Can anyone tell me how to cancel Creative cloud trial subscription???

    There is no discount if you install fewer products, however you can purchase subscriptions to indivdual products versus subscribing to Creative Cloud. This page has more info about which individual products are available.

    Plans can be setup for either yearly or monthly, you can purchase 3 month subscription cards which can being used towards either yearly or monthly plans.

    The plans are a commitment for that duration. You can upgrade from month to month to yearly or downgrade to month to month after your year long commitment was up.

    If you decided to go with the Creative Cloud you could install which ever apps you choose. You might want to double-check individual product system requirements if you were unsure of a specific product.

    The 30 day trial applies to both individual or products within the Creative Cloud trial, so if you used the 30 trial for an individual product it would still show as expired if you tried to use it within a Creative Cloud 30 day trial.

    If you signed-up for a 12-month contract, and cancel mid way, there is indeed a billing for 50% of the remaining contract obligation. You won't be able to sign in to Creative Cloud applications after you cancel your contract.
    You can cancel this online as well by using the Chat instead of Phone.  I hear the response time on the Chats is much quicker. Also you can get a record of the chat emailed to you at the end, so you personally have a record of the conversation that took place.
    The Chat link is just above the Phone link at the bottom of the page, once you've clicked Still Need Help? Contact Us link. Contact Customer Care Note that you must be logged in with your Adobe ID and password that is associated with your account to see these details.

    If you wait the Chat option should become available. I have requested someone from Adobe to contact you so that you may cancel your subscription.

    If you sign up for a one year contract you get a reduced montly price but there is a cancellation fee. This is made clear with requires annual commitment on the Plans page at https://creative.adobe.com/plans.

    With regards to trying to cancel my subscription through Adobe support, there is nothing there that helps me (believe me I've tried); I can't talk to anybody and the site just takes me round and round in circles ultimately leaving me no option but to post on the forum. I was hoping to avoid having to call someone in the US (I'm in Australia).  If anyone from Adobe see's this post, can you take ownership of this problem please and try and help me, even if it's to arrange a way of we discussing this with someone.

    For a month to month subscription you can cancel it by turning off the auto renewal as described below
    To cancel a paid subscription to Acrobat.com or Photoshop.com, sign in to your My Adobe account and select the subscription you want to cancel. Under Subscription Info, turn the Auto-renewal setting to Off. You can continue to use the online service until the end of the billing cycle.
    To cancel an annual membership I'd contact our customer service for assistance.

    Illustrator argues that the trial period has ended, although it belongs to my creative cloud annual subscription. It asks me to confirm again and again, but when I do come across the same problem as soon as I try to open the program.

    That isn't help me. My problem is:
    1. When i try to start illustrator it says validating software license
    2. Then it says Your trial has expired
    3. Then i sign in required with my Adobe ID
    4. It says thank you and ask me to click continue to enjoy the licensed software
    5. When i try to open illustrator it starts again asking validating software license….
    I've removed already oobe and reload software but it doesn't help. What i have to do?

    Trial CC will stop working on its own after 30 days, there is no need to cancel it. If you are not purchasing it then you can also get the trial CC app uninstalled. The Adobe Id remain, you can use that for future purchase or trial of any other product of Adobe.

    I previously had a month-to-month Adobe Muse subscription and just started the Creative Cloud Trial. Because i had canceled my month-to-month subscription, the Muse application will not let me open files unless I renew my subscription - even though I now have a 1-month trial of Creative Cloud.     You will not be able to use Muse as a 30 day trial since you already had a month-to-month subscription of Muse.

    If I decide to stop my membership, will I still be able to use my Creative Suite software and the other components of Creative Cloud?
    When you cancel a month-to-month or annual membership purchased directly from Adobe or let a 3- or 12-month prepaid membership purchased from a retailer expire, you will no longer have access to the CS applications, other desktop software, and services that are components of Creative Cloud. However, if you saved your work to your computer, you will continue to have access to those files. You will also have access to the same benefits as a free Creative Cloud member, which include 2GB of storage space (reduced from 20GB), the ability to sync and store your files, access to a free 30-day trial of the desktop software that has not already been installed and provisioned as part of your paid membership, and access to the free level of services included with Creative Cloud.
