect.
Again i want to tell you the requirement i have to do Mandatory Partner function (Sales Employee) on sales order item level,may be that will be PE or VE i m not sure....
Management want to track like who is the owner of this business at the per item level for incentives purpose and after that marketing team can analyze the incentive or commission by the end of the every months from early this practice is going on but every sales order or every line item every time user not used to fill sales employee so that i have to do Mandatory, If any user creating sales order and if in sales order there end of line item means 2-3- 5-10-50...so on....may be every item has different sales employee and all has to be complete or els sales order should be pending or sales order not going to save...

I remember there were some system collection-types, if i'm not mixing with something, i remember there was some kind of such but they were un-documented ones, so we can juridically say that the comment in the code was still correct.

How to determine Host presence without entering room

Is there a way to know if the host has arrived without
authenticating to a room?
I noticed that the room state is always hostHasNotArrived to
a non-authenticated guest and when a listener for ROOM_STATE_CHANGE
is attached to the sessions roomManager instance you do not receive
events until you enter the room as either a guest or an
authenticated user. Furthermore you receive two ROOM_STATE_CHANGE
events as soon as you enter the room, the first being a
hostHasNotArrived ( regardless of the actual host status ) and then
a second immediate ROOM_STATE_CHANGE event stating the correct
state of the room ( whatever it really is ).
The use case I am trying to solve for is in an application
designed to only be used by a guest user you would like to know the
presence of a host in a room. Otherwise you could enter a room as a
guest and wait forever. More importantly in the current
implementation if I attempt to log in as a guest and receive the
hostHasNotArrived status I would assume that there was no host when
in fact there is. Currently I have to ignore the hostHasNotArrived
and wait around for the second event.

As you correctly pointed out, there is some bug in our code
that keeps the room active and you dont receive any events or
notification if you are entering as guest and waiting and the host
arrives. Also, since you havent entered yet i.e your role is still
5 i.e. UserRoles.LOBBY , you can't access any of the UserManager's
collections and will get a length of 0 always. We will be fixing
this with priority .
But you can get around the problem as of now, by having a
small shared model of yours ( any collectionNode or sharedModel
will do) where you create a node and publish a message on it from
the Owner's side whenever the owner/host enters to notify everyone
that he has entered. Just remember to set the accessmodel of
NodeConfiguration of node on which you are publishing to LOBBY ie.
role = 5 , and make the publishModel = 100 so that only owners can
publish on this node. In this way , any users waiting will be
receiving this message and will know the host has arrived. If you
can't get this sharedModel concept to work, let me know. I will try
to run on my side.
And as of our side regarding actual fix, we will fix this use
case and put in the next drop of SDK and also update in forum about
it.
On the host side though, he is always notified when he enters
if there are pending users knocking to enter. See the KnockingQueue
example in case you want to explore that.

How to block the Statistical delivery date in purchase order from updation

We have the following requirement from our client.
The client wants to track the delay in delivery of purchase orders raised to vendors. Currently the users, change the delivery date and then process the PO if there are any delays. The client wants to STOP this and track any changes being made.
We created a new screen layout for purchase orders and checked the Statistics relevant delivery date as DISPLAY
However, when we tested the same, the statistical delivery date was changed along with delivery date, when the delivery date was changed in the Purchase order, though the option for statistical delivery date was seen a DISPLAY field only.
Please provide us your suggestions on any other options available.

if your client wants to track the delay of a delivery from your vendor, then he has to give the vendor a chance that he can deliver on time. And the usual way to do this is by sending the PO to the vendor.
if you cange the delivery date before output of messagem then your vendor could not even know the original delivery date, so it is not the vendors fault if he cannot meet this date.
if you change the delivery date after output of message , then the statistical delivery date will stay with the old date.
the field is always open to maintain because it is not always the vendor who is reponsible for a delivery date change.
if you want to change the delivery date because you can take the quantity at that date, then it is not the vendors fault, in this case you have to change the statistical delviery date to evaluate the vendors delivery performance against the new date.
And often forgotten in this evaluation process is the warehouse personell that finally posts the goods receipt. if they post it with delay and do not change the goods reeipt date, then the vendor is as well evaluated to bad.
