How to change Apple ID account

I bought a used iPad from a friend. I want to change the Apple ID for using iCloud. It doesn't 'light up' on settings. I've managed to use my Apple ID on most apps, etc. I don't have his password and he is now deceased. How can I do this? Thanks!

It's something that you will need the next of kin to contact AppleCare, about. I'm not sure what the procedure will be but I'm sure they will tell them.

You may have to go into settings of your phone and delete icloud account. Just make sure you respond to prompts by keeping information on the phone. Once it is done, just sign in with new id.

I have access to the Apple ID Account but i dont have access to the iCloud account in it.
The Security Question was made by the tech admin of the company not by me, so not even that way its possible.

I wish Apple improves this Security measures so that it lets remove features with both logins, Apple or iCloud credentials.
Also the iCloud needs improvements, it should use the Apple ID not some other different login. The email part of icloud should be in iCloud but most people don't use iCloud mail so the rest of the features should be in the same email credentials as Apple ID.
This way im not sure if i take the risk on Restoring the iPad, i could end up beeing locked out of my own device.
All this hierarchic credentials are confusing. I would only need the Apple ID that is being used on the iPad to clean it up or turn off options like iCloud account currently on the device.

First, open System Preferences > MobileMe and log out. Then, open  > About this Mac and see Version. If you see 10.5.x or 10.6.x, see > http://www.apple.com/osx/specs If your Mac is compatible, upgrade to Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.8 and purchase OS X Mountain Lion.
When you have upgraded, go to System Preferences > iCloud and follow its steps

I have changed Apple ID via Settings > Store > Apple ID > Sign out my old Apple ID > Sign in with my new Apple ID.... But, by this method, Apple ID in iCloud, Facetime, and iMessage isn't changed follow to my new one! Do I misunderstand about changing ID? and How to change Apple ID for these applications?

Go into Settings > iCloud > Account > Change to your new Apple ID
Settings > Messages > Recieve At > New Apple ID
Settings > Facetime > Change to new Apple ID

I have sucessfully changed my Apple ID thru the Apple ID website and iTunes etc. However, my iPhone's iCloud account information still shows the old Apple ID which I tried but unable to edit it although I had successfully changed to the new Apple ID at iCloud's website. If the old ID is your ID, and if your new ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. - The answers to Security Questions (it may sounds silly but I don't even remember making Security Questions).
and
- Don't have access anymore to the Rescue Address (I used my very old email which is no longer active).
So is there any way I could change my Password?

Cause I want to buy some application in APP store, but for the first purchase, I have to answer two security question although I remember the password.
So in this situation, how can I reset the security question.

However you can create three 'email aliases' - these are extra addresses, not accounts, which deliver into the same inbox as the main address.

It's actually quite a good idea to give out an alias address rather than the main one, since these can be easily changed should you get spammed.

Go to this path: Spro>Financial Accounting>Account Receivable & Account Payable>Customer Accounts>Master Data>Preparations for Creating Customer Master Data>Define Account Groups with Screen Layout (Customers)
Double Click on Your Group, Then Click on Company code Data under Field Status, Then Double click on Account Management, That screen you will find the Reconcilation Account, Select Requred Entry.
now it will coming Customer master.

Settings > iTunes and App Stores > tap on the Apple ID that is displayed then sign out.
Then sign in with the apple ID you want to use.
Keep in mind all purchased items will remain associated with the Apple ID that was used to purchase them. If you are not signed in to that Apple ID when trying to update an app you will be asked for that Apple ID and password.
