Hi there, I have both a personal subscription and a team subscription to Creative Cloud. This means I also have to adobe.com accounts.
My boss just informed me that I have 2 licences on the team plan, and I should be using my other team licence at my home office. (Can't do corporate work on a personal computer).
So, how do I easily cancel my personal subscription and add my team subscription on my home computer? I'll need the second licence of software to be for a mac (my office computer is a PC).

In case recurring payment already went through then you would need to contact customer service. They will check your account and if you are eligible they can issue the refund for the payment.

How can I save podcast subscriptions?

I'm running into a frequent "iTunes Library is Damaged" problem on my Mac so I have to rebuild my iTunes library at least once a month.
I know how to restore my files quickly and eaisily but the biggest pain is resubscribing to my podcasts.
I like to delete my podcast files as soon as I'm done listening to them. This causes a problem if there are no files in a podcast subscription left on my hard drive when the inevitable iTunes crash happens. I have to remember the podcasts that are missing and then go and find them to resubscribe. I'm behind a corporate firewall much of the time and subscribing to podcasts thru the iTunes Store rarely works. I can usually get subscriptions to work if I go to a podcasters website directly, copy the URL with the XML info and paste into "Subscribe to Podcast" window in iTunes.
Once subscribed to a podcast the corporate firewall rarely interferes with the "Refresh" of podcasts, they download like clockwork. For some reason, getting the initial subscription is the big pain.
So to restate the question...how do I save podcasts subscriptions (not the actual files...just the URL) to podcasts?

I had several podcast subscriptions automatically downloading daily to iTunes on my iMac. When I installed Maverick they stopped and I can't find a way to get them started again. I looked for help on the iTunes site and all it talks about is in connection with a device and nothing about my computer. It tells me to click on things that do not exist and is totally worthless. I tried to resubscribe in the normal manner and it doesn't work beyond downloading a single episode while I wait. it only downloads at the speed of listening to it. How do I get these podcasts started again?

The very first thing you should have done when you got the new External was to change to Mac compatible to Extended and Journaled then all will be well again. Get out the paperwork that came with the Drive and read it.

ITunes cancels my podcast subscriptions

I listen to most podcasts in my car, so I copy the mp3s from the iTunes library instead of playing them there. So iTunes thinks I am not listening to a subscription and automatically cancels it.
Is there any way to turn off this "feature". Thanks.

You can simply double-click a recent podcast and let it play for a few seconds. iTunes will think you've listened and will continue to download the podcast.

My little workaround:
The files you are looking for reside in your "My Documents" folder in your windows user directory. Look for "My Music" which should contain the iTunes folder. In there are two files:
iTunes Library.itl (binary - *****)
iTunes Music Library.xml (song file information)
These files are responsible for holding the information on subscriptions.
I'm a iTunes-only user, no iPod.
What I did to have "my" iTunes from work and from home is this:
*) Use of a USB-HD, where I place my "iTunes Music Folder", to have all files just in one place.
*) Wrote a little script which copies the two mentioned files from my user directory folder to the USB-HD and vice-versa. This script resides on the computer from which I start iTunes, to copy the files to the right directory.
If you just want to have your subscriptions available from multiple places (and no song files), a USB stick might do as well. Even for a few song files too, depending on the size of it.

Cancelling my podcast subscriptions

This past week all the podcasts I subscribe to disappeared from my library (oddly, the podcasts I don't subscribe to were unaffected). I did my best to rebuild and redownloaded the missing shows (the ones that were still available anyway) and today they disappeared again.
This wasn't a case of episodes I'd listened to being automatically deleted--all of my subscriptions have been erased with no trace they were there.
Any advice? I don't want to go through the trouble of manually rebuilding the library if there's an easy solution I overlooked (or if they're going to be keep being deleted)
My software is up to date. I don't listen to them on my iphone, only on my ipod.

I have the same problem. Plus, sometimes more episodes will download, but won't transfer to my iPod. I CAN SEE THEM RIGHT THERE ON MY COMPUTER, AND IT'S SO FRUSTRATING! I've tried moving the files manually as well, but I just get the "won't go there" symbol (the red circle with a slash in it).
I've tried checking and unchecking boxes, marking them unplayed, restarting/restoring/refreshing, rebooting and everything else the iPod.
Has anyone found a fix for this yet?

How to cancel Creative Cloud Subscription

Where you wait for a chat button to appear, which never does, then you click the link "Don't see a chat button?" which takes to you page not found!
So why does Adobe not put a cancel subscription button o ones creative cloud account page?
And they want to take 50% of the subscription fee when you cancel, can that even be legal?
So anyone know of a simple way to cancel this subscription, I've had it for 90 days now.

If you wait the Chat option should become available. I have requested someone from Adobe to contact you so that you may cancel your subscription.
