How to cancel a query when execute query builtin fire and No Records found.

Hi,
I am unable to cancel a query when i make query (fire enter-query) then fire (execute-query) and no records found then the form status is enter-query mode. Plz help me that how can i back to normal mode of form.
here i use the code for coming back to enter-query to normal mode but no results.

I would test the record status of the first record in the block. If this status is 'NEW', then there is no record retrieved, so that you can exit the query mode with exit_form()

If you turn it off, the result will be:

How to cancel excise invoice when mov type is 122

We are creating the PO for one material. and make the GR for that material (material is Quality inspection material)
so i,e the reason the material is goes to Quality inspection.
Till then we are Made the J1IEX create the Part1 and Part2 entry.
So in mean while in Quality all the material's are rejected so, now how to reverse the Part1 and Part2 entries.?
How to cancel excise invoice when material is qulaity inpspection.
What i made:
Made the Return delivery means 122 mov doc and Try to cancell the excise invoice......but no successful

Cancelling of excise invoice will be done in the following ways depending on the situation.
Case 1:
Create PO
Do MIGO (create and post excise invoice)
Create return delivery in quality inspection.
Now we have to create a rejection inmvoice in J1IS with reference to the return delivery wherein the excise values gets reversed.
If u try to reverse part 2 entries in J1IEX it will not come.
Case2:
Create PO
Do MIGO (create and post excise invoice)
Do cancellation of MIGO (102 mvt)
With ref to vendor or internal excise invoice number just post the transaction. excise part 2 entries will get reversed. This will happen only if 102 entry exist for the PO line item.
In a nutshell excise entries cancellation comes only if we cancel the material document. If we do return delivery then we have to create rejection excise invoice.
Hope u get cleared in this regards

Unable to update, when executed table gets lock and Execution does not stop even for an hour.

Following is my Query, which unables to update. When Executed, table gets lock and Execution does not stop even for an hour.

here Employee contains 3,00,000 of records and Subquery return 1,50,000 Empid
i tried in various ways but not able to solve, statusid column have no index on, i tried using cursor but it does not work.
plz let me know how to solve this Issue, Its very Important to get solve as all my further work depends on Updation

How to ignore a variable defined in a query when the query gets executed

Hi SAP guru, I am creating a query, which has a user input variable, say A, and a replacement path variable, say B, Bu2019s value is determined by A and the whole purpose of A is letting user entering an initial value and A must be ignored when the query gets executed. How can I achieve this in query designer?

Hi, thanks for the reply. Actually this is not my problem. My problem is the query should be filtered by a variable, say B, but B is not allowed to be entered directly by user (i.e. B could be a replacement path variable or user exit type). So B has to be derived from another user input variable, say A. However if I defined A in the query, A is by default used as one of the filters, which is not desirable because A is a subset of B in my case and should be ignored.
Is there options (settings) that allow the query ignore a specified variable (A) ? If not is there other ways to get around this?

This Query is Org Specific.(As this query using Ord_id attribute to fetch out row.)
you need to set org_id at PLSQL Developer or Toad Level.

When executing the query with out passing variable selections the error message is

System error in program SSAPLRS_EXCEPTION and form
RS_EXCEPTION_TO_MESSAGE
No Data Available

I have the following query being executed in SQL Worksheet.
select * from address
where address_id in (1, 2, 3, .... 1000, 1001);
If I have <= 1000 expressions, it executes but if it has > 1000, the query does not return this error "ORA-01795: maximum number of expressions in a list is 1000". When I ran this it in console, it gave me this error. In oracle 10G it works fine.

Calculated keyfigures not defined correctly error when executing query

Hi Experts,
I changed calculations in the calculated keyfigures and saved successfully.
when I execute the query in BI7 Bex, I am getting errors like query element not defined correctly in the query. when I look into query in the designer its giving info messages for many calculated keyfigures saying reusable and saving can influence other queries.
I reverted back the changes but the errors still coming up. I tried to copy the query and run it ..still didnt helped..
Please suggest me with the solution..

The calculated keyfigure is the difference of two other calculated keyfigures...
I tried to re-drag and drop into keyfigures column and didn't worked and still getting the errors.

I am trying to execute the following query from a jsp page.

stmt.executeQuery(sqlUpdate);
I get the follwoing error java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00933: SQL command not properly ended
When I omit "description" from the query it executes fine. But when I place it back into the query I get the above error. The table is in Oracle database and the datatype of description id varchar2(4000). I declared all the variables used in the query, I then assigned values caught from the form and then am trying to update the form varibles in the table.

Symptom
At runtime, a query contains a generated ABAP program and a data structure, which is stored in the shared buffer. Due to the gap described here, the version of the ABAP program may not correspond to the version of the data structure.
This causes several terminations when you execute this query:
X299 Brain SAPLRRK0; Form GET_FIELD_POSITION-01-,
X299 Brain SAPLRRK0; Form APPEND_KHANDLE_1-02-,
ASSIGN COMPONENT L_FIELDNAME OF STRUCTURE C_SX_GVAR, and others.

RSIX, SX_REPORT,
Reason and Prerequisites
The error can occur if one person changes a query and another person simultaneously executes the query. A query may also be changed implicitly if one of the objects used in the query is changed in another query.
Solution
The attached corrections apply only to Releases 3.X. An advance correction cannot be provided for NetWeaver 2004s.
Before you implement the attached correction (in 3.X), you must change the two following method interfaces. Otherwise syntax errors occur in the CL_RSR_REPORT_RSIX class and the RRI0 function group when you implement the corrections.
1. In Transaction SE24: Change the MODIFY method of the CL_RSR_REPORT_RSIX class as follows:
              Insert the I_S_RKB1D import parameter with the type RSR_S_RKB1D.
2. In Transaction SE24: Change the READ_SX_REPORT method of the CL_RSR_REPORT_RSIX class.
              Delete all existing import parameters (that is, I_GENUNIID, I_DVERS, I_IDVERS and I_GENTIME) and insert the I_S_RKB1D import parameter with the type RSR_S_RKB1D.
After you implement the corrections, you must delete the incorrect information in the shared buffer. To do this, enter '/$SYNC' in the command field in every application server. Select Last X days when execute query

ı need last N stop date of machines in my query, ı have stop date and when ı execute the query ı want to see just last 3 stop. have can ı make it?
the filters of my query are: Fiscal Year and Fiscal Period.
ı cant give any condition because stop date is not key figure,has anyone any ideas??

you can create condition on the stop date irrespective of key figure or not.
Create the formual which has condition
( A = B) * C + D
The above statment means:
If A = B
then Display C
or Display D.

How to save html response when execute a siebel load test.

First at all excusme for my english.
I need help to manage html response. I use OpenScript Version: 9.3.1.0 Production.
When i execute a siebel load test, some of the VU returns the error "12152 the server response could not be parsed". Mi boss asked me an image or html response to analize the error. But i dont now how to get it.
I search in all logs but i didn´t find nothing usefull.
Anyone know how to save the html response when execute a load test?

Which ATS version do you use? Because starting with 12.1, you have a better VU Logging capabilities.
From the OLT user guide:
The virtual user logs window has the following toolbar options:
Open - Opens an existing virtual user log.
Save as CSV - Exports the current VU log to a comma-separated value file.
Clear - Clears the virtual user logs.
View Text - Displays the source HTML for pages accessed by the virtual user.
Render HTML - Displays actual pages as accessed by the virtual user.
Auto Display - Displays pages as they are received by the viewer.
See if it can help.
If not, maybe you could implement some logics in OpenScript, but i wouldn' advice that.
