How to change Rip targett path in 24 live!

Just installed SoundBlaster 24 Li've! USB and tried ripping a CD. Initially, it gave me options for the folder where I wanted my ripped MP3 files to end up and I changed it from Default to a newly created folder on the Desktop. Now I want to change it again and/or create a different default path for ripped files but I just can't see where?the option is to change this in Organizer. There doesn't seem to be any info in Help files on this subjec..... Help, Please?

Hi,
Is your history disabled or just the path not showing ?
The history path registry key is located under:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\SAP\SAPGUI Front\SAP Frontend Server\LocalData\DataPath
The "DataPath" is usually set to C:\Documents and Settings\<User>\Application Data\SAP\SAP GUI\History

  • BI 7.0 infospoke - how to change standard destination path on appl. server

    Hello,
    I have the following problem:
    I need to extract large amounts of data from infocubes to flatfiles. I have created an infospoke to do this. However, in this infospoke, the destination path, when I choose application server, is fixed.
    In BW 3.x, there is a document "BW 3.1 Open Hub Extraction Enhancement Using Literal Filename and Path.pdf" that describes how to change the destination path for the application server.
    This solution does not work for BI 7.0, I get short dumps, probably due to ABAP OO.
    I need to extract the data to flat files on the application server, not on my local machine, nor into a table in SAP itself, so I need to change the destination path, because the amount of free storage is limited in the standard destination path.
    Has anyone encountered this problem in BI 7.0 and solved it?
    best regards

    Sorry, wrong subforum, will close this

    Hi Ting.
      I never had a simmilar problem but, if you go to your InfoSpoke, right click --> "Change" you can see (and change... ) the following values:
    Destination Type: FILE  (the one you have choosen)
    Application Server: Check Box (I think this is your setting)
    Server name: (BW server)
    Type of File Name: (Here you can choose Between "File Name" or "Logical File Name")
    Appl.Server File N: "MY_FILE.CSV" (for example)
    Directory: (The directory you want - take a look at the end of this post )
    Separator: (The field separator)
    Note : If you are working with Linux or Unix you have to look if the BW system user has the corresponding rigths to write in the FileSystem.
    .          In the beginning I advice you to use something like this /usr/sap/<SID>/DVEBMGS<XX>/work
    Hope it helps.

  • How to change file location path at run time in OWB 10g

    Hello all,
    We want to load several files with the same name but from different folders into a single table.
    The information about the paths is stored in an oracle table.
    Is there any best practice to achieve this?
    Our approach is to loop on the number of sources and execute the mapping after changing the location path. We found how to make the loop, and have the apropriate OMB command to update the location path, but we are still looking for a way to call this OMB plus command in a process flow or a mapping. Any idea?
    We also succeeded in loading the file from an unregistered location, which is necessary to be able to update the path, but I'm not sure this is really the best approach. Any advise?
    Thanks in advance for your help!
    best regards
    Cedric.

    Hi,
    I can provide you with an idea on this, dont know if it will work or not.
    Suppose, you need to load 5 files in different folder locations into a single table. Call the mapping 5 times in a process flow. If you log in to the database, and go the table all_directories in your target schema, you will find an entry for the actual path of the file you are trying to laod. I think if this path is updated before each run of the mapping, you can load all files into the target table. Only thing you have to do is call a procedure which will update this record in all_directories table with the different locations each time you want and then plug in this procedure before each call to the mapping in a process flow and see if it works or not?

  • How to change the default Path of Prompt Played by MicroApp

    Hi
    I need to store all the Self Service application prompts in dedicated Media Server. I can modify location of all the Media files by passing the related URL form CVP application, however I need to know how to change the default location of Prompt file played by Play Media Microapplication in ICM Scripting.
    Currently the default location taken by Play Media Micro App is the Media _Server.variable path set for VXML Server location while I have a separate Media Server.
    Please advice how we can customize the MicroApp Media path.
    regards
    Kapil Kumar

    Hi Kapil,
    Try this in your ICM script, define set variables i.e.
    set Media Server= ip address of media server
    set Locale = en-us
    set input Type = DTMF only
    set App Media Lib = " you new location i.e. test "
    So, the application path will be
    http://media server ip address/en-us/test
    hope this helps.
    Cheers

  • RH HTML 9-chm file How to change the Shared Path of all images in entire project.

