Forgot my ansewrs to my apple id security questions. How can I change my answers?

Security question(s) and answer(s)
If these changes were made in error, or if you believe an unauthorized person accessed your account, please reset your account password immediately by going to iforgot.apple.com.
First of all I DID NOT change my Security Questions and Answers,
I have NEVER given my login information to someone else.
And finally, it is completely rediculous that I can't change the security questions without answering the current question that were apparently set by someone else and if they were set by someone else then: How could I know the answers?
Seriouly? I mean... this seems like a joke to me. How such a big company like APPLE can have such a lame system?
I want to reset my Security Questions and Answers so please Apple team just do your job how you're supposed to do it.

I received and email saying my Apple ID security questions/answers had changed. I immediately changed my Apple ID password... and again the next day had to change it again because it would not work when trying to update apps on my Iphone.
So here is the problem... I see no place to change my security questions/answers on any of the webpages and contacting Apple support from my current location is impossible outside of email/webpages. And there in lies the problem with Apple support... online/email support is non-existent. But enough of my complaining about that.
Does anyone know how to go about changing Apple ID security questions/answers?

Please go to https://appleid.apple.com/cgi-bin/WebObjects/MyAppleId.woa/.
Sign in when prompted then click on password and security on the left. If you'll answer the questions correctly, you'll see the questions and other infos on the page.
One more thing, I don't think we can give our own questions like before. You can contact support for more info.

I want to change my Apple ID security questions but it says that i need to know them when i try to change it. Usualy there should be a reset link under the security questions but it does not appear on mine so i do not know how to change it, if you could help me it would be nice.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then the steps on this page will give you a reset link on your account : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset : Apple ID: Contacting Apple for help with Apple ID account security

I got some help from an apple assistant on the phone. It is kind of round about way to get in.
Here is what he said to do and it is working for me...
a. on the device that is asking you for the security questions go to "settings", > "store" >
      tap the Apple ID and choose view"Apple ID" and sign in.
b. Tap on payment information and add a credit/debit card of your preference then select
      "done", in the upper right corner
c. sign out and back into iTunes on the device by going to "settings"> "store" > tap the
      Apple ID and choose "sign-out" > Tap "sign -in" > "use existing Apple ID" and you
      should be asked to verify your security code for the credit /debit card and NOT the
      security questions.
d. At this time you can remove the card by going back in to edit the payment info and
      selecting "none" as the card type then saving the changes by selecting "done". You
      should now be able to use your iTunes store credit without answering the security
      questions.
It's working for me ...I just have to put in my 3 digit security pin from the credit card I am using.

- The answers to Security Questions (it may sounds silly but I don't even remember making Security Questions).
and
- Don't have access anymore to the Rescue Address (I used my very old email which is no longer active).

Have her log out of iMessage/Facetime/iCloud on her device.   Now have her use the new ID she has created.
That should keep the 2 of you separated, except for iTunes purchases.   You can share that ID in a family up to 5 devices.

Go into Settings > iCloud > Account > Change to your new Apple ID
Settings > Messages > Recieve At > New Apple ID
Settings > Facetime > Change to new Apple ID

Settings > iTunes and App Stores > tap on the Apple ID that is displayed then sign out.
Then sign in with the apple ID you want to use.
Keep in mind all purchased items will remain associated with the Apple ID that was used to purchase them. If you are not signed in to that Apple ID when trying to update an app you will be asked for that Apple ID and password.

The HT5312 page that you posted from has instructions for how to reset them i.e. if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down that page should give you a reset link.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.
