If the above is done, both excise balances and accounting balances will go haywire!!!
If you want to cancel the part2 entry, the only way out is to cancel the material document. This will make the status of the excise invoice to 'In process'. Then post the excise invoice using J1IEX, it will get cancelled.

Then Revoke acceptance of service entry sheet (If it is accepted).
Then save it.
Then again enter same service entry sheet no in ML81 & delete it.

We are creating the PO for one material. and make the GR for that material (material is Quality inspection material)
so i,e the reason the material is goes to Quality inspection.
Till then we are Made the J1IEX create the Part1 and Part2 entry.
So in mean while in Quality all the material's are rejected so, now how to reverse the Part1 and Part2 entries.?

Cancelling of excise invoice will be done in the following ways depending on the situation.
Case 1:
Create PO
Do MIGO (create and post excise invoice)
Create return delivery in quality inspection.
Now we have to create a rejection inmvoice in J1IS with reference to the return delivery wherein the excise values gets reversed.
If u try to reverse part 2 entries in J1IEX it will not come.
Case2:
Create PO
Do MIGO (create and post excise invoice)
Do cancellation of MIGO (102 mvt)
With ref to vendor or internal excise invoice number just post the transaction. excise part 2 entries will get reversed. This will happen only if 102 entry exist for the PO line item.
In a nutshell excise entries cancellation comes only if we cancel the material document. If we do return delivery then we have to create rejection excise invoice.

Excise base amount in LOcal currency in J1IG and How to cancel old

I have two query for depot plant
1: In case of import material PO currcny is JPY, now after PO I have done the GR then ref. to GR number I am doing the J1IG in J1IG in the column Excise base the default amount is coming from the PO but it is in PO currency JPY , we required this amount in INR, so is there any setting for this.
2: Aftre PO i have made the   GR then ref. to GR i have create the RG entry with   J1IG , but there is some problem in the RG entry so i want to reverse / cancel that, which step to be follow for this My GR is OK , i read in some thered it can be done with J1IJ but how to cancel it .

1.     Since you are doing this for depot with foreign currency, like you entering all the excise values for 4 duties manually you have to change Excise base value also manually in INR.
2.     For cancelling the RG23D entry, go from J1IG itself, when you enter in J1IG you can see 4 tabs at the top, select the last tab with cross on it give your material document no and excise group , year and enter then just save system will ask you to confirm and save, then extract RG23D by J2I5 & then with J2I6 you will see it is deleted.

now i feel like ppl can access my computer using a mobile phone if they know my username and password...
if i remove the OVI FILE program on my computer.. it doesnt cancel the account...but would it negate access to my pc?
also...
1) how do i enable the OVI FILE program to only start when i want it to.. not auto start when i turn my pc on..
2) how do i cancel the OVI FILE account?

I'm not sure how to cancel an OVI Files account, but as for the auto-start, in the startup folder in your Start Menu, you should see an entry for the OVI Files Connector. Just delete it, and the program will no longer automatically start each time windows starts. There is also an icon in the tray (next to your clock), if you right click on it and select exit, it will exit the program and OVI Files will no longer have access to your computer.
I was a bit creeped out as well the first time I tried it out and saw all my drives on my cell phone for the first time, but it's also incredibly handy having access to your files anywhere.
Strong passwords are your friends and keep the nasties out. Both on your mobile and your OVI account. Passwords and PIN codes and remote locking is there for a reason.

We cannot cancel Successfully processed messages.
However you can configure Archiving and/ or deletion of successfully processed messages to remove the entry from the DB

Go to TCode: ML81N, Click on other purchase order. Enter the Entry sheet/Purchase order number you want to cancel. Then the details will be copied, then click on change and then click on revoke acceptance icon.In this way you will revoke the SES. If you want to delete the SES, after revoking SES click on Delete icon, So that the SES will get deleted.

