How to capture Leave data in Leave workflow

Hi All,
          I am working on Leave Request workflow. My requirement is to escalate the request based on leave request type like (CL,EL etc.,) and no of days of leave. for suppose if the leave type is CL and no of days is 30 I have to send the request to employee manager and if the no of days of leave is 30-45 then I have to send the request to employee managers reporting manager.
               Now my issue is How can I capture the no of days of leave and leave type?
               When the work item created in the UWL I can able to see all these details but in workflow I am unable to find these details in the workflow container.
Can anybody help me to capture these details in the workflow.

Instead of depending on the tables that are propesed by the above post, you will have the entire data in the workflow conatiner itself. in the instance of the CL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS , if the workflow is getting triggered in the conatiner element REQ you will have the instance of the data
Now as you are ready to create a background task then export the container element REQ to the method and in the method read the ITEMS_TAB attribute of t he class CL_PT_REQ_WF_ATTRIBS in this attribute you will have a field ATTS it is of table type. in this filed all the NAme - Value pair is stored regarding the request.
for ex, NAME - SUBTY
          VALUE - AN01
           NAME - BEGDDA
          VALUE - 12.07.2009
now read this table with key element what ever you want to fecth and then pass back those values back to the workflow conatiner . I think this approach is more reliable and there is no need of worrying about whether the correct data is fetched or not reagrding to a specific request.

THIS ABOVE METHOD STRANGELY CAPTURES CHANGES IN QUANTITY AND DATE FIELDS ONLY AND NOT IN CHARATER FIELDS.
Can somebody suggest how to capture changes of character fields also.

it would also update that certain records in another table. For example, I modified the address

u must fire a select query,
   from the same table,
   for the same record.
3. In this, u will get the OLD DATA (which was already saved),

My client is required need two type financial statement one is as per company act and calender year. Other one is company act and fiscal year.
regarding we have maintain two fiscal year variant one is assigned to company code as per calender yr other one is assigned to Spl.Pr G/L. but how to capture the financial data from company code in case we are using two fiscal yr variant.

U cannot maintain two two fiscal year varaint for a company code in GL. As said by u maintain one fiscal year varaint for GL and the other one for FI SL. When u post FI document in GL automatically the same will flow into FI SL for the corressponding period.
For example ur Fiscal year varant is April to March in GL
and Callendar year in FI SL and u do a posting in April 1 (period 1) in GL then it post it to 4th period in FI SL automatically since April is the 4th period in FI SL since it uses K4 as the fiscal year variant.

Get the entered value from the jsp into servlet using request.getParameter("enteredTableName"). it will return the String,pass this table name to execute query using JDBC connection and statement objects.

Editable ALV, how to capture changed data

Hi All,
I have created an editable ALV. User can make some changes in the displayed record and press "Submit" button (custom button on application toolbar), the program should validate the data and write the file on application server if validations are successful otherwise controls stay on the same screen.
I am handling this validation and writing file part in PAI of the screen.
Problem: The program is capturing the data when user changes it for the first, but program is failing to capture the subsequent changes (user makes after the validation fails). Program processes always the first time changed data only. Please help me in getting this problem resolved.
Step1 : Program shows output.
Step2: User changes Company Code.
Step3: User clicks on Submit Button.
Step3.1: Program reads the new data and performs validation.
Step3.2: New Company code is not valid, error displayed.
Step4: User changes the company code again, presses submit button.
Goto step 3.1 -> Here program does not read the new data, rather first time changes company code is again read and validated, and program shows the same error again, which is not a desired result

you need a method HANDLE_DATA_CHANGED as handler for grid event DATA_CHANGED.
Use
LOOP AT er_data_changed->mt_mod_cells ASSIGNING <mod>.
to check all changed data. In this event, add the error messages to ER_DATA_CHANGED object.
set all required handlers, i.e.
SET HANDLER:
      handle_data_changed          FOR ro_grid,
      handle_data_changed_finished FOR ro_grid,
      handle_toolbar_set           FOR ro_grid,
      handle_user_command          FOR ro_grid,
      handle_hotspot_click         FOR ro_grid,
      handle_f4                    FOR ro_grid,
      handle_f1                    FOR ro_grid.
   ro_grid->set_toolbar_interactive( ).
Register ENTER and MODIFIED events.
    ro_grid->register_edit_event( cl_gui_alv_grid=>mc_evt_enter ).
    ro_grid->register_edit_event( cl_gui_alv_grid=>mc_evt_modified ).

How to capture the data within the given range of maximum and minimum values ? from csv files

My requirement,
1. Here, the user will provide the range like maximum and minimum values, based on this range, the VI should capture the data within the given range. ( from CSV file as attached )
2. Then VI should calcluate the average value for captured data and export it to excel.
This is my requirement can anyone help me on this.

Here I am attaching the VI, what I tried.
From attached CSV file, I have to find an average value for columns B,C,D,E,F,G,H,I and AJ, AK. ( data range will be defined by user ), focused only on these columns
Here, the scope is to calculate an average value for given data range by user as MAX and MIN data.
FYI: I tried manually for two instance i.e column H & I. As per H column one steady state values from 7500 to 10500 and similarly in I column 7875 to 10050. So, I gave these as a limit to capture and calculate the average value. But unfortunaltely, requirement has been modified as per below requirements.
More Info on requirement:
--> The user will define the range of data by giving some MAXIMUM and MINIMUM values(for above mentioned columns induvidually), then VI should capture that data range and it has to caculate the average value for that range of data. This is the task I have to complete.
--> I am stuck in creating a logic for data capturing for given range of MAX and MIN value from user,
Can anyone help me on this.

When we execute 'F110' transaction code it creates a joblog.
I need to capture the joblog data through 'Z' program and it should display the joblog data in SO01 transaction code.
The above process goes through when we execute 'F110' Transaction.

To capture job logs, try this:
Get job log
select single joblog into tbtco-joblog from tbtco
                where jobname = <your jobname>

How to Capture Table Data input

I am creating a new page where i am supposed to do a Serach AND Update function on a table.
I am using a Table Region and displaying one of the columns (a Date Field) as Message Text Input i.e editable field.
Now i need to capture this field data for some validations based on user input and when he presses the "Save" button to update the table.
I am unable to capture this field using pageContext.getParameter("item19..") since the Id is not constant.
How can i capture each user input? is this possible? else what is the way round.

First thing, Search Results should not have any updatable fields.
Please Change your design.
Next If you want to access the data in the table, then do it through ViewObjects which is associated with the table.
like

Using SharePoint Designer 2013 to build a workflow. I have assigned a task. How do I set the due date for a specific number of days out, i.e. 10 days from the task creation date?
It seems like this should be really simple but I'm just not seeing it.

- Go to Tasks lists --> list settings --> change due date column to calculated value and add the following formula,
[Today]+10

In your sceanrio your getting the response from RFC and preapring the XML file.Where you are poulating the Dynamic File name inside of the BPM or Outside of the BPM. Might be it is inside of the BPM, if yes Use another transformation step where you can catch the Dynamic file name to sending to Oracle database and Use send step to sending the message of out of the BPM.
