HOW TO CANCEL PREMIUM ACCOUNT

Could someone please tell me (simply) how I cancel my prepaid premiium account and get a refund. thanks so much.

I can see that we have canceled your Premium Subscription and we have converted the rest of your subscription (the days you have not used) in Skype Credit Please note that you don't need to cancel your subscription to stop being charged ; the subscription will not auto-renew, and no further payment will be taken. You can check your MyAccount page for details and see FAQ here: What's new with group video calling?
Communications have been sent to all of our Premium subscribers, with a summary description of your subscription updates. Please check the inbox of your Skype account's primary email for more details.

    If you do not have your card registered to your iTunes Store account, then these are most likely fraudulent charges to your credit card directly rather than an unauthorized purchase through your iTunes Store account. Report the charges as fraudulent to your bank. They will probably cancel your existing credit card and issue you a new one.

    I accidentally created two iTunes accounts with two different email addresses. I want to cancel one but cannot figure out how to do it. I tried just going to account info and deleting my CC#, but it wouldn't let me do that. Makes me nervous to have my CC info floating around on an unused account, so I really do want to get rid of the extraneous one. Thanks!

    You can't cancel an account yourself, but you should be able to set your credit card details to zeros, or set you credit card to None.
    If you want the account cancelled you have to contact Apple. There is an email form on the Store FAQ:

    Your bill has the account number and phone number associated with the account on it.
    You can't cancel your account online. You have to call customer service at 1-800-922-0204 or visit a corporate store.

    My condolences for your loss.
    The family will need to contact Skype Customer Support directly.  In order to close the accounts, they will need to provide documentation of the Skype accountholder's passing and possibly other details about the account(s) in question in order to prove the veracity of their request.

    Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
    You are correct, the Deskjet 2540 is not compatible with ePrint or Web Services. If you have created an account with HPConnected, this shouldn't have made any changes to how the printer functions.
    What is the version of Windows installed on the computer? Also, when you try to print from Word, what happens, an error, no print option, etc?
    You can try running the Print and Scan Dr, please reply back with the results, what passes, fails, is fixed, etc.

    Just so you know, it bills on or around the day that you first bought it. For example, you get it on July 8th so you'll get billed again on August 8th, unless you cancel it.

    Thanks for the reply.
    I sent your email service books and it was having trouble finding your BlackBerry smartphone.  I would suggest removing the battery and placing it back in, and then let me know if you get an activation email.  Also do you have EDGE or 3G upper case for your signal?
