How to cancel confirmation which is in error

Helly Guys,
I have created a PO with wrong G/L account, and confirmantion has been done but with error. G/R couldn't be created due to the error.
I was able to correct the PO in SRM with correct G/L account and it auto changed in ECC but when it came to confirmation, I found there is no way I can cancel/redo it. As a result G/R still can't be generated.
Guys, please let me know, if I am not following the correct process....
We are at SRM5.0 extended classic.

I am afraid through configuration.. this might not be possible..
Anyways.. look for the SPRO -> Influence message Control ..
SPRO>Supplier Relationship Management>SRM Server>Cross-Application Basic Settings>Message Control-->Influence Message Control.
Otherwise, opt for some BADI solution given earlier...

I also think you can delete the delivery even if its created from VL04.
Try using VL09N for reversal and then delete the delivery by VL02N.

If the goods receipt is created, for example goods receipt for purchase order.After receiving the goods then we will putaway the stock by confirming transfer order.
If we want to reverse the goods receipt then how to cancel the To.
Pls advice
First you should reverse the GR and then (based on settings in IM-WM interface) a new TR will be created and processing that TR (e.g. from trx LB10) you will create a NEW TO (stock removal TO).

Dear,
I would suggest you to use table EKBZ "History per Purchasing Document: Delivery Costs"
This table stores all the data related to delivery cost which we have mentioned in PO (i.e GR,MIRO etc)
Say in your PO for a line item you have 3 freight charges (FRA1,FRB1,FRC1)
So when you perform MIGO -> EKAB table will store those 3 freight charges along with the condition type with amount
Similarly when you perform MIRO for these costs it will create entries for those as well
So by entering the PO no and item no you can easily compare for which costs MIRO is pending
In EKBZ table use EBELN (Po no.) EBELP (Po item no ) and ZAEHK (Counter ) and find for which lines
VGABE =1 is there but VGABE =2 not there
{VGABE = 1 MIGO (I.e goods recept) 2 = MIRO (Invoice receipt) and KSCHL = Condition type (FRB1)}
Like this you can get the list of the Pending delivery cost for MIRO

To cancel Task, you can use following steps:
In the Monitoring workspace, expand Operations Manager and then expand
Agent Details.
Click Agent Health State.
In Agent State, click an agent.
In the Tasks pane, click Flush Health Service State and Cache.

That will work, but it is the long way 'round.
As Frank noted, Book Albums are just specialized Albums. Albums can show any Image in your Library, regardless of where the Album is located on the Library Inspector, and regardless of which Project contains the Image. You can put your Albums anywhere (in a Folder called "Books" for example). You can put Images from anywhere in your Library in any Album.
The easy way 'round:
- Make a new Book Album
- Select Images you may want to put in your Book. Flag them.
- Select some more. Flag them.
- Go to the "Flagged" container (listed near the top of the Library Inspector), select all, and drag-and-drop them to your Book Album.
- Repeat as needed, or just drag-and-drop directly into the Book Album.
Note that you can remove any Image from any Album (including Books) by selecting and hitting the "{Delete}" key. This _does not remove the Image from the Project that contains it, or from the Library.
Note, too, that once the Images are in your Book Album, you then put them in the Book you are creating for publication. The Book Album contains the superset of Images with which you populate the Book itself. The Book Album also holds the Book.

Hi,
If the error message is of red flagged, then you can cancel the message.
You can use the report 'RSXMB_CANCEL_MESSAGES' to cancel the error messages.
If the message is of synchronous, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancel Confirmations for Limits Orders in SRM.

We are able to Create Confirmations in SRM for Limit orders and It creates a service entry sheet in ECC with Mvmt Type 101.. When we try to cancel these Confirmations from SRM. It a creates a Cancellation document in SRM but it doesnu2019t flow to ECC.. when Checked in the Shopping cart Related documents it is found that the Qty is getting added up even for cancelled Confirmation which got created.
We are looking for Solution if we cancel the limit order confirmation from SRM , it should cancel the service entry sheet posted in backend ECC..
And we will be doing confirmations/Cancellations only from SRM
Please help us with your responses.. we are on SRM 7.0 EHP 1 .

How to cancel and redo a service confirmation?

Here is the scenario (Service management):
A Service confirmation has been created with status "Completed".
As a result the status of the originating service order is set to "Confirmed" (standard behavior).
Say the confirmation data was wrong and postings in R/3 needs reversing (for example for a spare parts goods issue).
Standard SAP allows you to Cancel the items in the Service confirmation which will automatically reverse all the postings in R/3. So far so good!
The problem is that I can't see how to recreate a new service confirmation. The status "Confirmed" on the Service order prevents you from creating any new follow up service confirmation.
Does anybody know the answer to this puzzle?

to redo the service confimation, you need to change the status of the service order to "released'.
Permanent solution:
The way service oder status changes automatically when service item is confirmed,trigger a action when a service cofirmation is cancelled so that the status of that service item changes back to released.

How to cancel/reverse confirmation of service in SD module?
By confirmation of service I mean document which we can see in SD documents flow (if scenario is without goods movement).
User need to delete delivery but confirmation of service and sales invoice were posted. We reversed invoice but do not know how to cancel/reverse confirmation of service.
Additionally u2013 is there any transaction where I can look at confirmation of service? It is NOT possible to look at this document in flow documents.

It was NOTcreated in CS module. There is nothing in iw33.
It is confirmation of service in SD module.
Flow:
- you create sales order
- you create delivery with reference to sales order
- you post goods issue (if quantity for picking is 0 u2013 no movement in stock) confirmation of service will be created by the system. Now I need to cancel this document.

How can I tell which object is causing my error

How can I determine which object has the lock, and for brownie points, release it?
The SP is using a view, are view read only by default in Oracle, so I can rule that out as the 'locker'?
If not, I'd like to modify with the equivalent of WITH(NO_LOCK). How can I do this in Oracle?

I have investigated moere and it looks like one of my American colleagues has been tinkering.
I see RPT_POP_COMMON_ORDER_PATRON_1 and RPT_POP_COMMON_ORDER_PATRON_2 in the object tree.
I've dropped _2 - Fine
I'm trying to drop _1, but that's having a really good think about it......>= 3 mins so far.
So, I guess that that points to RPT_POP_COMMON_ORDER_PATRON_1 being the culprit iof the lock, hence why it is struggling to be dropped.
How can I drop a proc that has locks, essentially saying, "I don't care what you're doing - I want you out of my database and take your locks with you!". :)
