hi Yash,
Thanks for posting!
About how to send mail using sendgrid, I suggest you could try this tutorials firstly via smarx's blog(http://blog.smarx.com/posts/emailtheinternet-com-sending-and-receiving-email-in-windows-azure).
It supplied the method and code sample you could download . You may need create a listener to listen on the right port on workrole always.

    Hi,

Great checklist from S.Nithyanandham. Additionally, how about sending/receiving via OWA? And any error messages when can’t send and receive?
Please make sure the Message Tracking has been enabled and run following command to output track log and check detail information:

  • User mail send and receive restrictions

    Hi there,
Is it possible to restrict multiple user send and recieve function on outlook through exchange to between certain times in the day? For example the users may not send or receive mail between 8:00am an 10:00am to force them to concentrate on another task.

    Hi,
As Li Zhen suggested, you can set the send and receive quota using the cmdlet below on 8 am, and configure the send and receive quota back to normal on 10 am.
Set-Mailbox -Identity xxx -IssueWarningQuota xxx -ProhibitSendQuota xxx -ProhibitSendReceiveQuota xxx -UseDatabaseQuotaDefaults $false
Hope this can be helpful to you.

  • Apple Mail send and receive problems, Network Solutions

    Hello Everyone,
I'm currently facing a problem with a company email account that we have with network solutions.
NSmail Pro (IMAP) that is configured with apple mail. Here are the settings that i have:
    Incoming mail: mail.(company.domain).com
    Port: 110
    SSL: No
    Outgoing mail: smtp.(company.domain).com
    Port: 2525
    SSL: No
    Auth: Password
Whenever i'm at the office, I can send and receive emails without any problems (Using mail app), but when i'm at home i can't receive emails nor send one.
I'm wondering if this has something to do with the Mail application, cause i can access the email using the webmail on a browser without any problems (either at home or at the Office).
    Any thoughts from our experts?

I'm guessing that when you are at the office, you are probably accessing a company network and the company mail will only work with those settings on the company network. You may need to discuss this with your IT department at work to see if it need a different configuration for outside access.
The fact that it works at work and not at home indicates a that it surely an issue with the connection setup.
Assuming that you are accessing it through wi-Fi at both locations, do you have different wi-Fi connections set up on you Mac in Network Preferences, or is it the same wi-Fi connection used for both? In other words, do you have a specific wifi setup on your computer for connecting at the office?

I am connected so I don't know why it is "offline". I am able to "send emails" but not receiving.

    Hi,
What’s your Outlook account? Exchange account or some other Internet email accounts?
This issue is usually happened when the Microsoft Outlook Hotmail Connector account is syncing changes to a folder and cannot find the folder in the Outlook client. Please try the following KB to check it:
    http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2231628
If the issue persists, please create a new Outlook profile and add the email account to have a try:

  • Using Mail, sender and receiver addresses getting mixed.

I'm using the mail app for my company gmail account (@companyname.com) we have them set up for the whole office.
Well what appear to be normal when I write an email and sent it to the desired person, it will later say on their screen or mine that it was sent to entirely different people in my contacts. While the right people still receive the email I indented to send to them they or I see the wrong addresses. Making things very confusing as you can imagine. So for instance I'll send out an email to a client but will say that it got sent to two of my coworkers, however it didn't actually get sent to them, it got sent to the client but just says it went to the wrong people, furthermore on their screen it will say it was sent from a different person as well. Recently got a new macbook so I had to reset up my mail account and it seemed a little dodgy at first so I'm wondering if some got set up wrong and I need to clean out the whole mail accounts, wipe cache?
    Please advise. Thank you!
    Nate.

  • How to have an Oracle procedure send and receive value from a java program.

The below procedure is place inside a package. This procedure "get_extract_ready_headers " is selecting columns store_number, terminal_number, tran_number, tran_date, cust_id from the source REX_HEAD_EXTRACT table. This information is selected into a ref cursor. The data has cust_id field which is encrypted. How do I modify the procedure get_extract_ready_headers and accomplish 2 things?
    1. Make this procedure to read the "cust_id" value from the source table and send the value to a Java program "getheaderinfo" (this java program decrypts the cust_id field).
    2. When we get the unencrypted value back from the Java program, make the procedure accept this decrypted value and use it to update CUST_ID value in the target table TRAN_HEAD table. I am using Oracle 11.2.0.2, and TOAD 10.5.1.3.

Assuming that SomeJavePgm is a Java stored function (not a Java program running outside the database) and that it takes as a parameter whatever data type CUST_ID is in TABLE_A (hopefully RAW but potentially VARCHAR2) and returns a string, you would call it just as you would a PL/SQL stored function
    INSERT INTO table_b( cust_id, <<other columns>> )
      SELECT SomeJavaPgm( a.cust_id ), <<other columns>>
FROM table_a aIf SomeJavePgm is not a Java stored procedure, calling it from PL/SQL becomes much more complicated. You would need whatever machine hosts this program to expose an appropriate API (for example, a web service interface) that you could invoke via UTL_HTTP). You'd need to tell us what that API was, however.

But when we are trying to send mail, its not throwing any error and mail is sent successfully.
Are we missing any thing or there must be some firewall issue?
    regards
    Rupesh

    Rupesh,
I agree with Rick. Sending the e-mail successfully means that the SMTP configuration is OK, and not receiving means POP3 settings are the issue. I would validate the "MailServer", "Port", "MailAccount", and "MailAccountPassword" properties you used in the Read Mail action with your administrator.

