Iphones sold by Apple in the UK are unlocked although I do not know about if that remains the case if it is shipped overseas.
There is a section on the Apple order form where a UK resident can purchase an unlocked phone and have it shipped as a gift to someone overseas.

But unfurtionatly the apple sales teams has canceled my orders and they said I should have billing address in uk.
My I got my credit card from Qatar. And as per apple it is not accepted.

Because whoever took your first order clearly didn't know the rules of their own employer. That is why is was subsequently cancelled. I'm afraid this is the way it is and nothing is going to change it. The only way to get a phone in the UK is to get someone living her to buy it for you or to come this country yourself and queue up yourself.

Question about buying Applecare for iPod online

When I purchased my iMac I purchased Applecare from my dealer, getting the little red box to bring home, and later I registered the Applecare online successfully.
Now I wish to purchase Applecare for a 5G iPod that is nearing it's 1 year anniversary. Because of timing I thought I would go to the online Apple store and purchase it that way. Proceeding through the steps, however, it looks like I can just order it online and have the little red box shipped to my home (for later online registration.) That worries me in case the package doesn't arrive in time to meet the requirement to do this within the first year.
Is there no way to purchase online, pay with credit card, and be sent to the online registration area immediately, without waiting for the little red box? (My dealer is out of Applecare boxes at the moment.)

I am still having trouble with this. First, I am in Canada so go to the equivalent Canadian Apple web site and it is laid out slightly differently.
So I followed your steps to see how the US site differed and didn't see a "sale" graphic but instead a "save" graphic. (I assumed that's the one you meant) so I followed that path and indeed did find the Applecare for iPod link. I started to go through the steps there, but as far as I was going it looked exactly like what happens on my Canadian site where it ends up asking me for the shipping address and my Visa number and I get to chance to register directly.
But the local dealer that I use, has some coming in this week and will hold one for me, which should be in time. If something happens to delay that shipment there are other dealers in town I can try as well.

Sorry but no. US iPhones are locked to AT&T; no unlocked iPhones are available.
There are countries in which unlocked iPhones are sold. But you need to be aware that any such iPhone will not be supported in Belarus. You would not get any help from Apple in using the iPhone with any Belarus carrier, and if the iPhone had a technical fault you would need to ship the iPhone to someone back in the country of purchase for servicing. Apple would not accept a direct shipment from Belarus and would not ship the repaired iPhone back to Belarus, so you would have to know someone in the country of purchase who could handle the shipment both ways for you.
So think very hard before you purchase an iPhone from another country. If any problems arise you will in essence be on your own to solve the problem.

In Indonesia, Telkomsel is the ONLY official carrier. All iphones officially sold in Indonesia are sold as carrier locked to Telkomsel with NO provision to unlock them. If you want to buy an unlocked iphone, you will have to purchase from one of the locations listed in this support article:

I have VDSL here with 2.5MB/s but someone forgot to install a big pipe :-(
So I wonder if I should really pay for iCloud - as it will become a mess with the transfer rates in Europe ?
Apple has (how many?) billion dollar cash - but as MobileMe was a pity in europe before - why don't you build a dedicated data center in europe, like other big players (e.g. goolgle) already is doing? Or is Apple installing a big pipe between cupertino and europy itself for data traffic?

Wow dude 300 KB/s sounds painful for downloading Lion. I'm in Canada and got a significantly faster download speed than that. You bring up a good point about bandwidth constraints to Europe and other continents. Maybe they'll invest in buying more bandwidth on the underwater internet cables. But just so you know, there are tons of things that could contribute to a slow download speed, including internet throttling. But keep a look out for other European users reporting slow download speeds.
