I am currently living part time in the US and part time in Brazil. I am in Brazil at this moment and will be here till January. You cannot use the U.S itunes store from outside the U.S.

hi, before reboot of router and iPad, i tried downloading an app in iTunes via PC and synced it to the device. that worked. has it still anything to do with servers?

Cannot get into iTunes and app store on my mac after new hard drive instillation
i had a new hard drive put into my mac recently, and since then i have not been able to access the app store or iTunes on my mac, which will also not allow me to sync my phone to it anymore as it is now not authorized to do such. I have contacted apple support, reinstalled the OS, and have enabled 2 step verification to verify my mac as a device, yet still will not work, is there any other way to fix this?

I changed my Apple ID to my new email address successfully for the iTunes and App store but it won't work for iCloud and it won't recognize my password. I read that this can't be done. How am I supposed to get into iCloud? I plan on getting rid of my old email address which is my old Apple ID so how is that going to work?

I changed my Apple ID to my new email and now cannot find any way to access icloud. Unfortunately I had allowed icloud to hijack my airbook files, so of course I am afraid I will lose them tomorrow when I exchange my iphone for a new one and cannot keep an icloud account i cannot access. As far as I know the language of the two stores on the iPad (iTunes and the App Store) can't be changed - they should be in the language of the country where your account is based (if they aren't correct then try logging out of your account by tapping on your id in Settings > Store and then log back in).

Content is forever tied to the Apple ID that bought it. Apple does not transfer content from one Apple ID to another. Apple does not merge Apple IDs. You will never be able to access your content bought with another Apple ID with a new Apple ID. -

My App Store is deleted and the option to turn it back on in restrictions is grayed out. How do I get the App Store back?
If a reset didn;t work, then you can try restoring your iPad. Don't restore from a back up because if there is a glitch with restrictions, it will just set that option up again. Of if you are sure you have a backup created before you changed restrictions settings, then you can back up from that.