How to cancel ERS invoices

Dear all,
service entry sheet were entered twice and approved, upon approval, goods receipt documents were created and because the vendor is ERS, invoices were created and paid. Then AP issued credit memo to the vendor and post the refund check from vendor, now the question is how to clear the GR/IR account due to the credit memo we issued ( Dr vendor Cr GR/IR ) ?
I want to cancel the invoice, and then cancel service entry sheet, but it's ERS invoices, does anyone know how to cancel ERS invoices?

We are using J1IH - Other Adjustments to settle supplementary invoices.
We found wrong entries in J1IH document.
How to cancel the document which is created in J1IH-Other Adjustments?
If I select "Cancel exc Inv". it is throwing an error "Enter valid excise invoice number".
Suggest me on this.

J1IH itself used to adjust the entries & cancel excise invoice.
But you cant reverse it using this transaction.
Instead I would suggest you to reverse the entries. for this always better to have seperate "Sub transaction type"- maintain G/L accounts accordingly in CIN account determination wrt: Excise transaction type & Sub transaction type.
Whenever you want to do such adjustment entries use this Sub tran type in J1IH.

Any one knows this please revert back.this Issue is very urgent (We have to Close the Periods)
Issue: While "Invoice Cancelling- Accounting entry not effected in Trial balance"
Invoice which is cancelled and accounting events for Invoice & Cancellation is taken place, but the entry for cancellation is not appearing in the GL Hence the reversal effect of expense is not seen.
I can able to see the Reversal Entry in Payables > Reports > View Accounting A
Here > Tools > View Accounting Events > View Journal Entries > Show Addtional Information > Transfer to GL Status is "No" after that i have Run the Transfer Journal Entries to GL even its not appearing in GL and not transfer to GL.
@Have to Resolve this as soon as possilble, plz any one can lets guide me

Please note that if you have an iTunes Match subscription, you can't change countries until the subscription has expired. Your subscription expires 08/18/2013.
To turn off Auto-Renew for iTunes Match, follow these steps:
1) Open iTunes.
2) From the pull-down Store menu in the menu bar, Choose Store > Sign In.
3) Enter your iTunes Store account name and password, then click Sign In.
4) Go to the Store menu again, Choose Store > View My Account.
5) Enter your account name and password a second time, then click View Account.
You will be taken to your Apple Account Information page. On this page, simply click the "Turn Off Auto-Renew" button next to iTunes Match.

Again, not accurate. When Match is "turned off" all of the Matched song instances are still shown in the Ibrary and all devices still stream - so, if you have your songs also stored on your local drive (which I choose to as one does not always have access to WiFi and I use the local instances of the songs for some music production/DJing), iTunes shows each song twice. This is cumbersome if you simply want to play an album - you have to hear each song twice. There is no reason technologically they could not simply show the metadata for a song only once and simply hit the cloud object store when it it is not found as a local disk target. This would solve some of the issues and it is pretty much how any content delivery network (CDN) works - and this is how my local Genius Bar assured me it would work before I bought the service. I found they know little about Match.
Other issues: I believe the "exclusive" Cloud Playtlist logic still stands - iTunes protests if you add a non-Matched song to a Playlist (as it assumes you want all Playlists to be cloudy). Also, the APLCARE person and I could not figure out what "Removed" (under Cloud Status) means despite looking up several explanations on the Web. And, we found songs that were only in the cloud that should have also been on my local drive as I never deleted them. That said, it is also a pain to fully delete a song (local + the cloud). Plus, the logic in the Purchased section around what constitutes "Not On Computer" did not hold up. They have lots of logical challenges with thier workflow.
Regardingyour suggestion, there is no way to "not use" Match. Only when one is disconnected from the iTunes store does Match seem to go away completely.The only thing you can turn off is the song syncing/matching/uploading. This amounts only to turning off a sub-process not the service.
Match is likely fine for most who do not want to have any copy of the songs locally and are fine having access to their music only when connected via WiFi. I wanted more ubiquitous access to my collection from my iPad and my iPhone but needed to keep my songs local to my MBP too. This is not the proper use case as I have learned.
Of course I won't renew, but I should be able to cancel a service that I am dissatisfied with.
