How to cancel my membership ?

Hi ! I just subscribed to the Adobe Creative Cloud (annual fee), but in fact it doesn't suit my needs at all. I therefore would like to cancel my membership/subscription to the creative cloud. I followed the steps indicated on my account page and I landed here. So please help ! Thanks ! How can I cancel my subscription ?

    What subscription are you referring to? I've checked your account, and all I see is an Acrobat Pro subscription. Is that the one that you want to cancel? Please verify, and I will see what I can do to help (I don't have the ability to cancel it myself, but can forward the request to someone who can.)

  • CAN'T CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP.  Please READ THIS WHOLE THING before answering.

    When I try to sign in (which is necessary to cancel a membership), it tries to MAKE me reset my password. It tells me helpfully that it's going to send a link to my email, and then I should reset the password. I can't check that particular email ([email protected]) because it no longer exists. IT NO LONGER EXISTS. So I can't reset the password. And therefore I can't get into my membership to cancel it.  And worst of all I can't   T  A  L  K     to a normal human being about it. I have to go through this Kafka-esque nightmare of the "forums".
    I created a new log in and password just so I could get to SOMEBODY for help.
    Don't send me the link to how to cancel my membership, because I CAN'T DO IT!  If Adobe would just honor the existing log in information (my defunct email address plus the old password), I could have just gotten in and cancelled myself.  But now SOMEONE WILL HAVE TO HELP ME.
    ALSO, I couldn't find how or where to reply to the person who originally replied to me comment.  I had to start a whole new thread.
    How the hell does this all work?

    Adobe contact information will not help You. The Finnish sites are making the same loop. The worst thing is that they have send me e-post telling that my membership will continue after first year automatically with 60 % higher price. I don't need do anything I will not continue the membership. It seems impossible to end it. The onlys solution seems to be close the credit card.

    You need to go under the help menu option and sign out from Muse and then install it on the other computer that you want using the creative cloud desktop app.

    Switch from an individual membership to a teams membership
       If you have an individual Creative Cloud membership, you can cancel it at no penalty and re-enroll as part of your company’s team membership.
       Your IT administrator sends you an invitation to join the team. If you haven't yet received the invitation, request the administrator to resend the invitation. 
       While accepting invitation, sign in with the Adobe ID that is associated with your individual Creative Cloud membership (complete or single app).You see an option to cancel the individual plan and join the team or keep the individual plan and join the team.
       Select the Join team and cancel individual plan Creative Cloud membership option, and then click Accept Invite. 
       You become a team member once you accept the invitation. Now follow these steps to reset the licensing accordingly on your computer:
    Launch any Creative Cloud application (for example, Photoshop).
    On the Help menu, choose Sign Out.
    Close the application and restart it.
    Sign in with your Adobe ID.
    Cancel an annual membership (individual or team)
       If you cancel within the first month, you receive a full refund. Otherwise, you are billed 50% of your remaining contract obligation.To cancel your membership at any time, contact us - go to the contact us page and then click the "Still need help? Contact us." button.
       You may be asked to sign in. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.    To cancel your membership in the last month (month 12), follow the steps in the "Cancel a month-to-month membership" section below.     Actually, I think that to cancel a month-to-month membership you don't
    even need to contact Adobe.
    Just sign into your account at Adobe, click on My Plans (or whatever
    it's called) and Cancel it.
    For a yearly plan if you're not cancelling in the last month, you do
    need to contact Adobe (and there will normally be a cancellation fee).
    But for month-to-month, I think there's no problem to do it yourself.
    If in doubt, contact Adobe customer service with Peter's link.
