I am the account holder of BT phone.
I have used BT for more than 1 year.
My package is Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan.
I'll be back my country this May.
Do I need to pay for cancelling my contract?
If yes, How much does it cost?

We have two phones with Verizon Wireless, and called the national customer service number to cancel one of them, but keep the other. We called the day before the two-year contract was up. The customer service rep was very helpful and polite, and assured both of us that 1) the second phone had been cancelled and that we would receive no further charges, and 2) the other phone service would not be affected.
The next month, we were billed again for two phones. When we talked to customer service, they said in effect, "You have no proof that you ever called. Unless you can prove that you called, we have no record of you calling".
Apparently the first rep we talked to had not actually entered anything into the computer, despite his assurances otherwise. How should a customer document a call to Verizon?

How to cancel conference phone 8831 linked mode

I used two conference phones 8831 to setup linked mode in one big meeting room for testing last month.
Now I installed one of them in another small meeting for testing.
the keypad unit screen show me that it trying to config link mode.
I tried to erase the phone setting, but it still occurred....
Does anyone can tell me how to fix this problem? thanks.

How to cancel an erase request made through find my I phone

I lost an I phone and through " find my I phone " I found it was offline so I made a request to erase the phone when connected to internet.
Next day I found it, how to cancel that erase request? I am afraid if I opened it it will connect to internet and be erased

I need someone from BEST BUY to tell me how to cancel my protection plan on my LG ALLY. It is the plan that we are charged $9.99 monthly for. Mid Feb, my husband called and cancelled and we were told it was cancelled. Mid March, we got charged. We called again beginning April and was told it was cancelled and that we would receive an email confirmation. Never received one. Mid April, we were charged again. We called AGAIN and asked to speak to a supervisor. They said they would cancel it and send a confirmation via postal mail. NO CONFIRMATION. My husband called again today (as it is coming up for us to be charged again) and was told that it is on a record that we TRIED to cancel, but Geek Squad never confirmed it (how is that my fault?!?) and that we would have to contact Geek Squad (despite we are contacting the number we were told to contact). So why weren't we told this 3 months ago...and how in the world can we get this ridiculous service cancelled and NEVER charged again to our account!!!????!!!

Actually that depends on How long that phone has been under it's contract. You may incur an ETF=Early Termination Fee. If the line in question only has a month or 2 to go on it's contract I say wait it out then disconnect it. If they the person who has the line are willing to do so ask them if they would be willing to assume AOL=Assumption of Liability of thier line. Have their own plan and pay their own bill. If they are willing to port to another carrier and keep their number (still the same as AOL but with another company) you can set up a day to have the number taken down which would be the day the number is ported out.

Are you looking on the screen that lists the folders, like Inbox, Drafts, Sent Mail, etc? If there is not an email that is waiting/trying to be sent, the Outbox does not show up. But if there is an email that can't be sent or is in process of being sent, the Outbox shows up. (I just put my iPhone on Airplane mode with wifi off, to test it out, creating an email and clicking on send)

I had been running the Ipod in the car and noticed it had gone into the red. I turned it off and it went off normally. When I got home I hooked it to the computer to charge and it froze up completely, no response to anything, hold button, click wheel, weirdest yet, the backlight stayed on permanantly. And the computer did not recognize that it was even connected in Itunes or as a drive.
So I freaked out a bit and after an hour or so while( after trying what I could which was basically holding controls down and flipping the hold button off and on ) I gave up and put in a service request, and went to bed.
The next day, I noticed that the Ipod was dark ( which I expected since the battery was almost gone and the backlite was stuck on ). But just for fun I press the clickwheel on and lo and behold, it came back on as normal. I hooked it up to the computer as usual and it was visible to Itunes and the computer as it should have before. So I went through the reset process just in case and relaoded my music.
So I guess there should be a 6th "R" Let it sit over night and see if it still screwed up the next day
Now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to cancel a service after already receiving the return box Which was very fast by the way. Like, 2 days. Anyway, I looked all over the support site and could not find anything that looked like what I needed.
Does anyone have any idea what I need to do to cancel the service request?

i acidently signed up for OVI files and instead of OVI (the thing you use to download apps)
anyways...
now i feel like ppl can access my computer using a mobile phone if they know my username and password...
if i remove the OVI FILE program on my computer.. it doesnt cancel the account...but would it negate access to my pc?
also...
1) how do i enable the OVI FILE program to only start when i want it to.. not auto start when i turn my pc on..
2) how do i cancel the OVI FILE account?

I'm not sure how to cancel an OVI Files account, but as for the auto-start, in the startup folder in your Start Menu, you should see an entry for the OVI Files Connector. Just delete it, and the program will no longer automatically start each time windows starts. There is also an icon in the tray (next to your clock), if you right click on it and select exit, it will exit the program and OVI Files will no longer have access to your computer.
I was a bit creeped out as well the first time I tried it out and saw all my drives on my cell phone for the first time, but it's also incredibly handy having access to your files anywhere.
Strong passwords are your friends and keep the nasties out. Both on your mobile and your OVI account. Passwords and PIN codes and remote locking is there for a reason.

After 3 weeks of having no broadband and BT refusing to believe it's their equipment its now time to cancel. I've had a look at my account online but can't see how to cancel. I've had it for many years so I'm guessing there won't be a cancellation fee. My next bill is due 2nd December so can it be done before I stump up for another 3 months broadband?

Why is it so "easy" to cancel a service with APPLE? I have signed up for a iCloud plan two years ago and now have decided to cancel it simply because I don't want to use it anymore. I went on Apple.com to read the whole support area with so many subjects while none of them would give me a clue on how to cancel the service. Then I tried to find the phone number to call, then the website gave me two options - either leave a phone number so someone can call me back, or call them LATER, WHY? I chose to leave a phone number but the site gave me some time slots that are all super early in the morning like 5 or 6 or 7 in the morning which is totally not convenient for me, as a single mom I am extremely busy in the morning. Then finally I found a general service phone number to call. First, I had been put on hold for 5 minutes until someone answered my phone, then she put me on hold again for another 10 minutes just to connect to another department or so. Then finally I got to talk to the right person, she asked me a bunch of security questions that makes me feel like I might not be able to cancel the service if I ever failed to answer those questions. Thanks god, I passed the test! Then she put me on hold again for another 5 to 7 minutes, and the other side of the phone started playing very annoying heavy rock and roll music that almost made me hang up! Normally I don't write reviews or give comments on services but this time APPLE really ****** me off by playing such an old fashioned bad trick to keep a customer which is polar opposite from their products and other services.
