How to cancel my purchase transaction?
I have did an app store purchase yesterday and I have $100 Apple card and I was planning to use the cards for this purchaes, but because my credit card is in my account and I don't wont to use it in this transaction which I won't. How can cancel this purchaes transaction from App Store?
You cannot cancel a purchase as such. All purchases are immediate, and per the terms of sale of the iTunes Store and Mac App Store final. You can contact iTunes support:

and explain the situation. Perhaps they'll be willing to reverse the transaction and allow you to repurchase after you redeem the gift card. But if this is a small purchase, it may be more effort than it's worth, and of course there is no guarantee that they'll agree.

You can cancel an iCloud storage upgrade but only within 15 days of buying:
Apple seem to have made this as difficult as possible. You may be able to do this using http://expresslane.apple.com - Click on 'More products and services', then 'iCloud', 'Account and setup' then 'This topic is not listed'. Explain the situation in the box provided and wait for a response - include a phone number. However you may find you cannot proceed without entering a hardware serial number which is still eligible for AppleCare.
In that event you will need to phone them directly, using the Apple Online Store number given at the bottom of this page. The first person you speak to may tell you to do it from the iCloud website but this is not possible. Politely insist on escalating the issue to a more senior person and eventually you should be able to get through to someone who can deal with this (you may have to wait for them to call you back) - you will be asked security questions and for part of your credit card number to identify yourself.
If it is more than 15 days since you purchased the storage you cannot cancel it for a refund; you can downgrade your plan as from your next renewal date. Please see

I have a problema with this transaction in apple iTunes store.
Here is the problem I have my iPhone and its with my wife and my son in the Philppines. I dont know if he purchase accidentally all this games and apps without knowing and permission of my wife. To try and stop it happening again you, or your wife, could off in-app purchases on the phone via Settings > General > Restrictions > In-App Purchases 'off' -

Ok, just realized that I had changed my apple ID since original purchase. so I did log into app store via my old apple id and I did find the 'manage' page to stop auto-renewal, but nothing about deleting subscription/magazine. I also deleted association to my credit card. so if the worse is a 9.99 fee for this, and it can't auto-renew, then good. Still would like to get a refund, and I did send email to apple support. shall lsee how that ends up. still would like to outright cancel/ delete the entire magazine but cant' find that option. I thank you for your assistance.