    Dear alll,
    Previously, I inserted all images to my project from a shared folder with path A. But now I could not access to path A anymore, so I created a folder with the same name in path B which have the same images.
    Now I need to update images and I cannot synchronize them from the current folder with path B.
    I right-click an image in Project Manager pod, select Properties and then I saw this image has an attribute Shared Path is path A. There is any way to change this Shared Path to path B for all images in the project at a time ?
    Anyone experiments it, please help me. Thanks.

    Given you posted on the weekend, I would expect everyone to be off doing weekend-y things, rather than work-related things.
    I don't use shared resources, but perhaps this topic, specifically the Replace Link entry might help?

  • How to change the date path of Web Server to my system time?

    Hi,
    I have downloaded a Countdown SWF file from the Internet. It is working fine with the Computers which have Internet Connection. But not working without Internet connection because of the following line of code in XML file:
    <PHPurl>http://www.flepstudio.org/utilita/CountDown/gettime.php</PHPurl>
    When I opened the webpage using the above code, it shows time in a typical digits:
    Monday, October 18, 2010 9:12:52 PM in my System -shows in Web browser like : time=1287425579
    How to modify the code so that I can use my System time to work with Countdown without Internet Connection.
    The following is the path from where I have downloaded the Countdown file:
    http://www.flepstudio.org/forum/flepstudio-utilities/2960-flash-cs3-countdown.html
    Please help me to run this countdown without internet access.
    Thanks.

    It appears all that php file does is return a time=value variable.  So you need to see where that time variable is implemented in the Flash file and assign it a value using the Date.getTime() method instead of having the PHP file get called into play.  Look in the help documents or Google if you do not know how to use the Date class.

  • XI Http adapter receiver issue, how to change the target payload format

    Dear all,
    In my project, I need to call a servlet program using Http/xml.
    The message format accepted by the server program is like this:
    request:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="GBK"?>
    <PACKET type="REQUEST" version="1.0" >
    <HEAD>
      <REQUEST_TYPE>01</REQUEST_TYPE>
    </HEAD>
    <BODY>
      <BASE_PART>
        <QUERY_SEQUENCE_NO></QUERY_SEQUENCE_NO>
      </BASE_PART>
    </BODY>
    </PACKET>
    response:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="GB2312"?>
    <PACKET type="RESPONSE" version="1.0" >
    <HEAD>
      <REQUEST_TYPE>01</REQUEST_TYPE>
      <RESPONSE_CODE>1</RESPONSE_CODE>
      <ERROR_CODE>0000</ERROR_CODE>
      <ERROR_MESSAGE>xxx</ERROR_MESSAGE>
    </HEAD>
    <BODY>
      <BASE_PART>
        <QUERY_SEQUENCE_NO>01PICC057106001156421487812453</QUERY_SEQUENCE_NO>
      </BASE_PART.
    </BODY>
    <PACKET>
    My first question is if I can use the servie by SAP PI http adapter?
    If yes, and how to design the data type? The <HEAD> <BODY> are on the same level...
    Commonly, I only can set the data type like this:
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <MT_HTTP_IN>
       <HEAD>
          <REQUEST_TYPE>1</REQUEST_TYPE>
       </HEAD>
       <BODY>
          <BASE_PART>
             <QUERY_SEQUENCE_NO>123</QUERY_SEQUENCE_NO>
          </BASE_PART>
       </BODY>
    </MT_HTTP_IN>
    The problem is how to remove the <MT_HTTP_IN> then insert the tab <PACKET  type="REQUEST" version="1.0" >? I wonder if I need use JAVA mapping? and could u give me a related samples?
    Thanks a lot!

