We are having problem to get the license version of Jheadstart. I work for the university and our Oracle rep couldn't find any information on it. we tried sending mail to oracle consulting and there was no reply. we tried for the last 4 weeks and no one seems to know about this product. we and almost at a point to give up.
Can some one suggest a contact which we can contact to get the license.

I believe you are looking under Business, which is CC for teams/enterprise with multiple licences held by the company for whichever team is working for them.
If you look under Individual, there should also be the option Cancel at any time (at a higher monthly payment).

How to buy snow leopard currently?

Hi,
i wanted to update an old leopard mac (which is supported) to mountain lion now that it is out.
Turns out snow leopard cant be bought in the mac store anymore and telephone support says it should be bought at retail sellers.
However i phoned three retailers and none have them in stock anymore.
Is there still a way to buy a Snow Leopard Licence directly or buy a full licence for Montain Lion from Apple?

I called back and asked for the sales department and explained the back and forth I've been going through between the forums and 1-800MYAPPLE.
The rep was much more helpful and had to "search the store", something the previous rep did not take the time to do while I was on the phone. So you guys are right, they seem to have old info. The rep also confirmed to me that 1-800-MYAPPLE was now the only place you can buy Snow Leopard.
Another interesting tidbit (to me): She confirmed to me that they cover both US and Canada so I wont have to wonder about that anymore.
No telling how long it will be available for so get em while theyre hot.

So you have some sort browser with a scrolable view. As scrolling is preformed you add the newly revealed area to an an image. As more area is revealed, the image is made larger to paint the new area in addition to the old area. Ideally when the whole view has been looked at and scrolled through, then the image reflects the entirety of the view. The problem is, on one particular laptop when the user scrolls, the status bar keeps appearing as part of the newly added area, so you end up with an image of the view along with a bunch of status bars painted in various places of the image.
Am I correct so far?
If so, then I guess the question is are we even dealing with Swing components? Why can't you just call
myScrollPane.getViewport().getView();and paint that?

Did you get the GM legally? I.e. you were part of the developer release or beta testing.
If not, then reinstall Snow Leopard and then purchase Lion through the Mac App Store.

Hi,
CON-SU1-AS2A10K9 contract if for ASA+IPS bundle. If AIP-SSM-10 ws purchased as a spare the contract would be CON-SU1-ASIP10K9.
I am not sure whether or not this Cisco Service for IPS contract can be used to cover just the AIP-SSM-10 if it was purchased as part of a Bundle instead of a Spare.
I would recommend that you check with your Cisco reseller or Cisco Sales Representative.

I have NW65 on SP5. I am considering upgrading to either SP7 or SP8. On Novell's SP8 page it says
"Evaluating NetWare 6.5 SP8
The software you download includes a full license. You can install NetWare 6.5 SP8 on a virtual machine or on a physical server. You are authorized to evaluate the product for 90 days after which Novell requires you to either purchase the OES 2 product or uninstall NetWare."
So do I take that to mean:
If I don't own NW65 then I can evaluate the software and then buy it 60 days later, BUT, if I DO own NW65 then SP8 will simply upgrade me, and I will continue to work fine and I don't need to buy a new licence?
Or does it mean, whether I own NW65 or not then I will need to buy a new licence after 60 days?
Or should I just stick with SP5?

How to buy an upgrade to LR5 in Peru?

I moved to Peru in April and now want to upgrade from LR4.4 to LR5. I've tried using my ID from the UK and I'm told I'm in the wrong country. I have a new ID for Peru now. Everytime I press the buy button it takes me to the Latin America pages and askes me to select a shop to buy it from. All I want to do is buy an upgrade licence not enter into a commercial transaction - and I only have one computer. I have tried to go through the shop route and they want to licence the software on subscription - if I wanted that I would use CC - not an option I want to use.

I would try to buy from Amazon in the UK and ship to a family or friend in the uk. When they get the package they can send you the License key.

Trying to up grade from Contribute 4 to 6.5! Is there a time limit how long you own a Licence?

We bought Contribute 4 sometime before 2006! When trying to Up Grade the first Agends where very helpfull and wanted to Activate it with an 1 time Code!
We managed to activate it finally in Win7! Only two weeks later the Labtop broke down and we managed to get the Software deactivated by using an old Computer from our local repair shop.
Now I tryed to activate it again in Win8 and the next ADOBE agend told itś not possible to Up grade from Contribute 4 to 6.5, because the Serialnumber is to old!!!

January and he is not going to like it when I tell him they gave us
wrong Info from AVALON when asking if the up date is working or not!
So how we proceed?
