How to cancel my product?

I have ordered the Photoshop with 12 monthes plan, I would like to cancel it, but its expeiry day is November of 2015, so how can I do?

    Please note that if you have an iTunes Match subscription, you can't change countries until the subscription has expired. Your subscription expires 08/18/2013.
    To turn off Auto-Renew for iTunes Match, follow these steps:
    1) Open iTunes.
    2) From the pull-down Store menu in the menu bar, Choose Store > Sign In.
    3) Enter your iTunes Store account name and password, then click Sign In.
    4) Go to the Store menu again, Choose Store > View My Account.
    5) Enter your account name and password a second time, then click View Account.
    You will be taken to your Apple Account Information page. On this page, simply click the "Turn Off Auto-Renew" button next to iTunes Match.

    Again, not accurate. When Match is "turned off" all of the Matched song instances are still shown in the Ibrary and all devices still stream - so, if you have your songs also stored on your local drive (which I choose to as one does not always have access to WiFi and I use the local instances of the songs for some music production/DJing), iTunes shows each song twice.  This is cumbersome if you simply want to play an album - you have to hear each song twice. There is no reason technologically they could not simply show the metadata for a song only once and simply hit the cloud object store when it it is not found as a local disk target. This would solve some of the issues and it is pretty much how any content delivery network (CDN) works - and this is how my local Genius Bar assured me it would work before I bought the service. I found they know little about Match.
    Other issues: I believe the "exclusive" Cloud Playtlist logic still stands - iTunes protests if you add a non-Matched song to a Playlist (as it assumes you want all Playlists to be cloudy). Also, the APLCARE person and I  could not figure out what "Removed" (under Cloud Status) means despite looking up several explanations on the Web. And, we found songs that were only in the cloud that should have also been on my local drive as I never deleted them. That said, it is also a pain to fully delete a song (local + the cloud). Plus, the logic in the Purchased section around what constitutes "Not On Computer" did not hold up. They have lots of logical challenges with thier workflow.
    Regardingyour suggestion, there is no way to "not use" Match. Only when one is disconnected from the iTunes store does Match seem to go away completely.The only thing you can turn off is the song syncing/matching/uploading. This amounts only to turning off a sub-process not the service.
    Match is likely fine for most who do not want to have any copy of the songs locally and are fine having access to their music only when connected via WiFi. I wanted more ubiquitous access to my collection from my iPad and my iPhone but needed to keep my songs local to my MBP too. This is not the proper use case as I have learned.
    Of course I won't renew, but I should be able to cancel a service that I am dissatisfied with.

    In our production env, few of the messages in SXMB_MONI are stuck with the flag "Transfer to Process Engine". I would like to know where I can find these message or how canI cancel these messages. I checked all the options in "SMB_MONI_BPE", but could not find my message.

    ANy how if you want to delete those BPM runtime instance you can do so by deleting the logical instance of the BPM instance
    go to SXMB_MONI and click on PE which got stuck and it will take you PE engine go to list technical options and chose workflow log option and then chose delete logical instance option

    You may configure a return document to standard IDPD, which can be created in EWM and which can trigger reverse material document for production GR in ERP.
    There is no standard way how to cancel production order from EWM.

    Why is it so "easy" to cancel a service with APPLE?  I have signed up for a iCloud plan two years ago and now have decided to cancel it simply because I don't want to use it anymore. Then I tried to find the phone number to call, then the website gave me two options - either leave a phone number so someone can call me back, or call them LATER, WHY? I chose to leave a phone number but the site gave me some time slots that are all super early in the morning like 5 or 6 or 7 in the morning which is totally not convenient for me, as a single mom I am extremely busy in the morning. Then finally I found a general service phone number to call. First, I had been put on hold for 5 minutes until someone answered my phone, then she put me on hold again for another 10 minutes just to connect to another department or so. Then finally I got to talk to the right person, she asked me a bunch of security questions that makes me feel like I might not be able to cancel the service if I ever failed to answer those questions. Thanks god, I passed the test!  Then she put me on hold again for another 5 to 7 minutes, and the other side of the phone started playing very annoying heavy rock and roll music that almost made me hang up!  Normally I don't write reviews or give comments on services but this time APPLE really ****** me off by playing such an old fashioned bad trick to keep a customer which is polar opposite from their products and other services.

    I have created a FINS material and HALB material. Then I created a BOM in such a way that one no. of HALB material requires to produce one no. of FINS material. Now I created routing for the FINS material and created the Production order for that FINS material. Then I confirmed that production order in which goods movement take place. In goods movement, for FINS material 101 movement happens and fro the HALB material 261 movement happens (i.e.,) stock is updated in unrestricted use of FINS material and backflushed from the unrestricted use of HALB material.
    Now I cancelled the Production order via CO13. During cancellation, stock moved from the unrestricted use of FINS material to the reserved quantity of HALB material. Now. I dont know how to move the stock either to unrestricted use of FINS material or HALB material.

    When you cancel the confirmation, the HALB will be put back into the stock and the reservation will become open. The situation will be exactly as if you've never done confirmation on that order.

  • Cancellation of Production Order confirmation (CO13) not generating TR/TO

    Hi,
    We are facing a typical issue in the PP-WM interface. When we create an order and confirm it (partial confirmation), the Goods movement happens (261 mvt type) as desired and the TO is created and confirmed in the background.
    But, when we try to reverse the movement type (cancelling the production order confirmation using CO13) then there are no TRs or TOs generated in the background (for movement type 262).
    When I manually try to post a material document for 262 movement type, it creates a TO in the background (as per the configurations that I maintained) but this does not happen when movement type 262 is called using PP interface.
    The movement type configurations are all done for Automatic TR and TO generations - this works with normal IM process (when we manually post using MB1A transaction) but not with the return Goods movement happening with PP.....here, the material comes back to the interim storage type 914. We then need to create a TO manually and confirm it to take the stock back in to the original storage type and bin.
    We want that when a process order confirmation is cancelled then the materials should be posted back in to the original storage type and bin (from where the material was issued against the order).
    For Info: COGI shows no errors during the 262 movements, also, material document is generated for 262 movement type but no TR/TO generated.
    Is there any configuration that we have missed?

    Yes, you are correct in the understanding that the system creates quants in 914 when the production order confirmation is cancelled. But, it does not generate any TR or TO in the background to post the stock back into the original storage type.
    Can we not use the put away strategies so that the system determines where to place the material? My query is that despite all the configurations for automatic TO creation and confirmation for movement type 262, it does not generate a TO (or TR) in the background when a production order confirmation is cancelled using CO13.
    However, if I manually post a material using MB1A for 261 movement type and reverse it using 262, it generates a TO and confirms it as per the setting in configuration.
    The same thing does not work when we run it through PP (CO11N and then CO13).
    Any suggestions on how to approach this and where to check for missing configurations?

    If you are reversing a Billing Document, the system will reverse an Accouting Document also which would have got created when the Billing Doc was created.  you might be trying to reverse a billing Doc which was created in the previous posting period and it would have got closed now. Hence as the system cannot reverse the accouting document, it will not allow you to reverse the Billing Doc.
    If this is a production issue, you will have to request for opening the posting period for sometime, execute your program and close the period again.
