How to cancel a year membership?

I can't figure how to request the cancellation of my plans on expiration. The website is confusing, I'd like to chat about it but can't find it. Can you reply to my email because I don't know where I am...

I think that what's confusing me is that my subscription is already cancelled:
Your plan: Creative Cloud Free membership
So I still have access for 30 days then I won't be able to access Creative Cloud anymore. Is it something that happen automatically, maybe I have already set a "don't renew after expiration" options?
I just want to make sure that my yearly plan doesn't get renewed.
Can you confirm that my yearly plan is expired and it won't renew?

    Actually, I think that to cancel a month-to-month membership you don't
    even need to contact Adobe.
    Just sign into your account at Adobe, click on My Plans (or whatever
    it's called) and Cancel it.
    For a yearly plan if you're not cancelling in the last month, you do
    need to contact Adobe (and there will normally be a cancellation fee).
    But for month-to-month, I think there's no problem to do it yourself.
    If in doubt, contact Adobe customer service with Peter's link.

    You need to go under the help menu option and sign out from Muse and then install it on the other computer that you want using the creative cloud desktop app.

    If you just want to cancel auto-renewal of the subscription then go to your iTunes Store account info (Pull down Store > Vew my account), scroll down to Settings and click the "manage" link next to subscriptions. Set auto-renew to off for Nat Geo.
    If, on the other hand, you want a refund, you'll need to contact iTunes Store support directly: <https://expresslane.apple.com/GetproductgroupList.do?PRKEYS=PF4>. However, according to the TOS you agreed to when you created your iTunes Store account all digital sales are final. If you're polite, though, and make your case iTunes Store support will probably be able to help you.

    Hello.  I was a GCU member with the old program, and upgraded to the new with the 30 dollar two year extension to membership in November 2013.  My membership showed to be active until 6-5-2016, two years after my prior GCU membership expired.  Yesterday, I went to preorder a game, and discovered my membership is gone.  I was on the phone with customer service a few times, and so far it is not fixed.  I found my original purchase receipt date in my history, along with the customer service PIN.  I do not know why my membership was cancelled one year early, but I would like to get it fixed so that I can use it this week.  Thank you.
