How to change/delete iCloud address, created with typo the first time

How can I change or delete this, I had a typo when creating this originally and am unable to find a solution. I understand that an alias can be created, but I would rather just start over.
I do not use the @me account as a primary apple account, I have a comcast account for that. The reason this came up is when I wanted to sync notes with iCould, it forced me to create this, then I had a type and was unable to change it since then.

Unfortunately, you cannot change your .me address once you have created it. The only thing that you can do is use an alias, or create a new Apple ID using the .me address of your choice.

You have posted in the AS1/2 forum. If you are using a TLFTextField, it can only be used with AS3. You might need to repost in the AS3 forum if you truly intend to use the TLFTextField. As far as I can see there is no SelectionColor (or selectionColor) property for the TLFTextField.
Also, in every instance of the word you have mis-spelled it...
"TLFTextFielfd" should be "TLFTextField"

It sounds like you are trying to create a new icloud account, not just logging into an existing account. When you type in your Apple ID and get that error, it's because you are trying to create an account using the same ID that is already being used in another account.
Go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom of the screen. If you are logged in, press the Delete button, then try logging in with the existing ID.
As for pics, the most secure way is to connect ipod to PC with USB and look at the Photos tab for your device in iTunes. Using Photo Stream is another way, but it doesn't always work, depending on conditions.

If the battery is fully charged, the battery LED will switch the color. Depending on your notebook it will switch from orange to white for example. After this the battery is fully charged.
The charging time is also depending on the battery, AC/DC adaptor and if the notebook is truned on or off. So nobody can exactly say how long it takes but the battery LED will it show you. :)

How do I overwrite iCloud address book with local mac one?

When I first got 10.7, I had turned on Google sync in address book. Every person with a prefix or suffix on their name ended up with lots of extra cards (where the suffix became the last name, etc). After migrating my MobileMe to iCloud, I cleaned these out in my local address book app. They are still showing up in my iCloud account and iPhone, however.
How do I either reset the iCloud address book or force the sync from my desktop to overwrite the iCloud service's contents?

Pull up your iCloud account on the Internet... log in... and then delete all of your contacts from Contacts. Then turn on your iCloud sync on your computer (or iPhone)... it will ask you if you want to 'merge' your contacts... say 'yes'... and viola, your contacts from your computer have been merged with you contacts from iCloud (which was empty)... so now your iCloud Contacts should reflect exactly what was on your computer (or iPhone).

When a BES admin sets up a BB on BES, they configure the unique BB PIN into their BES and also create credentials that are required to actually complete the registration process on the BB. So, while there is no perfect security anywhere, I don't think the risk you are concerned about is high enough to warrant any attention.

To restore from iCloud backup:
Go to settings>General>Reset>Erase all content and settings. Then do not connect to computer. Set up the iPod via wifi following the on-screen instructions. You should be offered the option to either set up as new or restore from iCloud backup.

The reason I don't want these warnings (especially for programs that I have had on my Mac for years!) is because I now use ecamm's "Printopia" to send items from my iPad3 running iOS 6.0.1 to my MacBook Pro-13 (mid-2010) running Mountain Lion 10.8.2 -- and in order to do this:
1. Both my iPad and Mac have to be on the same WiFi network.
2. The Mac has to be awake, cannot be in the "sleep" mode
OK but in order to wake my Mac, I've found that using the app "Remote" on my iPad to open iTunes AND PLAY A SONG will "waken" my Mac*.
So now, for example, I send a .jpg file to my Mac. I have it set so that GraphicConverter opens when a .jpg file is to be opened. OK but if this warning appears (and even though I have had GraphicConverter on the Mac since the beginning of time…) I sometimes (like today) get this warning. Of course I am not at my Mac and yet when I eventually go to my Mac-- there is that dialog box sitting there and until I click OK the photo doesn't open (and on my iPad I don't get a confirmation that it has been sent, because it hasn't until I click OK on the Mac).
This could happen for other types of files, too - text files or Word documents etc.
It seems to happen when I UPDATE a program, like when GC went from 8.3 to 8.3.1 for example.

*Perhaps there is a better / faster / easier way to "waken" my Mac from my iPad? This is the only way I have found so far…

How to get Edge to ignore a trigger after the first time it has played

I have a symbol that is activated by clicking on a button. The symbol has two triggers at different points on its timeline. Each trigger activates a separate symbol. I want both triggers to work the first time through, but on the second and all subsequent times, I want the first trigger to be ignored. There is probably a little bit of code that will do this very easily (maybe an if else statement?), but I'm afraid I am not very good at that. Any ideas on how to accomplish this? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I Have no idea how, but my entire school timetable has somehow appeared on my calendar throughout the entire of December this year and late November. I can't delete them without having to individually delete all 9 events on every day, and there're about 35 days of it. Safe Boot from the HD, (holding Shift key down at bootup), it will try to repair your Disk Directory while the spinning radian is happening, so let it go, run Disk Utility in Applications>Utilities, then highlight your drive, click on Repair Permissions, then move this folder & file to the Desktop.
Move this Folder to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Caches/Mail/
Move this file to the Desktop...
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail/Envelope Index
Reboot.
If that doesn't do it and you can afford to redo all your Rules, try these & reboot...

There not an iMessages app on the Mac.
The App is called Messages.
It can use the iMessages system if you add an Apple ID in the Account settings.
Conversations (from Contacts in the iMessages account) and Chats (From Buddies from all other account types) can be displayed in the Main Messages window that also acts as an interface for some of the apps functions.
This main window can display multiple chats/conversations at once.
Mousing over the Side Bar will reveal an x for each one. This can be used to remove that Chat or Conversation from view.
iMessages as a whole are stored in ~/Library/Messages across three .db items
Deleting these will remove the contents of the Chat/Conversation side of the main window on restarting it.
I have only removed the chat.db item myself and this does not remove the Side Bar info. (it means you see empty conversations).
There is also a setting for Save on Close in Messages Menu > Preferences >General Section that stores all Chats/Conversations when the app is Quit or ended in some form such as leaving the app open but Shutting down the computer or if you dismiss a chat as listed above.
These are stored in ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.iChat/Data/Library/Messages/Archive and then in dated folders.
The Archive of Stored Chats and the .db items are used in the "History" when you reconnect to someone and the previous "chat" shows up.
This should be enough info for you to delete the bites you want to.

How to change blending mode on multiple layers at the same time

I'm using CS5. I have a document with about 70 layers. I would like to change the blending mode to "lighten" for each layer. Is there an easy way to do this?

Photoshop doesn't allow multiple layer editing. That's why the styles are grayed out. Only 1 layer at a time.
What version are you talking about?
CS5 definitely let’s one apply a Style to multiple Layers.
rfcommagere, I don’t know how to make it much clearer:
• set the Blending Mode on one Layer
• with that Layer selected create a Style with »Include Layer Blending Options« checked
• select all other Layers that should have that Blending Mode
• click the Style in the Styles Panel
