Hello I thought My creative cloud membership was a 12 month plan, but i see it is a 18 month plan, Any ways i can cancel this. My 12 months is ending 6th of feb this month and I dont need it anymore. I dont want paying for a service im not using

    With regards to trying to cancel my subscription through Adobe support, there is nothing there that helps me (believe me I've tried); I can't talk to anybody and the site just takes me round and round in circles ultimately leaving me no option but to post on the forum. I was hoping to avoid having to call someone in the US (I'm in Australia).  If anyone from Adobe see's this post, can you take ownership of this problem please and try and help me, even if it's to arrange a way of we discussing this with someone.

    I purchased an Adobe Cloud membership, which allowed us to download software for both a PC and a Mac. My employee who was using the software on his personal Mac left the company. How can I disable only those downloads on his computer, freeing them up for a new employee to use?
    When I look at my profile, it shows downloads only to my PC. Where would I find the Mac downloads to his computer so I can cancel that?

    With an individual membership you can install and activate Creative Cloud desktop applications on two computers, regardless of operating system, for the individual associated with the Creative Cloud membership.
    If you have an employee that needs to use the software, they would need to have their own membership.

    Me too. I just got cut off by Navdeep in an online chat when I told him my problem, and I can't access chat again even on a different browser. The instructions for cancelling subscription or changing credit card details do not apply to Australian customers. I sent them an email informing I couldn't even print the invoice or view my billing history but the email bounced back saying their inbox is full!

    For a month to month subscription you can cancel it by turning off the auto renewal as described below
    To cancel a paid subscription to Acrobat.com or Photoshop.com, sign in to your My Adobe account and select the subscription you want to cancel. Under Subscription Info, turn the Auto-renewal setting to Off. You can continue to use the online service until the end of the billing cycle.
    To cancel an annual membership I'd contact our customer service for assistance.

    You can't actually delete the iCloud acount: unfortunately this means that you cannot render the email address inactive. If you simply abandon it, it will continue to pile up any incoming mail until your storage space is filled, after which messages will be bounced with an 'account over limit' error.
    You could set up a Rule which moves all incoming mail to the Trash, from which it will be automatically deleted after a period. Senders will simply not receive any response. And/or you could set up a 'vacation message' informing correspondents that the account is no longer in use.
