How to change company code address in Print form used
Hi.
I have maintained the company address under the gobal data in config. However when I used the print form to print out the invoice from AP (FBL1N -> correspondence -> Request), the address of the sender / company code is different.
How do I change the address from the form / invoice ? How to find out where the form pulls the data from ? I tried SE71 but couldn't trace out anytime.
Please help.
Thanks.
Angel
Check your configuration.
Please follow the following steps:
IMG ==> Financial Accounting ==> Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables ==> Customer Accounts ==> Line Items ==> Correspondence ==> Make and Check Settings for Correspondence
Define Correspondence Types
Create Report Variants for Correspondence
Assign Programs for Correspondence Types
Define Form Names for Correspondence Print (even you assign your form to blank company code also)
If you complete these steps you will get the spool request get generated.
Please ask your ABAPer to change the company code address and logo etc. on the form.
You go to FB12 - request for the statement
then go to F.61
Then go to SP02 - Take print out.

Ravi

How to change company code in cost center master
Hi,
Can anyone throw me the light about how to change company code in cost center master? User make some mistake. They maintained wrong company code in cost center master and there are some transactions already posted to this cost center. I would appreciate all attention and point will be reqard. Thanks much
Best Regards,
BirdHi,
The cost center master data fields have time dependancy. Following are the details of time dependancy.
You can maintain master data for cost centers, cost elements, activity types, and business processes as time-based. Changes to any other time interval are possible at any given time. Data storage is also time-based. In this way, you can store multiple database records for a master data record, each holding different information.
The time-based dependencies are determined by SAP and cannot be changed. The following dependencies are possible:
Not time-based
Day-based
Period-based
Fiscal Year-based
Cost Center's company code field's time based dependancy is Fisal Year Based and hence, the company code can be changed on cost center only on new fiscal year. And hence, system will not allow changing company code on cost center master data until new fiscal year if transactions are posted to the cost center.
You may have to think of work around :
1) Create new cost center with correct co code
2) Repost the cost posted to old cost center (with wrong co code) to the new cost center.
Explore the possibility of this work around on your system with the key user and then see whether this option works out.
Hope this helps. Pls. assign points if this is helpful.

How to change company code in Assignment tab (CJ20n-project builder)
Dear All,
Is there any config to maintain company code in assignment tab (project builder) ? We have a problem in our project. It shows that in basic data, user put company code A (in basic data) but in Assignment tab they put different company code let say B. When we do settlement , two accounting document created to company code A and B. By right it should be only company code A. In addition, we cannot change the company code, when the status is already Release (REL).
Please help how to change the company code B to A and how to reverse the accounting document that has been created under these two accounting document.
Thank you.
Best Regards,
niesNow I understand your scenario, you have the Requesting Company Code and the Company Code Different.
You usually use this primarily with IM module if you want to manage the asset under construction (cross company) belonging to a different i.e., company code (Requesting ) than company code on main WBS.
You can not change the company code (Assignment Tab) as you already have actual posted against it.
You've also created an AUC (in wrong company code) and even if you reverse the settlement you would not be allowed to delete the AUC or the delete the settlement rule (its grey out as its already used)
What I can suggest is to reverse the settlement, lock this WBS which was created wrongly, create a new WBS and then continue with you regular process.
Above are my views but you can expect views from others.

How to change company code currency after psotings have been made
Hi,
Good day! May I ask for your expert advice about changing company code currency? Is it advisable? or is it at all possible? If so, do you have a procedure for this? Thanks in advance.
Regards,
PeterDear,
no this is not advisable.when You decide to create a Company, You have to decide which kind of currency You have to use for it. This is an asset. Therefor You have to take the correct decision before going live.
Now You can think to activate a parallel currency( transaction OB22), but please have strongly a look at the note 39919.
If You strictly wants to change the currency, You could refer to SLO service into SAP Market place.
Go Service Market Place homepage or Sapnet
http://service.sap.com/slo
I hope this helps You.

How to change company code from notifications ??
Our company code has changed so now I have to change all the notifications accordingly. we use notifications to register our issues for the customer.
what are the options to change everything to the new company code ?
Message was edited by:
A. de SmidtHello,
as far as I can see you can check the following tables:
QMEL
QMIH
QMSM
QMFE
QMUR
QMMA
I am not quite sure what kind of notifications are involved the easiest way to find the correspondent notifications is by using QMEL-QMART for the selection which is the notification type used.
If you could specify what you mean with company code, I could possibly be able to offer you more information.

How do I edit a "fill and print form" using Acrobat XI?
We recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat Pro, version 11. We have some staff who previously created "fill and print" forms with Adobe Acrobat 10. However, now when they try to use version 11 to edit the form, they receive the following message: This form cannot be edited in Acrobat. Please use Adobe LiveCycle Designer to edit this form.
If I remember correctly, version 10 (or some package suite) use to install LiveCycle along with version 10. This doesn't seem to be the case with version 11. So... How do we obtain LiveCycle Designer? Is it still available to install on a desktop or is it only available in the cloud? Or, preferably, is there a way to edit the form using Acrobat Pro version 11?
I don't work with Adobe forms myself, so any information you can provide will be extremely helpful. Thanks.LCD forms can only be edited in LCD. However, Adobe stopped distributing LCD together with Acrobat. You need to purchase it separately now, but if you had a previous license you can get it at a large discount, I think. Try the LCD forums for more info about that.

