I haven't even used my free trial membership this month and it's up in a few days. I want to cancel it. I don't want to buy a membership at this time. I had no time to even download it.

    Never mind.  You have to open the editor in photoshop and premiere elements to get the button to enter the serial number.

  • Unable to activate Premiere Pro CC single-app membership after trial period

    Hi all,
    I'm having some real problems trying to activate Premiere Pro CC after my trial period expired. I purchased a 'month-to-month' subscription yesterday after I lost access to the software, but have had no luck in getting it up and running.
    Another strange event running alongside this is not being able to sign in to the 'contact us' part of the Adobe.com website - hence why I am resorting to getting help in the Forum's.
    Appreciate any help on this, as I need to get cracking with some work.

    I've tried signing in and out of the CC desktop app, and also tried a few other avenues to get this thing working. But sadly, and quite poorly on Adobes side, I think the latter is probably the issue - needing 2 business days to process payment. If this is the case, there should be a notification of this delay before they take a payment. I was notified after I purchased Prem Pro that it could take up to 24 hours to process the payment, but I can assure you that they have taken my money!
    Very poor...

  • How to implement a 30 day trial period?

    Hello,
    I'm trying to implement a 30 day evaluation period for a pure C# WinForms commercial application. The requirements are basically that an uninstall / reinstall should not reset the countdown and it should not be trivial for the user to do it himself. It would also be nice if it were obscured even from detection using SysInternals regmon / filemon software.
    I'm thinking of storing the install date somewhere, but where? I tried using isolated storage, but was disappointed to see it just stores as a normal file in the user's Application Data directory.
    Certainly this problem has been solved before. Thanks for any ideas...

    What subscription are you referring to? I've checked your account, and all I see is an Acrobat Pro subscription. Is that the one that you want to cancel?   • CAN'T CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.  Please READ THIS WHOLE THING before answering.

    When I try to sign in (which is necessary to cancel a membership), it tries to MAKE me reset my password. It tells me helpfully that it's going to send a link to my email, and then I should reset the password. I can't check that particular email ([email protected]) because it no longer exists. IT NO LONGER EXISTS. So I can't reset the password. And therefore I can't get into my membership to cancel it.  And worst of all I can't   T  A  L  K     to a normal human being about it. I have to go through this Kafka-esque nightmare of the "forums".
    I created a new log in and password just so I could get to SOMEBODY for help.
    Don't send me the link to how to cancel my membership, because I CAN'T DO IT!  If Adobe would just honor the existing log in information (my defunct email address plus the old password), I could have just gotten in and cancelled myself.  But now SOMEONE WILL HAVE TO HELP ME.
    ALSO, I couldn't find how or where to reply to the person who originally replied to me comment.  I had to start a whole new thread.
    How the hell does this all work?

    For a month to month subscription you can cancel it by turning off the auto renewal as described below
    To cancel a paid subscription to Acrobat.com or Photoshop.com, sign in to your My Adobe account and select the subscription you want to cancel. Under Subscription Info, turn the Auto-renewal setting to Off. You can continue to use the online service until the end of the billing cycle.
    To cancel an annual membership I'd contact our customer service for assistance.
