How to change country and add credit card details

Hi
I'm unable to change my itunes store account permanently. I can change my store from "UK" to "UAE" and then the store I'm in is the UAE's, however when I then go to the top left, choose account to try and add my cc details the country still shows UK. I then go back to Account info where I'm offered the chance to chanage my country, I then change it to "UAE" and am brought back to the iTunes home page, now again in the correct country. However when I go back to the account to once again try and add my cc details the country shows as "UK".
I have successfully changed the country through the Apple website and so my Apple ID has the correct address associated with it, but not so when I try to log into it in iTunes.
Grateful for any help.

Problem fixed - once I changed the country to UAE and was brought back to what looked like a home page for iTunes UAE offering to set up an ID however once I followed the screens and agreed to the terms (all in Arabic - I couldn't find a way to show English) I was then brought to the screen for adding CC details but this time my country was listed as UAE.

you may change the userID/ passwd from menu or create conn segment for each of the userID/ passwd combination .

How do i sign in without credit card details

i have already created an apple id but when i try to sign in i have to click review and there are no options for no payment details. its trying to make me put my credit card details in and there is no 'none' option someone please help me its so annoying i have looked at so many websites for help and everyone just says there is meant to be a none option or something.

The apple account of mine was firstly created by using UK bank card. Now I am in Russia and I can`t find how to change the country of my bank card when I am trying to purchase products from itunes store. The iPad your company gave you may be supervised or otherwise be under the control of an MDM system preventing you from adding apps on your own. Please check with your company's IT Department to make sure.

It's a common way to run multiple OSs, if there's room. I've had two on my internal HD for a couple of years. Plus a small partition for a copy of my Snow Leopard Install disc. Just be sure to leave at least 10% to 15% free on each partition.
Running Lion on a partition of the disk that also contains your backups is not a good idea; if that drive fails, you risk losing both copies of your stuff!
OSX will also run somewhat more slowly, because access to an external is slower. That probably won't be very significant, though.
Also, would the decision be effected by how long I want to maintain the SL section? I am assuming once I sort out what to replace Quicken with, I won't want to keep the SL section. So would it be easy enough to 'clear out the SL data, and open the partition?

All things considered, your best bet may be to "clone" your SL partition to the second one, then (once you're sure everything is cool), erase the original (top) SL partition. You can use the Restore tab of Disk Utility for that (#7 in the same link), or a "cloning" app such as CarbonCopyCloner or SuperDuper. Then install Lion on the top partition.
When you're done with SL, just delete it's partition and expand the Lion partition down into the vacated space.

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store. They can clear the remaining balance for you so you can change countries. You may, however, wish to just create a new iTunes Store account in the Russian store. Otherwise you may lose the ability to update any apps you purchased in the US store.

I am trying to change my credit card details on Itunes as I have moved to NZ and closed down the credit card in Australia. There is $5 left to pay on the card. It will not let me update my address to NZ or put in my new credit card details. HELP!!!!!
It says I have to provide a credit card in the Australia before I can clear my $5 credit card debt and I have now cancelled my card in Australia and don't have another one!
Do you know how I can change my address to NZ and then change my billing to my new credit card in NZ and pay the $5 bill.
Do I have to shut down my account or reapply to Itunes with a new email address and leave this bill outstanding!! Seems crazy........but cant seem to see any other way around it!

I have moved to the US and am having troubles with my Apple account. I have been into stores to have it sorted but it is still not right. I am trying to buy an application but it wont accept my American card and wont allow me to change addresses

You will only be able to update apps if you use the country's App Store that you bought them with. So if you bought apps in the U.S. App Store, you must be signed into that store in order to update those apps. Apps are always tied to the Apple ID that was used to purchase them and to the store in which they were purchased.
I must admit that I have no firsthand knowledge of this whole process, but I have directed other users as to how to change stores and they have responded that they have done so without issue. I don't see why you would lose your purchases when using another store, but I can't swear to it. But when I try to reason it out, it would make no sense to me - in the event that you picked up and moved halfway across the world - that you would lose all previous purchases when you move. To me that doesn't make sense. It makes sense that you have to sign into that country store in order to update apps, but it doesn't make sense to me that you have to lose them if you move or have multiple residences.
I have read stories here from users that have multiple residences in different parts of the world and from what I remember reading, these users signed in and out of stores, depending upon where they were residing at that time.
Now since you closed that credit card account on your previous country, you will no longer be able to purchase from that country's store, but updating apps is predicated on the fact that you already own them anyway.
I wish I had the absolute definitive answer for you, but this is the best that I can come up with.

Nope. You can only have one credit card attached to an account at a time. Its not that big of a deal to use two accounts, users do this all the time. Create the second account(UK Account) in iTunes on your computer...sign out of your Italian account first. Then authorize your computer for this new account: Store>Authorize this computer. Then sync your phone. Now, to switch accounts on your phone: Settings>Store...tap the ID shown...sign out...then sign back in with the ID you want to use.