How do I change the settings or change in the program to change it to make it to print?
Please help

Edited by: madhuri sonawane on Dec 24, 2008 10:06 AMHello Chandra,
FYI, plz check the code. As per your stmt the config will populate the structure SADR. Plz see the code & clarify how & where the config comes into play.
INCLUDE RFFORI06.
PERFORM avis_schreiben.
FORM avis_schreiben.
IF finaa-nacha EQ '2' AND finaa-formc NE space.
PERFORM adresse_lesen USING t001-adrnr.
ENDIF.
ENDFORM.
INCLUDE RFFORI99.
* FORM ADRESSE_LESEN *
* Lesen einer Customizingadresse (z.B. Buchungskreisadresse) *
* Read customizing address (e.g. address of company code) *
* ADRNR - address number *
FORM adresse_lesen USING value(adrnr).
PERFORM addr_get USING 'CA01' adrnr.
ENDFORM.
* FORM GET_ADDR *
* Lesen einer Adresse *
* Read address *
* ADRGR - address group *
* ADRNR - address number *
FORM addr_get USING adrgr adrnr.
CHECK adrnr NE sadr-adrnr.
CLEAR addr1_sel.
addr1_sel-addrnumber = adrnr.
CALL FUNCTION 'ADDR_GET'
EXPORTING
address_selection = addr1_sel
address_group = adrgr
IMPORTING
address_value = addr1_val
sadr = sadr
EXCEPTIONS
OTHERS = 4. "SADR40A
IF sy-subrc NE 0.
CLEAR sadr.
ENDIF.
ENDFORM. " GET_ADDR
If you still think that SADR is populated through config, can you tell where exactly in FBZP do you config this ?

Hi All,
Please help me out in understanding below scenario.
If an employee changes from one company code to another code, how his/her YTD cumulates in CRT table as per SAP Standards.
Let me go with example to make a clear understanding.
Ex : Payroll has run for an employee upto payperiod 05. As per his pay assume that his /101 is 5000.
Monthly Yearly
PP 1 : 5000 5000
PP 2 : 5000 10000
PP 3 : 5000 15000
PP 4 : 5000 20000
PP 5 : 5000 25000
In PP 6 he has shifted from one company code to another company code. Now, how the system cumulates as per SAP standards ?
PP 6 : 5000 ?
Will the amount nullifies or else adds to previous PP5 ?
Thanks in Advance....Hi Ameet,
I understood the same. But my client is asking that the amount should nullify in CRT table for yearly when an employee changes company code.
And they have maintained different tax grouping for company codes in table v_t7ph0a. will that table makes any difference ?

Transport changes made to company code address (ox02)
Hello All,
We are making the changes to the company code address in OX02 in development online client and transporting the request generated while saving to the quality client in the same system.
However, after importing the request successfully, we don't see any changes made in target client.
Kindly suggest what could be the mistake here.
Regards,
SatishHello Swapna,
Thanks for the reply.
Once we come to the main screen and click on Save button, it automatically asks for a transport request. I don't understand why we need to include in request mannually. Becuase, this is may not be acceptable to my customer until we show some wirtten procedure on this from SAP. Can you give me where I can find this so that I can proceed further?
Thanks in advance.

How to change the hardware address (MAC) of my printer to match my mac
how to change the hardware address (MAC) of my printer to match my mac
Hello @giomarcondes ,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you wish to alter the MAC address on your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3525 e-All-in-One Printer to match the MAC address of your Mac OS X computer. Unfortunately, what you're requesting is not supported. Just to clarify, "a media access control address (MAC address) is a unique identifier assigned to network interfaces for communications on the physical network segment". They are programmed into the device and are not designed to be changed. (Source: MAC address)
Are you experiencing issues configuring your HP Deskjet on your wireless network to communicate with your Mac computer?
If you do actually require support configuring the wifi connection on your printer I would be more than happy to assist you with this. I look forward to hearing from you!

FBZP -- Changing Paying company code address
Hi Folks,
I have changed the Company code address in FBZP (paying company code) in the Sender details tab and saved it to the same Text name. Then I created a transport and moved it to the other DEV client for checking the transport, no changes have occured. Can you please help me. Is there any other way that I should be following to fix this issue.
thanks.Please use Transaction code scc1 and copy the transport in the same environment. Incase you are doing this please make sure the transport request you have generated has the changes included in the request.
Eg: Please go to the screen which you want to transport and add them into your transport request. you should some times see a tab saying include request. please select this though you have assigened this to a transport request and then save it and exit out the screen.
The go back to se10 and chekc the unreleased transport requests and check the customizing node. double click it and see if the item you are trying to transport with chnages has been included or if the tranport customizing is just empty. -
How to change CUE ip address?
Hi,
We moved to a new location and using comcast as ISP. I was setting up the phone system today and met a few problems.
1. First of all, all the phones are connected and working(total of 4), but I can only see 3 of them showing up in the CCA. Whats happening here?
2. I wanted to change the user name which appears on the phone using the CCA, CCA told me that the settings were successfully sent to UC520, I restarted the phone and uc520, but the names on the phones remain unchanged?
3. I forgot the password of the voicemail for one of the phone, and wanted to changed in the CUE. so I went to 10.1.10.1,but some comcast login page showed up instead of CUE. so I want to know how to change the IP address of CUE? I don`t know the CLI commands so please teach me if it can only be done with CLI. I have only used CCA in the past. Could this be the reason why for problem 1 and 2? I`m feeling wierd because all the phones can be used to call in/out.
my data vlan is 192.168.0.0 and voice vlan is 192.168.2.0 let me know if you need any other info.
