How to buy games without signing up??
Is there a way to buy the apple games without actually signing up for an iTunes account because i dont want to enter my credit card details. For example, can i buy an iTunes music card and use that??? Any help would be grateful
First of all, you'll need to actually have an iTunes account to buy music/games/etc. (to log into your iTunes account, click the "sign in" button in the upper-right corner of the iTunes Store screen, and enter in your Apple ID.)

Yes, you could buy a gift card, then redeem it in iTunes.
That way, you won't need to enter in your credit card info into your iTunes account in order to buy a game; you could simply use the iTunes card.

How to install games without a data connection
have a curve 8520. i do not have a data connection, no service provider. i only use wifi and connect to my desktop via usb. how is the best way to install games. can i download from bb app world? i have tried downloading from other places but the games either do not load correctly (.jad files) or they do not run. i suspect they were not for my model. any help is ppreciated.
Those commands don't need an internet connection.
Do this:
1) download ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/current/os/i686 … .db.tar.gz and ftp://ftp.archlinux.org/extra/os/i686/extra.db.tar.gz when you have internet
2) on your home pc (as root): cd /var/lib/pacman ; cd current ; rm -rf * ; tar xzf /path/to/current.db.tar.gz ; cd ../extra ; rm -rf * ; tar xzf /path/to/extra.db.tar.gz
3) pacman -Sp --noconfim kde > pkglist
4) take that file where you have internet and run wget -nv -i .../pkglist in an empty directory
5) when the download has finished take those files to your home pc, put them in /var/cache/pacman/pkg and run pacman -S kde

So I will have £8 left if I can. Or do you HAVE to use a credit card to buy paid Apps? Please somone help me waaaaaw
Your pay and go money is paid to your service provider. Apple has nothing to do with that. If you want to buy something from Apple, you need to pay Apple, not your service provider.

The reason why i ask this is because i got a itunes card yesterday and i haven't bought any music from itunes for a while so now it's telling me i need security questions just to make sure it's me i think that's stupid because this is the only computer that i've used to purchase music with and now i need to answer these security questions i think that's a bunch of bull i just wan to buy music this isn't looking good for the apple store...
You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
Putting the gift card's balance back onto it and then applying it to a different Apple ID also requires contacting Apple.

Go to a place in France and purchase an iTunes gift card. You should be able to use that in the French iTunes store if you have a French address associated with your iTunes account.

How can I add new games without overwriting the old ones?
I have just purchased two new games in the itunes store and although they are showing in the library (under applications) my previously purchased games are not. In Summary under games it will not let me choose selected games only 'all games' and when I press sync warns that the existing games will be replaced. How can I add these games without deleting the older ones? Also if I did want to remove a game from my ipod how do I do it?

Clearly it ISN'T silly as it avoid issues like you are having right now. If you need more space, get an external hard drive. To me it is much sillier to only have your stuff on the iPod and no where else as the iPod, as a small portable player, is much more likely to be dropped, lost, damaged, stolen, forgotten somewhere, etc.
While I am not familiar with the use of games on the iPod (I have never bought any) you can switch the iPod to manually manage and then you can add content to your iPod without losing what is already there. Perhaps it works for games as well.
But long term, I strongly suggest you keep all your stuff in your library so if you need to (you have to perform a restore on the iPod, you lose it and buy a new one, etc.) you can very easily sync it all back to the iPod when needed.

just yesterday i upgraded to the ipod touch 5 because my previous one (touch4) was smashed. the day before it was smashed, i redeemed an itunes gift card on it. of course it shows my balance is still there but when i went to buy a game, it needed me to enter new credit card info. i've seen many questions on here saying that yes, you can buy games with an itunes giftcard, but no one answers how, or why it may be doing this. can anyone help?

So, the article you have there, HT4895, is pretty good. Just look at the FAQ section of it.
But basically, you will want to create a backup on your computer through iTunes...Just plug your current iPad into it and make sure your iPad and iTunes are logged in with the same Apple ID. At that point, just create a backup.
When you get your new iPad, and before you plug it in or set it up, follow the directions in this link to change your Apple ID. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621?viewlocale=en_US
Once you have that done, plug your new iPad into your computer to sync up with iTunes. Follow the directions for Restore from Backup and it should bring all that info back to your new iPad.
And changing your Apple ID email info will allow you to have your own!!! This should solve all your issues and GL!!!
