restrict the original cost keyfigure with a variable which is based on fiscal period (this will be actual cost). And then create a new keyfigure(copy of original keyfigure) and use same variable but in detail of restriction use -1 for offset( this will be previous). And then define a new formula and subtract actual from previous or opposite)

If i am keeping a ledger for each month in a seperate table, with expense categories like gas, groceries, work expenses etc... Am i able to, in another table, run a total that automatically updates everytime i choose that specific category. So at end of month i can see total I spent on each category?

I would create a 14 column table headed 1) Category, 2-13) the twelve months (Jan-Dec), and 3) Total. Then, each row would contain one of the categories. Be careful to spell these categories exactly as in the monthly tables.
The basic formula for each cell is: =SUMIF(Jan :: Category,$A2,Jan :: Cost)
(Note comma between $A2 and Jan)
and, of course, the Total is: =SUM(B2:D2)
This approach not only give your totals to-date, but an analysis of expenses by month.

The paths won't agree on the two OSs so a simple XML import isn't likely to work.
See Sync iPod/iPad/iPhone with two computers and, if needed, Make a split library portable. The techniques in the first link will work when moving the library between Windows and OS X as long as the library is "portable", but iTunes takes quite some time checking the database when the library is opened under a different OS.

What happened to the month view on the calendar in iOS7? I really liked my MONTH view. Mine is showing only 3 options: Today, Calendars, Inbox.
I really liked being able to see what is scheduled for the month. Now I have to push on each day to see if there is something going on, and the calendar only shows the week.
Apple reminds me of Coke. You have something that works really well and everyone loves it (real Coke), and then they decide to completely change it (fake Coke LOL) and one can never get the old stuff back -- even as an option.
So I liked my old calendar and wanted to keep it. LOL

Stock and sales are results of a function i have in my select.
productionmonth is a text field where the user can edit the production and is saved in the table.
So when the user has entered some inputs in the textboxes, and pressed the submit buttom, the newstockmonth columns
should be calculated from the result i get from the previous month.
newstockmonth = (stock-sales)+productionMonth
newstockmonth1 =(newstockmonth-salesmonth1)+productionmonth1
At this point my submit process has update in a for loop for each row. But i don't quite know how i can calculate every newstockmonth columns.

your condition only works if the Shop is in the query. If I understood it correctly you have one query with
Country   Shop   Total Sales
and one with
Country   Number of Shops   Total Sales
and you don't want to restrict the second Total Sales but the Total Sales from the first query.

I have a field1 (date type) in page1, while saving this value to the table, I also need to update other field (field2) based on field1 on the same table. (for ex. field2 is 60 days greater than field1).
Also on next page I want to display field2 as read only (grayed out)...
I tried to display value of field2 on next page using "ITEM" of page1, but that is not what I need..
While proccesing page1 I need to calculate and save value of field2, and then on next page display it from the table (not from previous page's item)
Could you please either help or point me to the document that has a similar example?

if its using the commit button then have an actionlistener and then derive and assign the value to the particular column of the row..

Note that % battery on an iPod is not accurate. you will see large fluctuation in % battery and that is normal/expected.

How can i use month dynamically in the report?

i have requirment that i need to display the data on the report output only for one month.
and it will dynamically change in every month with out using any selections in the selection screen.
i found that i have to use customer exits for it.
can any one please tell me where and what is to be written in that code?(as i don't have any ABAP knowledge).

There are SAP Standard Variable Exits that will pick the current month based on the report execution date.
You just have to activate them from standard content and use those variables in your query. You dont have to write any code to use this.
you can even use variable offsets to pick prior month or next month or even a range of last 12 months etc.
0CMONTH is a SAP Standard Variable that needs to be activated from standard content and used in the query. There are some other SAP Standard variables such as 0LMONTH for last calendar month 0CMQUAR for current quarter etc that may also come in handy for reporting.
Similar variables are also available for 0FISCPER infoobject if your fiscal year is different than the calendar year.
