How to change infoset for a query in SQ01?

hi,
I have created a Infoset which I have assigned to the user group. Now for creating the query using this infoset, how can i
proceed?? Its not giving me the option to change the infoset
and whenever I clicks on 'Create' it shows me the field group
of some other infoset. how can i change it to my infoset which I have created.

Hi,
In SQ01 first you press shift+F7 then find your user group. then from infoset query tab ,select ur infoset.
and do the further processing.

If you want to assign a different infoset to query you need to create another query and from there you can assign a different infoset.

goto SQ03 and create an User Group If U want to create Ur Own.
Goto SQ02 to create Ur Infoset by Giving Logical database name or Simple Database table
Then Choose What ever data U need to be included in The Qurey in field Groups.
Then Generate the Infoset
Now Assign the infoset to user group
Now goto SQ01 and Click on Other user group Button and choose Ur user Group.
Then in the USer group select Ur Infoset and then create Ur own Query and save this.
Now select the infoset query and goto More functions under Query menu and Generate report name.
Now Create a transaction code for the report name generated.
Now use the Tcode.
Hope U have got the basic idea of creating Queries.

Why do you want to trigger a wflow and what do you want to do with this trigger. Can you give more details of your exact requirements.
But, if you are looking for how to trigger, you can write a small ABAP pgm and schedule it as a job every night. THis job basically reads the table P1000-ENDDA for expiry date and if it reached today, then you can either trigger the wflow with SAP_WAPI_START_WORKFLOW or use SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT to raise your custom event(for Business Obj. BUS7018, i think this is your BO and there are no std events right now, so you will ahve to add your custom event by extending BUS7018 to ZBUS7018).

If you're a BT Total Broadband customer and you want to change the password, you can go to btyahoo.com, log in there and change your password. The primary email account and the FON/OZ logins are linked. if you change your email password, your FON/OZ password will also change.
if you're an Openzone only customer, you can log into your control panel on the main page and change your password there.

Follow the undermentioned steps to change the password:
1) Change the password from oim Design Client as usual.
2) Open xlconfig.xml present in <XL_HOME>\xellerate\config folder.
3) This step is optional and should only be used if you have a <XLPassword encrypted> tag in the <Scheduler> section. In the scheduler section, change the encrypted="true" to encrypted="false" and replace existing encrypted password with new clear text password, as shown below:
<Scheduler>
<XLUserName>xelsysadm</XLUserName>
<XLPassword encrypted="false">NEW_PASSWORD</XLPassword>
</Scheduler>
4) Restart server.
Now login with the new password.

Is it possible to change the InfoSet of a Query? How?
Here is my problem: I have copied a standard InfoSet in order to make some changes. Furthermore, I have copied a query that uses the above mentioned standard InfoSet, but I cannot assign my copied InfoSet.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can ignore the previous reply.. it was probably a mix-up with another post..
Anyway, after copying the standard infoset, you can try by creating a new query for the custom infoset, instead of copying the query also.

How to change notification_preference for wf_local_role :ECX_SA

We are not getting XML Gateway error notifications.Then i found that notification_preference for wf role :ECX_SA should be MAILHTML.
Output of below query at my env is:
select notification_preference, expiration_date
from wf_local_roles where name like 'ECX_SA'
Output: QUERY 09-MAR-45
How to change those two values.
Please advice.

Let us not confuse "Expand Roles" with ability for users within a role to receive e-mail notifications.
Expand Roles NOT checked
Only one notification is sent to all the users in the role. If the notification preference of the role is QUERY and the e-mail address value is nulll, all the users within the role receive e-mail notifications as per their preference and e-mail address. All users receive notification with same notification id.
Expand Roles checked
Workflow sends a copy of the notification to each user within the role. So it does not matter what preference or e-mail address is set for that role. A separate notification is sent to each user and each user would receive a notification with separate notification id.
So no matter what the value of Expand Roles is, users within the role should always receive the e-mail notification.

I'm trying to execute predefined BPF - custom menu (ProcessFunctions.xls). Whenever if click e.g. on Back, forward, open a file following similar message is being prompted:
Macro 'E:\Program Files\BPC\Ev4Excel.xla'!'EvMacroCall "OPENFILE","REPORTS\WIZARD\HotAnalysis\A01 Account Trend.xls","","","","","" can not be executed. Macro may not stated in this workbook or all macros can be deactivated.
Ev4Excel.xla is resided under path E\PC_MS.
How can I change path for macro call?
Or any other idea?

i don't understand why do you have to change the path for Ev4Excel.xla?
Basically this the addin of BPC into excel. I mean it is the BPC excel client.
You are choosing the path when you are performing the installation of SAP BPC.
So Idon't understand why do you want to change the path?
If you want to do this you have to reinstall the BPC client and you have to choose the path wanted.
You error is not related to the path it is more related to rights.
I think you have to provide more details about the steps done and in what condition you observer this error.