  • Mac Mail send and receive

    Hi,
I have recently upgraded to Mountain Lion. My question is how does Mac Mail receive emails? I am connected to our Exchange 2007 server. I also have Outlook 2010 client running side-byside in Unity mode using Vmware. So now everytime I receive an email Outlook gets it first and about 2-5 minutes later Mail receives it. In order to receive it earlier I have to manually click on the Synchonise mail menu item.
Is there a way to manipulate the behaviour of Mail so it synchronises a bit sooner?
    Many thanks,
    vnayak.

How is this an iphone question?

  • Exchange server 2013 send and received issue

    Hi Support,
I have install Exchange Server 2013 with server 2012 ( my domain not resisted but mail send & received in local for practice then live ) but few days back some changes in dns and ecp and mail stop sending and receiving. how to verify my exchange server
2013 working fine. Please give the step check perpoes.

dear Pardeep, you said it was working fine then you did some DNS changes..
i would suggest you best troubleshooting step is to go to exrca.com and perform the tests and from there we take it up.
Secondly you can verify your config from the below link.
    http://www.techieshelp.com/exchange-2013-step-by-step-configuration/
in DNS you need to make sure you have atleast MX and A record done for your server having email services installed.
for ECP... i would we would take this later lets check the mail sending and receiving first. use the above links
MARK AS USEFUL/ANSWER IF IT DID
    Thanks
    Happiness Always

  • XI3 SOAP sender and Receiver

    Hi
I am stuck with a connecting to scenarios using SOAP channel. In short there is one business scenario that based on some conditions must start other scenarios (each one built around one business process). I am trying to send asynchronous SOAP message within the same XI and treat it as a External XI system to start another Business Scenario (using XI adapter does not work as the system discovers the message as being in a loop).
Everything would be fine if there would be 1 target scenarios but I have 1:n. For asyncronous transport I have defined different Message Interfaces to be used for on each case. So XI should determine the right business process based on the message interface that uses the communication channel.
So I have configured a SOAP sender and a receiver channel. As I understood from SOAP adapter FAQ I checked "Use Encoded Headers" and "Use Query String" for both - sender and receiver channel. And ofcourse receiver channel is pointed to http://:/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:{system name}:{receiver channel name} but when I start the initiating scenario the asyncronous message is sent of but nobody is catching it.
In RWB Message monitoring / adapter engine I found the the message receives an exeception:
SOAP: response message contains an error XIServer/UNKNOWN/ModuleUnknownException -
    com.sap.aii.af.mp.module.ModuleException: either no channelID
specified or no channel found for the specified party, service, and channel name,

Any ideas... how to make XI to send SOAP messages so that the same XI system would be able to pick them up?
Or what have I done wrong?
    Best wishes,
    Heiko

    hi,
What is the format that u are using for the sender URL....The error message you are getting either because the names that you have mentioned in the sender URL are wrong or the URl format itslef is wrong.....if the format is the one that you have mentioned in the first post then it is not the desired format.
Use the following format to create the URL to send the request:
    http://<servernameORserverIPaddress>:<portNumber>/XISOAPAdapter/MessageServlet?channel=:<senderservice>:<snederCCname>&version=3.0&Sender.Service=<senderservice>&Interface=<IRnamespace>%5E<senderMI>
    Replace
    with
    & amp;
(no space inbetween the two words) in the above URL.
How to configure SOAP communication channels (sender and receiver) so that two XI instances could communicate and (more important) use different message interfaces on the same channel?
While creating a Receiver communication channel there is no need to specify the interface name and hence it can be used in different scenarios....however a sender communication needs the sender interface to be specified (as in SAP XI.....not in SAP PI).....so a sender channel can be used in different scenarios but with only the same interface.....

    Abhishek

  • WBS Element as Sender and Receiver in New GL Allocation

    Dear Experts,
Please need your advice how to configure WBS Element as Sender and Receiver in New GL Allocation, since this field is not activated in New GL Allocation (FAGLGA11 - General Ledger: Create Act. Assessmt) ?
We already tried to activate this field, but the system forced to include this field also in the total table ( FAGLFLEXT). And since we can't add the WBS Element as PSP_PS_NR, we add as ZZPSP_PS_NR to the total table. But the issue come up, since the transaction(FAGLFLEX) cant detect this field, and show error as below "Field FAGLFLEXT-PS_PSP_PNR is not defined in the ABAP Dictionary"
Please kindly advise. Many thanks for your valuable inputs

    Hi,
I believe you have added the field in these 2 places:
    1. Add field 'ZZPS_PSP_PNR' (WBS element) to FAGLFLEXT table in configuration (menu SPRO   > Financial accounting (new)   > Financial accounting global settings (new)   > Ledgers   > customer fields   > Include fields in Totals table) and activated the same.
    2. And, added this field in 'Assign scenarios and customer fields' to your leading ledger.
WBS element data gets populated by assigning ZZPS_PSP_PNR to the ledger itself (IMG: Assign Scenarios and Customer Fields to Ledgers -> select ledger -> "custom fields"). Necessary field mapping logic is generated by this customizing for the system to populate ZZPS_PSP_PNR in FAGLFLEXT and FAGLFLEXA.
Afterwards, please regenerate GLU1 structure by running report RGZZGLUX while no posting is being made in the system.
I believe this will help you.
    Best Regards,
    Vanessa.

  • Changing the default mail sender name in Application server

    Hi,
how do I change default mail sender name in application server.
    It is administrator@application by default.

Does the email send from the operating system (sendmail ) or from the IAS?
If its from the ias , then its in the httpd.conf.
If its from the Operating system then I dont rememeber
If you have a non windows platform (like unix) easiest way will be to do a grep for "administrator@application "
    Best Regards
