You can't. All apps are forever tied to the Apple ID used to originally obtain them. To update these apps requires you use that Apple ID, & that's why it keeps coming up.

"phone registration ID" - do you mean iTunes Store account ID? If so:
Settings > Store > tap ID > Sign Out > Sign In with correct ID and billing info.

If the old ID is yours, and if your current ID was created by editing the details of this old ID (rather than being an entirely new ID), go to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). If you were manually managing your iPhone then yes, you need to manually transfer your apps. If you were regularly syncing and arranging your apps on your computer (which is easier) then yes a sync will not disturb anything. You do have to go to file and transfer apps and music if you are not autosyncing. Perhaps you should take the time to read the manual.
Where did I say that "Apple products don't have issues and don't crash..." Please point this out to me. My phone has had to be reset, I've had to turn it off and back on to resynch with the GSM network (this predates my iPhones, had to do the same thing with my Treo), I've had issues with other products and versions of the phone.
But in your case you stated that your computer did not match your phone and I've seen this happen before. I do say that some people don't take responsibility for their own actions and want to blame others. So gut it out, download your apps again if you lost any (doesn't cost anything) clean up and sync and then keep things that way. It will make you happier and more content.
Or sell you iPhone and buy a smartphone that has no issues. I find it hard to believe any reasonable person would continue to use a smartphone that they find is "buggy as **". This just doesn't make any sense.
