How to change a .tiff grayscale logo into blue?

Hello all,
I've been trying to solve this problem for the past months. Everytime I needed our company logo, but everytime it failed and I setteled for the low resolution blue logo I allready have.
So far I tried combinations of the following:
changing .tiff into .PSD
grayscale into CMYK
changing hue and saturation
1 goto Layer - New adjustment layer - Curves - change the blend mode to "Screen"
2 goto Layer - New adjustment layer - Curves - change the blend mode to "Multiply"
this all results in a slightly lighter or darker picture, but no color..

This way lets you specify the exact colour and vary the background colour, should you wish. It uses a masked Solid Color layer.
1. Open the grayscale image
2. Cmd/Ctrl-click the gray thumbnail in Channels panel to make a selection of luminosity
3. Press Shift+Cmd/Ctrl-i to invert selection
4. Mode > CMYK
5. Add Solid Color layer - blue
6. Add Solid Color layer - white
7. Put white layer below blue layer

In your view layout you take table UI element and then you bind it with some context nodes.
The attributes of your nodes comes as a field.
Now in these fields you can set various properties and image is one of them.
Go to ->
1. View Layout -> Right Click on ROOTUIELEMENTCONTAINER -> INSERT ELEMENT -> TABLE
2. Right click on table -> Create Binding.
Here you have to bind it with the appropriate context node.
You will get two properties here
a- Standard Cell Editor :- ( make it image )
b- Standard properties :- ( If required set image properties ).
3. If you want put image from out side then import it as a mime object and set the source of your table field ( used as a image )

How to change color of spinning logo

How can i change the color for the spinning logo part on a flash site template?
Is there a way to simply adjust it, or is it nescessary to make a whole new design?
The animation for me is ok, but i only want a different color..

Having it as all png pieces can make the revision harder than if you only needed to revise Flash-drawn graphics. If you can see the pieceparts in the library as png images, then you can replace those in the assembled movieclip with new png images.
As an alternative, just to try and see, you might be able to convert the pieceparts into library symbols (graphic/movieclip) if they are not already and adjust their tint to get the desited effect, but it really depends on what you have to work with for the pieces.
You shouldn't have to come up with a whole new animation, but you may have to manually stitch each new element into the current one.

Can we change a bpel process which has been created by choosing the template as Asynchronous BPEL Process and after my requirement has
been changed i want to change my bpel process into synchronous bpel process. Is it possible to change the process or else we have to delete the whole process and once again we have to create a bpel process with synchronous template.
IF it possible to change the process from Async to sync how. is there any demo link on this. If possibel can anyone share a link on this.

Composite.xml
SYNC: In service part in only interface.wsdl & binding.ws will be there
ASYNC: in service part interface.wsdl & binding.ws and one more callback binding.ws is there.
In .BPEL FILE
SYNC: In Partner Link name, partnerLinkType, MyRole will be there .
ASYNC: In partner Link name ,partnerLinkType,MyRole,Partner Role also will be there.
*.WSDL File*
SYNC: in portType Input & Output both are there , in partnerLinkType only one role is there i.e Requester Role no provider.
ASYNC: in portType only Input will there,in PartnerLinkType two roles will be there ProviderRole n Requester Role.
Also change the activity in the BPEL from Reply to Invoke in the end.
Respective to your requirements you can change your BPEL to Sync/ASync.

I live in France but I am more used to English terminology and I'm currently doing Photoshop as e-learning on an American forum. (I'm not French). I managed to change the default language into English in LR5 but not in Photoshop. Could you please advise me how to proceed.

How to change bitrate tiff

I'm trying to scan all my old photo's into a digital archive using my HP Photosmart 5520 e and my MacBook Pro OSX 10.9.4
I want to scan them to TIFF, but unfortunately all my pictures end up as TIFF with 8 bit RGB.
The specifications state that it can scan 24 bits, yet I have no ability in the scanning software to choose between bitrates.
How do fix this, or is there 3rd party software compatible with my scanner that would allow for this?

I thought of this too, but haven't found a way to confirm this. All info I've been able to extract tells me it's a 8bit rgb.
I got confused partly because my old scanner gave me the option of using different bitrates and this one seems to be unchangeble.
Since I want the best quality and don't want to rescan everything later I thought I'd figure this out first.

IN OBIEE How to change Writeback input text field into textarea?

I've got writeback working, OBIEE 10.1.3.3, but I want a 255 character in that writeback text field with word wrapping. because we Can't see to get input
type text to wrap, is it possible to change input type="text" to input type="textarea" for a writeback column?
I tried to included Html with javascript code in Writeback column properties under CSS custom option.it's also not working

1) i have cheked you link there is no word Wrapping output, I want to view my writeback filed morethan one line ,is there any way to set instead Horizondal and vertical bar in that writeback filed. like Auto extending TestArea (it have Scrolling bar).
2) Onemore thing also required,once i gave maximum length of WriteBack field 255 characters. but is not controlling it's allowing morethan 255 characters.kindly tell me how to control the lenth of the writeback field .
Note: I am using SQL server DB,in DB and BI Answres writeback column properties i given 255 characters only but it's allowing morethan 255 characters.

It's bug in obiee-writeback,it's resolved
by using external java-jsp application then it will resolved.

I don't think it's possible (unless tweaking some parameters directly in some tables, as stated in the previous post) so you would have to create a new one and replace it.

I have a node#1 with Oracle10gR2 installed (standard installation, not RAC).
Everything is in the ORACLE_HOME.
A unique single-instance database DB1 uses ASM#1 to access a diskgroup on a SAN.
I'd like to install Clusterware in a separate CRS_HOME (within the oracle account), and protect ASM#1 and the database DB1 using an application VIP.
The things is: I want to create another single-instance database DB2 on another node#2, with another ASM#2 instance.
I need a clustered ASM (with Clusterware) installation to do that because ASM#1 and ASM#2 need to access the same diskgroup.
I don't want to lose the existing data & configuration of the ASM#1 instance.
What modifications I need to do in the current ASM#1 instance on node#1 to make it Clusterware-aware ?
(Again, it's not a RAC installation...)
