How to call activity Trnsaction in Ic Web....

Hi,
I am very new to IC Web client, and i want to know how to call an activity in Ic webclient,
Generally we can call Lead, Opportunity ....Through transaction launcher....(Navigation bar)
but we can't call Activity through transaction launcher, Then how can i get this activity transaction in Ic web...For this what are the settings i have to do...

Now I'm using Netweaver CE for building BPM (Business Process Management).
In BPM system, I wana call legacy system screen(ERP, C/S , Web, etc..) in web dynpro.
I'v already known how to call legacy system method and data.( using RMI, SOAP and RFC )
But I don't konw how to call legacy system screen.
If there is no way calling legacy system screen, I will have to build every screen using web dynpro.
It's so terrible.
So I think there is a way calling legacy system screen.
It's just my opinion.
If It can call legacy system screen in web dynpro, please let me know how to call it.
Or, If there is no way calling legacy system, how solve I this problem?

I assume that with "legacy system screen" you mean ABAP Dynp sceens. Of cause it would be attractive to integrate into new BPM processes. However there is a conceptional issue: You could easily integrate them e.g. into a WebDypro using a URL to to the so-called WebGUI (the ITS that makes Dynp screens Web enabled).
However the Dynp screen store all there state in the ABAP backend. This information is not available to to the process engine, e.g. to set the Task to completed or to use the data in Output Mapping.
In fact you need a way to wrap the how UI transaction into a WebDynpro screen including data flow.

I added a lead transaction in IC Web Navigation bar..
Through trasaction launcher i have added that to navigation bar .
As per my knowledge i have done the correct functionality. But when i am trying to call the trasaction in the IC Web portal, i got one error i.e "Execution not possible, Data flow errors".
I am very new to IC Web, Just i have taken training on Ic Web..
To get the transactions in the IC web portal, Do we need to install any other componets?
As per my training knowledge i have done the entire functionality.
Any body can tell how can i call the transactions in IC Web Portal,
It is very urgent..

How to Call Crystal Viewer in a Web Appl such as VS 2005

I am new to web development and I was wondering if anyone knows of a document somewhere that explains the steps o how to incorporate Crystal Viewer inside to app to call crystal reports. I found on on doing this for a standalone application, but don't know if any exist for web.
I would appreciate if anyone could let me know or maybe provide some advice.

How to call webservice via SOAP on WebAS 620

Hi,
I am working on WebAS 620 and want to call from ABAP side a Webservice via SOAP.
The webservice belongs to a third party tool and is placed on a different server.
This webservice is pretty easy (2 import parameters and 1 export).
Unfortunately it seems to me that the SOAP framework does not support such calls. It just supports calls of RFC enabled function modules. This is not what I want.
Do you know if this is possible and how I can do it?

I've done something similar a few times, specifically using a standalone Java application to invoke a BPEL process (so that it can be called from a cron job, for instance).
The thing to remember is that a BPEL process presents itself to the outside world as a Web service. If your Java Web service can communicate with other Web services (by sending a message of the appropriate format to the URL of the other Web service), then exactly the same technique can be used to call the BPEL process. You know what the input message has to look like, and you know where the process is located on your network, so set up the Java Web service to send the message to that address.

I was wondering if there is a way that I can have a OWB process flow kick off from a button in APEX? I know you can have APEX perform PL/SQL upon being clicked, so I am wondering if there is a way that I can do the same for a process flow? You can call any global class method in WDA via. Wizard.
Even more you can make your class as assistance class and call their methods by wd_assist.

I am trying to create a visual web part in sharepoint 2013 with data received from another Web API.
I followed the below steps.
1. Created a Visual Web part.
2. In the code behind(.cs) file I wrote the following code.

Could you please explain here the detailed steps (with code example if it's possible) to invoke a webservice from Oracle Applications?.. how did yo do it...?
I've read differents posts here and the 33097.1 metalink note (by the way, the first recommended link in this note is broken...), but there are lots of theorical concepts and no real examples to see how/from where invoke the WS
I'll have to call one webservice (I suppose the customer will give me the interface implementation)...but I've never did it with Applications so that's why I ask you for all the detailed steps...
I work with Forms 6i, Apps 11.5.10.2 and DB 9.2.0.7.

I did using java program to call BPEL web services in 11.5.10.
I pasted below the metalink note for your reference (Note:250964.1)
The idea is first write a java program to call the webservice (in my case it is calling an BPEL web service, so this may not help directly), test it.
Then port the java program as specified in the note, so that you could call your web service through concurrent manager scheduler.
Is this ok?

i generate the ws proxy (jdev 10.1.3) and run it with wsclient_extended.jar (required JDK 1.4.1 or above??).
but one of my client say he has to use J2SE 1.3.x (as OS=AIX 4.3 that without J2SE
1.4.x ), could anyone tell me how can generate ws proxy (with supporting
library) for jdk 1.3.x?
if oracle don't have such library / tools, any third party tools / library available?

How to call an ABAP based web service from a web page (form)

Hi,
I am trying to figure out how I can call my own developed ABAP based web service. I was able to successfully test it in the WS navigator and am now wondering what I need to do to embed the service call in a plain simply web page (form). Basically I'd like to create a web form allowing to specify the parameters and with a 'Submit' button pass the parameters to the web service and launch it.
Is this possible or do I need some kind of SDK to accomplish this?