    Dear Xun Liu,
       If you need <PACKET type="REQUEST" version="1.0" >, then you need to create attributes 'type' and 'version' under node <PACKET>. At mapping level you can pass constant values for those attibutes.

  • ICE Offer Target Path

    Hello,
    We are trying to use the ICE service to pull a KM folder and its contents (xml docs) from a source portal into another "slave" portal.
    When we configure the offer from the syndicator portal it automatically enters a Target Path. For example
    We have the same base folders created in the documents repository on both portal A (Syn) and portal B (Sub):
    <b>Portal A:
    /documents/folder1</b>
    <b>
    Portal B:
    /documents/folder1</b>
    When we create the offer on Portal A the default Target Path is <b>documents/folder1</b>. When this transfer then takes place we end up with
    <b>Portal B:
    /documents/folder1/documents/folder1</b>
    It has added the extra <b>documents/folder1</b> into folder1 on portal B and all the content of folder1 from Portal A gets created under <b>/documents/folder1/documents/folder1</b> on portal B, not just under <b>/documents/folder1</b> as wanted.
    Can anyone help? I have tried changing the Target Path to . and ../ and just / but nothing seems to work.
    Also, you have to be very carefull otherwise you can delete folders on Portal B very easily without wanting to! (believe me :-o)
    Any ICE gurus out there that can help me?
    BRgds,
    Simon
    P.s. Is there a good way to copy KM content from one portal DB to another? For example we want to build a Test Portal with a copy of the content from Development and ICE and WebDAV are too slow and do not take all the meta data ACLs etc.... Any good suggestions? I know that you can do the equivalent of client copies now in NW04, could we use this?

    > I have tried changing the Target Path to . and ../ and
    > just / but nothing seems to work
    Unfortunately, it seems there's no easy way to obtain your desired effect. The only solution would be to create in the syndacator (Portal A) distinct offer components <b>for each</b> subfolder contained in /documents/folder1:
    Name........Content Path.....................Target Path
    comp1......./documents/folder1/sub1.....sub1
    comp2......./documents/folder1/sub2.....sub2
    comp3......./documents/folder1/sub3.....sub3
    and so on, and setting the destionation to /documents/folder1 in the Portal B's subscription.
    I know it could be very tedious if you've got many subfolders, but as far as I know this is the only way. Not supporting a current path (.) target path is a feature/limitation/bug (?) of Content Exchange.
    > ICE and WebDAV are too slow and do not take all the
    > meta data ACLs etc....
    I don't know what you can do with client copies in NW, anyway in my experience ICE is far better than WebDAV. At least it keeps some metadata and doesn't have some problems I faced with WebDAV (file corruption, not complete folder copies...). And yes, both are so slow...

  • How can I change the folder path to my library

    I just changed the file path to my locally stored music from C:\MyStuff\...\iPod Nano Music\... to C:\OneDrive\...\iPod Nano Music\...
    Is there a way I can edit the path that Apple has locally stored to redirect iTunes to the new, correct location instead of (as I've had to do previously) deleting all the music files in iTunes and then adding each music folder back?
    In Advanced Preferences the 'iTunes media folder location' shows as C:\Users\Mark\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media with an edit button. However this is not the location of all my music files (as indicated above).
    Mark

    If you want to move your media to a new path what you should do is edit the media folder preference in iTunes and then consolidate to that new path. Moving the media first by hand and then trying to fix iTunes is generally the wrong approach.
    Your options are to move everything back where it came from, then consolidate to the new path, then delete the originals that iTunes leaves behind. Alternatively you should be able to use my FindTracks script to reconnect the relocated media to iTunes. See this post for an explanation of how it works.
    See also Make a split library portable for reasons why splitting the media folder to a new path may be undesirable.
